Batteries Plus in Sacramento

I stopped by the Howe Avenue store this afternoon to see if someone could help me with a small problem I'm having. I have an wonderful atomic clock with a weather sensor that lives in the patio and gives me the current outside temperature. I needed to change the batteries and I could not get the cover off the outside unit! Juan helped me and was as nice and helpful as he could be! I love going to Batteries Plus when I have a problem like this! They always help me! Juan is a great employee. The store was well lighted and clean. I don't look forward to having more problems but I know where to go if I do!!!

So helpful here, even if you don’t buy anything! But lucky for them, I did need their product.

Fast and easy place to buy batteries. I bought online and got a call to bring my ID. In and out in 5 minutes. Customer service was also really good.

These are the guys for car batteries. My wife and I moved down the street about 10 years ago and always come here for quality and price. This time around, Anthony, one of the many helpful folks working here, had me and my VW in and out in 15 minutes flat. Always helpful, great store and quality products. Oh, and the screen work for cracked iPads is superb. Love this place!

The store seems clean. There were a couple of employees, and 3 customers before me and a few behind. The employees seemed to be very concerned with their needs. They even were helping a customer put a car battery in to make sure it worked.. Very patient and helpful. I came in to pick up some batteries for a little laser I have. They needed to be extracated with a little Allen wrench. The employees had name tags, Joe & Anthony were on duty. The wait was 10 minutes or so. There was nice music playing, so it wasn't a bad wait. Anthony helped me. He Was great. He found what i needed in no time after he helped me remove the batteries. I will be back. Very customer oriented and friendly! Great job, Batteries Plus Bulbs ! Prices seemed a little high, all in all good experience. 4.3 stars

I have purchased 3 batteries from the Arden location. Every time I go there, I am greeted like a good ol’ business that cares about their stuff. Nathan in particular handled my battery emergencies and treated me like a brother each time. He checks the battery thoroughly and even gives it a little bolt of energy while we take care of the transaction like a pro!! Great person for the job and great representation of what a business should provide for its community.
