Simple, good, customer service. I was having weird problems with an Innova engine code reader: The code reader was causing engine codes to trigger on the dash. The guys behind the counter were patient, exchanged the unit, and ultimately returned it. In the end I bought a more expensive unit which didn't have the weird problem, but it didn't ring up with the sale price listed on the shelf. When I complained, we figured out the sale had expired, but they gave me the sale price anyway. Very nice.

Had trouble with my car starting and losing power, another place told me it was a bad battery. Got here today and a gentleman named Gary tested my battery and alternator, found and solved the actual issue within minutes. Appreciate an honest business and honest employees. Thank you!

Employees starting late, says open on website at 7:30am and don’t show up until 8am and open doors

Sawyer was amazing! I went to local Autozone first looking for a bulb headlight, asked them if there is a chance they can install it for me and was told they don’t do it, which is understandable, but they anyway didn’t have one like I needed so I left to this O’Reilly’s store next. I didn’t ask for installation cause realized I might be stupid to ask that in store, but Sawyer went outside to take my hand of bulbs out, recommended me a better option for a wider light, installed them without me even asking! Was super nice to me. I usually don’t write reviews at all, but this really made my day because I totally don’t know how to do it myself and it not Sawyer I would’ve had to drive all the way up the hill to ask a friend to do it for me. Little thing but made me happy. Thank you!

Customer service was excellent! Sawyer told me all my options buying a new battery. He came out to my car and put the new battery in which was great! He was friendly, professional made everything easy. 5 stars

I normally never have issues but a certain part i went back for twice due to it being faulty then questioned by a guy named gary the guy had a attitude like he made the part it’s guys like that is why parts stores go out of business i’ve been going there since before it was oreilly all the good employees are gone obviously hire some new blood there that’s happy to work.

The staff was supper helpful, he even put my windshield wipers on for me.
