I Own a Tesla so repairs for anything can be a little extra. I used Safelites quote service online and they quoted me $167! I knew something wasn’t right so I stumbled across capitol auto glass. Never heard of them but just wanted a second opinion. Turns out it was $51 after tax to fill the chip, they came to my work and filled the chip while I working the same day I called to make a reservation, their technician was friendly, AND the chip was filled to the point where there is no longer there!. He managed to fill in the entire chip with resin and special material so there is no longer a chip in my windshield at all. Completely gone. Highly recommend this place in the future for anyone and everyone

Absolutely LOVE this place and the people. I’m a woman so obviously I have no idea what I’m doing. But I was downtown and my car window got broken the man I spoke with was soooo helpful and nice. He gave me different options as far as new or used windows, also I could bring my own in and they could just put it in. Even with a new window it was still $50 cheaper than any other places that I got quotes from. There was a little mishap with ordering my window but I still give them a 5 star because they fixed it and made up for it. Very kind people. It also just makes me feel more confident going back downtown… because if my car window gets broken again I know exactly where to go. 10/10 recommend!

I wanted an OEM Windshield Replacement for my 2023 Honda Accord (Heads Up Display Purposes) and there was 1 left, in Stockton, they went out of their way to pick it up to get me in the door as soon as possible. David and Kelly are the sweetest and kindest. They care so much about you and your vehicle, I usually feel uneasy with other people working on my vehicles but with them, I felt so comfortable and confident. I mean where do I even start… This is YOUR TO-GO place for auto glass repairs! I was in Oakland for a day and of course my car was vandalized so I called Capital Auto Glass for a quote. Not only are their prices great but the man who replaced my window, David, was so nice and caring towards me on the phone. He was so sweet and made the whole situation feel light and easy. I am forever grateful to him and Capital Auto Glass. The shop is located on a strip of other auto shops and they’re all so supportive and friendly too! I definitely recommend visiting this place and the other auto shops next to it because they’re genuin people looking out for their community✨

October 13...I came here today to have my windshield fixed. Originally a couple weeks ago..I had my windshield replaced at tigris. They not only gave me the wrong size windshield...it was so poorly put in...air was coming through as I drove on the freeway. I brought my car this morning to Capital auto glass...and they were so wonderfully...not only could they not fix it...the entire windshield had to be replaced... The nice guy showed me how the gap was so big...it was the wrong size windshield...therefore it had to be replaced. I was not going back to Tigris...no way. So the man showed me the windshield and how it already has the rubber around it...already...I was amazed... How could Tigris mess my windshield up so bad then...see the pics. Every step of the way...Capital auto glass walked me through it...even when they took off my windshield...they showed me the rubber and how some parts were flat and other parts were mounds...it was absolutely horrible. I was so grateful for their kindness and the quality work they did. They even fix windows that don't roll up...side windows. Please if your deciding between capital auto glass and Tigris .. All you have to do is look at my pictures and read all the negative reviews of Tigris...they are true. The staff here were very kind and patient...and they took the time to show me and explain everything...it was awesome. If they are a little more...I bet they would price match to gain your business...you won't be disappointed.
