Great service at a fair price, and the owner and staff were very friendly! They ended up staying past their closing hours to finish the job on my car and have me in and out on the same day, which was much appreciated. Definitely recommend them and will be going back next time I need work done!

When my mechanic died I was crushed! It’s nearly impossible to find one that is honest and does exceptional work. I literally was without one for over 3 years! I was so fortunate to find Royal Oak Automotive! I’ve been going to them for over a year now (ever since I got a used Toyota with over 120k miles) and I’ll never go anywhere else! They do amazing work, are very timely, and their prices are incredibly reasonable. They really care about their customers as if they were family. On the one occasion I had a problem after having work done on the car it turned out to be a faulty part (not an issue with the work done). Not only did they replace the faulty part and fix the problem FREE OF CHARGE, they also topped off the oil AND told me if it happened again to bring it back and they’d fix it at no charge! Talk about going above and beyond!!!! I never got that kind of service without having to put up a fight. I love that I can drop it off after hours and be completely confident that my car is going to be properly taken care of. They are the absolute best!

The people here are very kind and helpful. I called them up nearing their closing time regarding a bent body panel. The nice gentleman who answered the phone told me that regardless of their closing time they offered to help even though they remarked that they do not offer any body repair services. I came by and they greeted me with a smile and they promptly checked out my vehicle and straightened the panel with ease. Seems these men are very experienced. He then stated that we owe him nothing but a kind review to him. I shook his hand and thanked him and left with a smile on my face. 5 stars. Will recommend.

The gentleman here were very nice, my car was in a hit and run accident, leaving my quarter panel indented. They fixed it very easy for me, under 20 minutes. Super nice gentleman there, will definitely bring my car back there if I have any trouble.

Can't say enough positive things about these guys! Was in a pinch and short in time and they found a to get me back on the road and safe for a more than fair and honest price! Will definitely be returning for any future work! Can't recommend enough.

I had my car serviced by RO Automotive last month. This was my first time with this shop. They were caring, professional and honest. I immediately felt in good hands. They fixed my car for 1/2 the price of the dealership quote - saved me a substantial amount of money. When the time comes for more service, I’ll be going back. Definitely recommend.

Got my car fixed up for me incredibly fast! Was in a pinch and they were able to take care of the problem for me within 5 hours from the time I called, as a new customer, on a Friday afternoon no less. I appreciate it and recommend them to anyone looking for great service!

Royal Oak Automotive Care is wonderful. I had a car issue, when I called up to see when I could get my car in, they were very kind and helpful, saying they could get my car in an looked at on Thursday, because they were pretty busy (I called on Tuesday) and to bring it up. I had it towed up there Tuesday night, called again Wednesday morning to make sure they knew my vehicle was mine and had my contact information. Again, very kind and helpful. Even cracking some jokes with me! This time I was definitely speaking with Adel and he said they could look at it around 1 PM on that same day (Wednesday, a day earlier than expected!) and would call me as soon as they could with news. They called back promptly when expected, and had the issue already fixed. Luckily it was my battery charge being low, my cables had been loose. They charged my battery, checked my alternator to be sure that was good, of course secured the cables to the battery, and even topped off my oil because it was low. I was charged a very VERY fair price. The whole experience from start to end was pleasant and full of care and speediness, going above and beyond. I will absolutely be back next time I have a car issue, and will be recommending to everyone I can. Can’t go wrong with Royal Oak Automotive Care!
