It is my go-to auto shop whether it be my mechanic (one in a million Mike at 12 and Crooks Sssshhh) sending me or on my own... these guys are amazingly patient, professional, down-to-earth, great with mix ups, errors, wrong parts or something I'm stumped on. They never hesitate to go the extra mile , run up check to see if something's in stock, and really just overall know what they're doing so well wouldn't go anywhere else!!
They were very helpful. The man that was helping me showed me the phone cup holder and allowed me to measure it against my cell phone. It was too small. He got on the phone and ordered an extra large one. He said that it would be in the next day. Good Service.

Great prices with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was helped immediately upon entering and found what I need undercutting what I thought I'd spend. Definitely recommended to casual car people and modifiers alike. Will definitely be going back for my G8 GT and Celica GT
Excellent service. They can order most items you need for your car, and have hard-to-find specific OEM fluids. Prices are reasonable, and the guys at the counter often have good advice on which brands to buy and which to hold off on. For instance, they recommended against a certain starter for my car and potentially saved me from more hassle. If you call them early enough on a Saturday, they can often have your parts midday so you can continue working on your car through the weekend.

ive never found an auto parts store so helpful in finding or recommending the parts ive needed for everything from 1960 Bonneville & AMC Metropolitan, to my 1999 & 2000 Rangers. Bryce is exceptionally helpful researching parts and easily returning ones that ive ordered incorrectly or that are not interchangeable.. most items can be ordered and received over night.

They have the parts you need in stock, or can usually get them the next day. Saturday hours are helpful. The guys at the counter know things. They have proper assembly lube, unlike the green auto parts place up the street.
My family has been buying parts from Joes for longer than 18+ yrs. Every part Ive needed theyve either had in stock or gotten it next day at the latest. They have a Very knowledgeable staff that doesnt jerk you around or try to upsell you what you dont need. Their prices are also great, almost always cheaper, and never more than the chain stores.
After going to Murrays to have my rotors turned on my 2008 Grand Caravan, Murrays called me one hour later to say they couldnt, that they were too thin. They then tried selling me new ones. So I picked them up and took them to Joes where they turned them down, no problem. Also, their prices cant be beat, call around first then call Joes!
