I needed a new car battery and went on the website to pick it out, called the store to see if they had it in stock and If they provide the service of installing the battery. I spoke to Toni- She was helpful and friendly and told me to come on up to the store. When I got there, Toni had Will take a peek under my hood to make sure he could install it with no problem, which he promptly did. I had a question about something else which he advised me on as well. Friendly & efficient service! ☺️ I will definitely use this store for my future auto needs.

I had purchased wipers at another location that were both defective and hopping in my windshield. I was worried it would mess up my wiper linkage. So I was greeted by a gentleman named (Will) that was more than ready to help me out. I showed him what the wipers were doing. He said that it seemed they were bad wipers. I didn’t have my receipt and rightfully so he wasn’t able to do a lot without it. He then found a new bracket and came outside in the rain to put it on the wiper blade. While waiting in the rain to see if it fixed the problem we determined that it didn’t solve the problem. He apologized for not being able to swap them out and I was understanding due to my negligence of not keeping the receipt. I got in my car and he went in to help the next customer. While I was in my vehicle I looked up my receipt on the AutoZone app. I went back in and he was busy with a customer. He asked another employee (Chuck) if he was able to swap them out. Check got up out of a chair he was sitting on his phone in and seemed as if he didn’t want to help with it whatsoever. He asked the part number as I held my receipt on my phone in my hand. I showed him and said I didn’t know. I showed him my phone and he saw the part number. He then still seeming as if he hated his job and didn’t want to be there got the new wipers telling my I had to go out and take my old ones off and bring them to him. I didn’t know how to take them off but once again he didn’t want to assist with it. Holding the new wipers in his hand he told me he needed the old ones off my car and I’d have to to go take them off. I went out to my vehicle and figured out how to take them off myself and brought them back into the store so he would give me the new ones. I then asked him if I was a little old lady would he have made her go out and take the wipers off herself? He replied yes. This is not a way to do business and not an employee that makes a good reputation for this beautiful new store. He handed me the new wipers and didn’t even off to come help put them on and see if the problem was solved. I went out in the rain once again to install my wipers myself. As I was putting the second one on (Will) came out to ensure that the problem was solved and said “thank god that fixed your problem!” “They must have been defective.” “Sorry for your inconvenience and have an great day!” The level of respect, customer service, and happiness to help a customer was exceptional. He is the reason I will come back to this location. I hope that (Chuck) will NOT be here on my next visit. He is the figure for how NOT to treat a customer and how NOT to do business. Once again I am a happy customer thanks to the customer service provided by (Will)
Tijuan helped me change my rusted battery in the cold all was done within 20 mins. He’s also very friendly and helplful. Somebody pls gives Tijuan a raise!
Simone is the best! She changed my battery and I was on my way home in an hour. Outstanding customer service and it felt so empowering to have a female doing the job! James handed me a funnel for my coolant, so he was very helpful too 🤣 The whole team here is great. Whenever I come in, for a big problem or a small one, I leave happy. Thank you Simone (and James)!

We ran into some trouble and Sterling/Ryan was AMAZING! He was SO helpful and went over and beyond. Not only was he helpful to us, but it seemed like he was the only employee today and was very helpful to every customer that came and went during the hour we were here.
Terrible customer service! Especially by female worker. Told me to self-service myself. When it came to checking my engine light on. To see what the problem was. I think her name is Sherry. Came in to buy some engine coolant on an hot summer day and the helpful workers of autozone found a broken serpentine belt under the hood! These guys were so incredibly helpful. They didn t have the part to replace it so they went to a nearby store and got it for me. They replaced it for me and I was on my way. Chuck went above and beyond for me, best service ever! THANK YOU AUTOZONE

If I could do zero stars I would do zero. Imagine being an old lady that NO IDEA what she needs or wants. Then walk into this store where, one employee jumping around goofing off on his phone. Then, the manager I guess from the grey shirt, was tucked away hiding behind a desk cowled over her phone. Then when she talked can even make sense of what shes saying. Imagine being an old lady and encountering this. The absolute most unhelpful and ungrateful place Ive ever visited. Bad places deserve bad reviews. DO NOT GO HERE.

Went to this autozone just now bc my battery died at work and ended up being very corroded. Walked in behind another person. While they were helping them, the woman working asked what I needed. Told her my battery was corroded and I needed to know which one to get. I waited 20+ minutes wandering near the register and she kept taking customers. I know she saw me, we made eye contact. Eventually I literally waited by the battery. I planned on making other purchases but put my items back and left. I also mentioned off hand that I have morning sickness right now since I know it s showing in my face. She seemed disinterested in helping me. I will not be back.

I called this evening to inquire on a AC DELCO oil filter and this female employee that answered HAD THE WORDT ATTITUDE, EXTREMELY DRY AND RUDE, SHE SPOKE AS THOUGH SHE WAS IRRITATED A CUSTOMER CALLED!!

Amazing experiences many times. For example, I went in yesterday and walked in to recycle my used car battery. As it turned out this very friendly employee (unfortunately I forgot his name) and not only was he very chill and knowledgeable, but we just ended up having a conversation about car parts for a good 5 minutes after we were done. I would definitely give this man a raise! I will be returning again and I highly recommend yall do the same.
Just moved from Texas and needed a new oil drip pan and Armorall CLEANING wipes. They were out of the wipes but they did have the oil drip pan. The oil drip pan was marked as $13.99 but range up at $20+ which is kind of annoying. The staff was friendly, not too knowledgeable about their products. The store was clean and they have a restroom which is neat since Ive never seen an Auto Zone with a restroom.

The nighttime manager is a dingleberry.
Black female manager literally argued with me and wouldnt assist me with figuring out which fuse I need for my car. She ignored other customers and even disrespected me when I asked for help. I had to call the Clawson store in order to ask them for assistance. She said to report her to corporate,and I am doing just that. She left store completely empty and decided to assist someone else with their car,but not me at all. Very rude and disrespectful.
What fast and great delivery service. I had to get a new battery for my Jeep and went on the website, found what I needed, ordered with no hassle as a guest, and had it delivered with no contact within an hour! The delivery fee was very reasonable, especially considering how fast they got the battery to me. Will definitely do business with again and recommend to friends.

I stopped at this store to purchase a windshield wiper. There was no customer in this store at that time. Employee was not visible for a few minutes. When she came out, had no desire to help customer, and after i asked her twice she reluctantly went to parts section and grabbed a part and handed to me. It was a wrong part, i went to OReilly and purchased the correct part i needed. Never again to this store
The people in this store didnt acknowledge me at all and when I said something about needing help she was extremely rude. Went down to OReillys.....no problem
Huge shoutout to Jeremy at this store. I stopped in at 6:30pm right before close for a battery load test on my VW battery that failed this weekend. He checked the battery, determined it was good, noticed my headlight out, fixed it, and diagnosed a cabin pressure issue that caused the trunk to sometimes open and sometimes not. Jeremy was helpful because he was intuitive and a problem solver. He is a great representative of autozone, and we will be return customers due to his assistance. Thanks much Jeremy! Went there for something to help hide the scratches on my car and three different people helped me, including the manager. They got busy as I was browsing on my own but still found the time to square me away. I would definitely recommend this store and will be back again.
The lady over there is really not friendly. After we have some unhappy conversations. I asked for their manager. She said the manager go to lunch. I came back 5 minutes later. I talked to another staff. He said he is the manager. I explained what happened between me and the lady, he told me that lady is manager too. Surprise! So when the manager give you the attitude, who should you complain with?
Although they were under-staffed at the time... when I did get waited on, I received amazing personal attention. The guy even came out to my car to help figure things out.

I dropped off used oil this summer at this location. The older gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and even cleaned my dirty used oil container. I really appreciated that he went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely shop at this store.

My front light bulb went out so I asked for some help looking for the bulb and James E did an exceptional job with helping me he checked my fuses for me and then took my old light bulb out and replaced it with the rite bulb..I was so grateful to him for his generosity & kindness because he most definitely went out of his way to help me and did it with such patience..he helped me avoid being pulled over by the police and Ill always be grateful

Needed a new battery, went into the store told them what I needed and within 10 minutes had it purchased and they had it all installed. Couldnt be happier!
This is by far the best Autozone I have ever visited. The store was clean and all items were neatly merchandised. Jacob assisted me with my order. Jacob was extremely patient and informative through the entire sale. I had to Uber to and from the store. Since I did not know how long it would take for my order to be retrieved it took several minutes for the Uber to arrive after Jacob had finished finding all of the parts on my purchase. He was very patient and understanding about the wait and still helped in getting the order out to the Uber so I could get the parts home. I usually go to the Autozone in Centerline because it is very close to the house. However, they did not have all the parts required for the repair. I am glad that this happened as the Autozone I visited today is far superior and will be my preferred Autozone location from now on.
If I wasnt desperate i would have just left. No one ever wants to feel like an inconvenience when they come in. Every moment i spent at this location made me feel unwanted as a customer which resulted in me not buying the parts needed to fix my problem. The only person that was halfway nice to me was a gentleman standing nearby. If your employees arent interested in providing customer service then they should work elsewhere.
Disappointed. Sent my daughter here to get wipers for her car. Its a new car for her so she needs to know how. The assistant had long fingernails and didnt know what she was doing. She ended up breaking the rear wiper but didnt tell her and sent her to Clawson. THEY were great, ordered her a part and will fix. NOT coming back - dont recommend.

Not friendly, staff only knows how to use the screen to find parts, no automotive knowledge. After a long search was given the wrong part and charged much more then where I purchased the correct part. Do not recommend!
