Im very disappointed with the staff that works at this store. Over a month ago, I came to have my warranty honored on a battery, which they refused to do, using the excuse that it was an external problem and it wasnt the battery that was failing. In the end, I decided to buy the battery, left my core battery there because they assured me that new battery will arrive within a week, and they never contacted me. A month later, I come to the store to check the status, and they tell me that the battery is back order and they don t have my core battery to return to me. It seems like they stole it from me. Just last year I spent over 3000 dollars at this store but today you lost one customer. The staff at this store are incompetent.

What a horrible experience. I bought a car battery two years ago and recently the car died. So I figure it was ok because of the Warrenty. I took it in only to have the tech say it wasn t the battery. I continued to drive to have it die again a couple of days later. So I went out to the shop to see if there was any other issues. The shop said that the battery was definitely bad. So going back I asked to get the battery replaced through Warrenty. Again I was told that the battery was good. I had to show them the shop papers and explained I had the car die twice before they reluctantly accepted the exchange. After a new battery I took the car home. When I tried to drive it again I had power issues again. I looked to see what was going on and there were missing bolts on the battery. So I took it back again so they can properly fix it. On the way the car drained and I lost power steering making the trip very dangerous. The tech looked at it and a saw a major power cable wasn t installed right and bolts were loose. He did confirm it was the right battery. But did mention the original battery they sold me two years ago wasn t made for my car. So this time they did it right. This place is not the place to go to get a battery installed. They made it dangerous for me to drive with my family. If you care about your safety or your family safety. Don t come here. They also don t know about batteries as they sold me the wrong battery 2 years ago. This place is dangerous

Came in here short on time to repair a broken iPhone screen, the guys working were so nice and had me out the door in less than 30 minutes. The gentlemen that work here are phenomenal and this has nothing to do with them. But if you plan to get a phone screen fixed I would move with caution. I got my phone fix here a few days ago and since then my battery dies at a VERY rapid rate. Like I said the guys were helpful and great but now I still have to get a new phone because I can t use mine without being attached to a charger. Super bummed.

I call this store to see if they had this battery on stock. He told they didnt have it and to call another store. I asked if he can search for a store that might have it, he said he had not way of doing that. so I did call another of their stores and they said that the store I originally called it showed they did have that battery. I called back and the same guy put me on hold indefinitely and after listening to their pre recording for more15 minutes I hung up. Extremely poor customer service.

I ve purchased more than 7 batteries from the location in roseville on pleasant grove, as well as battery jump starters and other misc items - over $2000 spent in this store! When my expensive AGM best of the best battery died (literally as soon as the warranty was up) they basically told bad luck to you , and offered to sell me a replacement. I tried to give them a chance to make it right, asked them to understand it from my perspective. But they were uninterested. I think sometimes people lose compassion and understanding when they see the same thing all the time, desensitized to this situation, and then stop caring. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. Somewhere that actually cares about its customers, not to mention offers the exact same thing for nearly half the price.

Was very happy with the service I received. Was pleasantly surprised when the young man who brought out my battery at the curbside pickup, installed my new battery for me. He even offered for me and my dog to go inside the store where it was cool (108 deg. outside) while he put my new battery in for free!

Horrible customer service. All the employees have attitudes. Brought a phone in to fix the screen and they completely locked the phone up so it had to be erased. Lost all data that wasnt backed up. Had the exact same phone fixed at other places without a problem. Wont be coming here for anything again.

I needed my keyfob battery replaced....again. :{This time I went to Batteries Plus on Pleasant Grove in Roseville. I was in and out of there with a new, working battery in less time than it took the guy at the car dealer to replace it. The young man (now I sound old, but I didnt pay attention to his name!) who helped me was very friendly and efficient. Ive only been there a few times, but always get good, friendly service.

Dishonest employees!!!! Do not allow them to work on your equipment! I took my watch into the Roseville location for a battery replacement. They had a new employee working on my watch who used a clamp to secure the back of the watch which cracked the crystal. My husband spoke with Jess and he said they would send it to a jeweler for repair. We waited 10 days and received a call that the watch was ready for pick up. My husband picked up and they told him they bought us a new watch since the original watch wasn t repairable. Great! I try it on and it doesn t fit my wrist. Something was wrong. We called them and they told us they bought a new used watch off eBay that was in better condition than my original watch. This is just dishonest! Why not be up front instead of making me think I was getting a new watch. I went and bought a new watch that was close to my old watch and asked to be reimbursed. They don t want to do that. The replacement cost $65. Not that expensive but they want to give me a much smaller amount. Never leave your jewelry with anyone .this is bait and switch with lots of lies mixed in. They are not trustworthy. You broke it you are responsible for that. You are not a jewelry store and should not attempt to repair jewelry you broke.

The person I worked with installed the electrolyte solution in the batter.y for my quad w/o asking and then gave me instructions so I would know when it was fully charged. Also I bought the wrong size initially. They took it back easily with my receipt. First time I used BP and they far exceeded my expectations. Definitely will be my go to store for batteries.

They may know their stuff about batteries, but dont take your phone there to get it repaired. Manager Jeff still has not returned my call even after stopping by there two times. If you have a claim through Assurant, choose another location.

This is one of those great stores I enjoy visiting because it s a nice break from buying everything on my phone. I enjoy supporting local businesses and they really know their stuff when it comes to lighting. Bought high end battery here that went bad and lost the charge. Brought the battery back for testing and potential replacement. Was told can not test it as it needs to be charged up overnight. Waited till next day when was told battery is bad but.. they do not have it in stock. They can have replacement in 4 days but the store that has it is 20 minutes away basically either I take the battery to the other store for replacement or have to wait 4 days. The fact I can not use my car they care less about. Some staff tried to help but a guy in there, maybe manager, cared less and really needs to improve his customer skills. One thing he accomplished is they lost a few customers.

We came to this store with a phone battery dilemma. The customer Service was excellent. The young lady went beyond to help us. She checked backroom, online stock and she called other location to talk to a technician. I liked that she gave us different options to choose from for our phone problem. We bought 2 new items seprate from our battery problem. Good to know a place where staff knows their business!!!!

They took apart my phone only and only then realized that they did not have the screen replacement in stock!!!! My husband brought the phone back on and it will not connect to the cellular network either at home, work, or anywhere I tried. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON YOUR CELL PHONE. Brought my phone into this store on Sunday, September 12, 2021. I have a green note 20 and my screen was replaced with a black note 20 screen. This makes my phone ugly as heck. Was not told that it was a black screen only that they could replace the screen. They also failed to put my stylus back into my phone. When I called them, I was told they didnt have my stylus. I drove 40 minutes out to the store and all of a sudden they found my stylus. When I called to discuss the screen, I was told a manager would call me back. That didnt happen. I called today and was told they could either order a new screen and replace it in a week or put my cracked screen back on. They didnt care that I have to drive 40 minutes for a third time for their mistakes.

I came in for batteries for my remote for my car, and replacement battery for a glucometer. They had batteries for both, and the cashier put the battery for my car remote in for me. Service was fast and easy. The price for both batteries was reasonable also! Overall good experience!

This store has all sorts of batteries and if its not on site, they will order one and have it delivered to your house.... they also carry other product like lights and keys, etc.

I always think this is an odd store until I need something that no one seems to stock. I was able to get a battery for my harley at a fair price and some random bulbs to replace some old CFLs. The staff was helpful and friendly as well.

It was likely the easiest transaction I have made since this entire COVID19 thing began. I think it was Brittney who helped. she answered the phone when I called. I was still on the freeway. I gave her my name and let her know I had an exchange. She explained the entire procedure to me in 10 seconds. Fast, efficient . I drove up to the store front, she immediately recognized my vehicle and came out with the order. Picked up my exchange from the back of my truck, went inside and a minute later came out with my receipt and refund slip. All told 2 minutes.

First of all the man offered her a 10 percent discount that she never received second of all the man forgot her case on her phone and insinuated that she had it and that he gave it to her. She looked through her purse and told the man that she didn t receive it.So he looked in the back to go oh I found it. Not apologizing for the inconvenience he gave it back and said I can help who s next. We left and will probably not go back.

We bought a 6 volt dry cell battery in August 2020 after 4 months the battery lost its charge . They said it had a 2 year warranty. Well they charged it 2 weeks lost charge and they wouldnt give a new battery. I will never buy from this store again !

First of all it was easy from start to finish. I was able to order my battery for my Pilot online and pick up in the store. A discount was given for doing it that way. I received an e-mail when my battery was ready for me to pick up. Once I arrived at the store I was greeted quickly upon entering. The sales clerk answered all of my questions.

The reason I ordered from you is because per your website, the merchandise I need was available for pick up at the store nearest my location, reasonable price, 10% discount on online order. Then after a few minutes of my online order, I received an email that my order was ready for pickup. At the store, I was greeted and helped by one of your associates. I was out of your store in a few minutes. I liked the ease of ordering online, convenience of pick up at the store nearest me within an hour of ordering.
