So far so good with this location. Good service, honest pricing, and good work. No hiccups with them yet. The only recommendation I would make is giving their computer system an upgrade so they can keep running notes and reminders for the next service.

I have been a loyal customer for many years due to the care that is given to my vehicles by the staff at the Roseville location. From the minute you walk in the door until you leave you are treated as though you are the only customer of the day. Personalized service is the mark of a great business. Updated 07/19/2024 Had my Corvette serviced again and as usual the service and care for my vehicle was nothing but the best. If you want your vehicle to received top notch service then you should see BMR.

I love this Auto repair facility. Great auto repair. There technicians are very knowledgeable on Domestic and foreign makes. Also they race Nascars. They have a showroom with all there race cars. They do alot of High Performance repairs and service. The Whole place is very clean and maintained. Customer service friendly and curdious. Must see !

In a world of less-than-honest auto repair, this place is such a relief. The work is always done correctly and honestly. Everyone who works there has been friendly and knowledgeable. If I dont understand a problem they will explain it without being condescending. The whole facility is extremely clean and there is plenty of room and seating if you are waiting for your vehicle. I never take my car anywhere else now. I highly recommend it! Update: Still the best!

I may have only been on this earth for 45 years, but I can say with absolute certainty, you will never in your life find a fairer price or a more professional mechanic to bring your car. My radiator blew which fried my alternator and I was back on the road within 3 hours... They are truly phenomenal.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Bill as a customer and more so a friend that exemplifies the professionalism that all service providers should strive to achieve. Remember, in todays world, the only thing a service provider has to offer is SERVICE because you can get anything in life from a multitude of vendors and very likely less expensive, but not without lack of Quality Professional SERVICE like that of Bills shops. If your vehicle is out of mfgs warranty, BMR is the place to GO!

So far, 2 of our vehicles have had the oil change service. Customer service has been great. My vehicles were returned to me approximately when promised and the waiting area is clean comfortable enough.

I generally dont leave reviews much but in this case it is more than deserving. First of all when you bring your car in you enter this beautiful lobby and showroom that is the cleanest i have ever seen. You can literally eat off the floor not only in the lobby but out in the garage area as well. The staff greets you when you come in and is very knowledgeable when you describe what your needs are and why you are there. They also provide you with a fair and up front estimate and if there is any additional services needed they call you up front and let you decide if thats what you want to do. They also provide you with options and strategies that can save you money and help guide you through the process. Weather it is some real detailed tuning, upgrades or service for my hot rod, my wifes car or one my fleet trucks BMR Napa Auto Care is the only place I will go. They have definitely earned my business moving forward.

Seems they are getting lazy or just dont care we have to always bring it back not sure what the deal is but in the past few years it seems to be getting bad

I selected this shop from a referral list provided by Costco Tire Center. They were wonderful getting my Hyundai SUV in for an alignment and oil change at reasonable rate and fantastic service!

Brought my truck in for service on 3/7/24. The work required more than one day (Friday-Saturday). While my truck was being serviced, my second vehicle started experiencing major misfires. I called Sharayah and explained the situation. She was extremely helpful and made arrangements for the essential work on my truck to be completed within a few hours, so I could exchange the truck for my other vehicle. She arranged for my other vehicle to be evaluated first thing Monday morning. By mid-morning on Monday, my 2nd vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up! BMR puts customer service at the top. Appreciate their willingness to make sure I had a vehicle to drive and for completing the repairs on both vehicles in a timely manner!!

I visited town, and my car had a problem with the radiator fan. I called and visited several auto shops where can take my car in a day or two, but it was very hard to find it. BMR was very nice and kind, they listened to my story and tried to fix as soon as possible. The price was lower than the dealership, and much faster than I expected. I really appreciated what they have done.

Huge shop, but mostly set up for their racing. A little expensive when it comes to the cost of repairs, and some questions should be asked before any service is done to your vehicle.

Thermostat went bad on our Jeep. They fixed it the same day. Good customer service. Very polite and courteous.

I dont know why youd get your car fixed elsewhere, their prices actually compete with shops that overcharge and the quality is as good or better than dealerships

These guys always under promise and over deliver , I dropped off my truck mid afternoon , they found the problem and fixed it , had it ready to go by that evening. Consistently Superior Performance Time after Time.

For many years I have had my vehicles serviced by large dealerships, that all changed today. After frustration with a lack of basic customer service from the large dealerships I decided to look elsewhere for my vehicle service needs .I had heard about BMR NAPA AutoCare from friends so I decided to give it a try . Staff was amazing , friendly and professional .The work area was organized and meticulously clean. I was extremely pleased with BMR NAPA AutoCare and plan to return for additional service as needed.

The service from Chris was knowledgable, friendly and fast. The mechanics did at great job on replacing the 1994 Honda Struts. Kim Brown was very helpful in finding us a trucking company to help us move our vehicles to Louisiana.Thank you, to Bill McAnnally for arranging these services for my family.

Charged me $108+ and ridiculous labor time for a $27 oil pressure sensor available from the local dealer, and were not interested at all in attempting to keep a new customer for life. I will take my vehicles elsewhere for better service. I recommend you shop elsewhere for better customer service and not get ripped off to repair your car!

I was searching for a new place to get my oil changed because the place I always go to is far and the wait is always hours. I found a special offer for this location so I gave it a try. I was pleased that they made me a same-day appointment despite the fact that I called later in the morning. The showroom is SO clean and has great accommodations. All of the employees were nice and didnt treat me any differently for having a coupon or for being a woman (this is so common for me elsewhere). I was so shocked that my oil change only took about 30 minutes, and that included a complimentary list of minor inspections on the car as well as tire rotation! I will happily recommend this location to others as well as continue my patronage here.

Ive got 3 cars and one truck and I take every one of them to BMR for all my work, including my 2014 Dodge Charger RT 5.7L Hemi. My Hemi Charger is my baby and I am totally confident with them doing any work on it. A great group of people from the front desk to the work bays and everybody in between. I would Highly recommend them to anybody for their vehicle work.

What a shop. Not only is the customer area very nice, the actual shop in kept up incredibly. Really helpful and friendly team who makes the car repair problems much easier to endure.

I had a service request that few shops would touch. Service transmission and install high capacity trans oil pan that I provided. I requested they try to find a transmission dipstick mount to anchor the dipstick on the engine. They did all of the requests and modified a bracket to work. Everything works great! These guys think on their feet. Racing mods are done in stride. The service writers understand what you are talking about. Most shops wont touch aftermarket parts. Price was right.

Very professional people from office staff to mechanics. They made it very convenient for me. I appreciate the way they are willing to check out your vehicle, tell you what needs replaced or fixed but they dont try to pressure you to fix it all now or sell you things not needed. Great Job!

I was fortunate enough to find BMR through AAA when my car broke down after years of using less than adequate repair shops which often didnt fix the problem. BMR is a business that is well managed, has all the know-how you need, and fixes things right the first time. I have been there numerous times and I recommend BMR to anyone.
