Exceptional Auto Glass in Roseville

I recently had my van’s windshield replaced by Sal and his team. Upon inspection after installation the tiniest of imperfections was noticed, just a speck really, but a manufacturer defect nonetheless. This was unacceptable to their quality standards and they said I needed to reschedule. Within a few days a perfect replacement was installed at a great price. My custom windshield shade even fit better than before. They truly are exceptional! Very pleased!

If you contact your insurance company first you will most likely be directed to the one glass company that is contracted by the insurance company. Almost all insurance companies use the same vendor. Fortunately I had already read numerous reviews and I didn’t want to go with a 3 star company. Do your homework and read reviews. I contacted Exceptional and they walked me through the insurance process which was just one phone call and then my insurance coordinated with Exceptional Auto Glass. When you take a rock on your windshield, it’s an unexpected pain in your schedule and your wallet so why not go with a highly rated, knowledgeable and cordial company like Exceptional Auto Glass. I highly recommend them!!

After 2 shops said calibration wasn’t necessary and BMW wanted $ 3700.00+tax. I found Exceptional Auto glass. The shop is spotless and the quality is amazing. They handled the insurance claim, did an ADAS calibration and cleaned and vacuumed my car. Thank you Sal and crew. I will do all my auto glass here from now on.
