Horrible quality work. I came in to have a carbon fiber steering wheel installed on my Q50, not only does my wheel rub and make noise everytime i turn, my alignment is off. Super confusing considering they’re an alignment shop. Save your money and go elsewhere.

great guys, came to install rear camber, toe, trailing arms and an alignment on my 2011 accord for a very reasonable price.

Harry did an amazing alignment on my genesis coupe. We went over what I wanted to achieve and he test drove my car two times to ensure it was perfect, making slight adjustments after the first drive. Nice guys all around, would recommend.

Had them install some springs on my Challenger. Excellent service! Did an excellent job... will be bringing my Charger for the same service!

I have no idea what the owners problem is but my friend and I both went here to get our fenders rolled and we were denied because “the wheels were too big and didn’t match with the car”. Even when we both did our research on forums and bought the perfect size wheels and tires. The owner even goes as far as to say I wasted my money on these Wheels (Rays volks ce28) and to just go back to stock wheels. We soon then go to another mechanic (mafia motor sports) and they were more than glad to do them and completely disagreed with what I’ve been told here at this establishment. I would never recommend this place. Me giving one star is too much credit

Even while owning a fairly obscure, rare, and difficult-to-service car, Impex always has done a great job for all of the work I've needed done. They're the best car shop I've been to thus far in Southern California, and I highly recommend them!

Was recommended to this place for alignment and even though I had to wait longer than planned, it was worth it. They noticed that after the initial alignment and pulling the car off the rack, it might've changed so they pulled the car back on the rack to check and it was true. Instead of just giving me a printout and sending me on my way, they went thru the trouble of resetting my alignment, pulling the car off for a test drive and pulling the CSR back on the rack to check again 3x! All while keeping me in the loop by informing all along the way. It was apparent that they've been in the scene for awhile now with all of their car show trophies and magazine features, and nice little assortment of parts and accessories in the lobby. A cozzy couch, cold a/c and TV/myriad of int'l car magazines made waiting a breeze. Unlike most newer shops with super fancy showrooms cluttered w/ pretty "Value & pretty" parts (nonfunctional) that focuses on making a quick buck on sales, Impex has the "chops" of a well aged shop who usually is on the receiving end of fixing other people's (shops) mistakes. They might not have the newest parts on display, but that's probably because they've already installed it on a customer's car! Definitely coming back for more services!
