Great experience using A&B German Car Care. Had a pre-purchase inspection done with them and it was fully comprehensive. Garrett was ready to answer any questions I had and found time for me to bring the car in with 12 hours notice. Would definitely recommend.

Omg... If you drive a German car, this is the place. Garrett is super cool and clearly explains what needs to be done. I've brought my 03 Mini here twice, and I do not want to take it anywhere else. I'll stay a customer as long as they'll have me and my Mini of Doom. They don't even mind my husband and I teasing each other about setting it on fire, hahaha! I couldn't tell you how price compares to other shops, as my late father and brother always did stuff for it. I can say I'm super happy, it's on the road, and that's all that matters!

Came here to do a 50,000 mile service on my 2017 Audi Q5. They did a great job and diagnosed an issue I was having for free. Really great guys and very knowledgeable with Audis.

I count on A&B German Car Care to keep my car in top shape. They are a great shop with knowledgeable staff which is reflected in their work. Garrett, the Service Specialist is not only knowledgeable, but always communicates which service is to be completed before beginning the work. He keeps me informed of upcoming maintenance checks and any future service needed. There is never any pressure, just straight forward communication which I truly appreciate. I find great comfort knowing I have a reliable and trustworthy team at A&B taking care of my car.

I typically don't write reviews, but I am compelled to share my recent experience with A&B German Car Care (automotive repair shop), which has been the worst I've ever had. The AC in my son's 2006 Mini Cooper stopped blowing cold air, so I searched for a nearby place to get it fixed and found A&B German Car Care in Rocklin, which had high ratings. On July 12, I scheduled an appointment, and following the diagnosis, I was told that the compressor needed to be replaced due to damage. The job cost was estimated to be around $1500, and I agreed to proceed. However, after the compressor was replaced, the issue persisted. The Shop then wanted to charge $1200 to replace the "fan" and an additional $1500 to replace the condenser. In summary, they were asking for over $4k to fix something that another shop was able to do for $1500 within two days. Furthermore, the car was in and out of the shop for over the course of three weeks. During this time, my husband called the Shop close to 20 times, but most of the time, we received the same response: "We don't know what's wrong with the AC; we're working on it." The lack of communication was astounding. At the end of the third week, when they attempted to change the condenser, my patience with them was " running low". My husband asked to be reimbursed . The mechanic replaced all the changed parts and installed the old ones, and we took the car somewhere else. I documented every call with the date, time, and notes of the conversation because I was considering contacting the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR). In conclusion, I would advise others to save their money and go elsewhere for automotive repairs. They either didn't know what they were doing or were trying to overcharge for their poor service. It felt as though they were attempting to take advantage of the situation. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I have been using A&B German Car Care for about 2 years now. Since I have never owned a European car before I was not very familiar with very many auto repair shops. I tried two other shops and I decided to stay with A&B. The individuals are extremely professional and provide excellent customer service. You can’t go wrong with these guys! Garrett was very helpful & professional in helping me out with my 2013 BMW x3. They stand behind their work and as a customer you always want to feel comfortable with the mechanics you deal with. I have never felt like they were ever trying to scam me with any repairs that was not needed. I would recommend them for any of your car care needs. Trust is hard to come by nowadays, and I trust them as an honest and professional auto mechanics shop. They are knowledgeable and provided great customer service.

What a great company. Mike and his staff helped me with the power sun roof on my Audi A7. It wouldn't close. They had me come in and it was fixed within 15 minutes. Their tech new exactly what to do. And they didn't charge me to boot! What a very nice Christmas gift. A&B has done work for me before with no issues or problems. Garrett is very helpful too. I'm using these guys for all my service and repair needs and encourage everyone to do so too.
