Great service at amazing prices. I had two windshield replacements here, and they were the only one that had quoted for OEM glass that was low enough for insurance companies to approve the work. So, instead of the generic version, I got OEM glass while just paying for the deductible. On the second replacement, the rain wiper sensor and trim cover were older and worn out, and they decided to replace them with new ones free of charge. The owner goes out of his way to make customers happy, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this business.

Great place to go to. Got my windshield done on my Ford fusion and it only took an hour! Before I left they let me know that some of my paint was peeling off and offered to put some rubber trim to help it from getting worse with no extra charge. Amazing and kind people and would recommend going here.

HEY EVERYBODY, ITS EVERY ONE OF THESE GUYS RIGHT HERE! I went to get a window replaced on my 2004 Mercury mountaineer which is a very hard piece of glass to find but they did it! When you arrive you at the location the first thing you see is there spacious parking lot with plenty of spots available and then as you walk into their area you are greeted by wonderful people asking all the right questions to begin to make your experience the most pleasurable, done with class elegance and style. The work area is is extremely well organized and very clean and everyone available went to work on my window right away as I sat in there waiting room where I was able to see my car being worked on. Everyone here is pleasant and positive and smiling while making eye contact with you during conversation, as it used to be, back in the day when customer service was the biggest valued commodity in businesses worldwide. Everybody working on my vehicle including the owner, demonstrated great skill set and knowledge that made me feel comfortable and relieved. Hats off to Nash and his great staff! I arrived early for my 1 o clock appt and was fiddling around in the parking lot when Nash came over and let me know that they were waiting for me! How cool is that, it s a first! I went inside and his staff had already pulled my car into the area to replace my passenger side back window that had been smashed in. . I brought a book to read because I thought that it would be an hour wait, I couldn t believe it that at 1:15 my car was finished and I was ready to go! I had originally tried to book an appointment with Safelite, it was over a week waiting time and much more expensive. Plus I couldn t even connect to a live person, everything had to be scheduled online. . I feel so grateful to the person who referred me here, I ll pass the referral along! PS. While I was there, another lady came in for a windshield replacement. She was on her lunch hour and Nash assured her that she d be back to work in time. Her car was finished before mine, she just had to wait an additional 10 minutes to make sure that the glue was dry so that she could safely drive her car. We were both so pleasantly surprised at the quick service This was at the top of my car repair experiences, I couldn t wait to come home and give them a 5 Star review!

These guys are awesome! While their glass is not OEM, its a lot cheaper and holds up just fine. Took my truck in and they had it done in less than an hour. They even replaced a part a few weeks later that I needed to replace once I ordered it. Great customer service.

Sunroof was leaking on a 2012 Ford Escape. Water gushing during a car wash at Quick Quack. Called this business and got me in the next morning. Showed up, immediately brought my vehicle in and 2 guys began work instantaneously. I ran a few errands, came back a few hours later and it was a done deal. The great staff figured out the problem and fixed it within a few hours. Nash greeted me upon arrival and helped me checkout. Price was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business for the service I received. Hasn t rained yet and haven t had the nerve yet to hit the car wash again yet, but I will update when those circumstances arise. But, service here was excellent.

The service here is excellent, atmosphere is friendly, and they got the job done! The windshield on my tow truck got chipped by a rock so I called around and found this company. I didnt have to make an appointment, just a quick drop in and they fixed it, good as new! Saved $90 and got it back quickly! This is a very efficient operation, using a small shack and shade canopies. Thats why they cost less. I dont need a fancy waiting room, and certainly can spend the $90 in savings. This is my auto glass place from now on.

The staff was amazing and the service was too. They predicted an hour but it was done in 35-45 minutes. Their shop is on a hill so you get to see Placerville & they gave me a free water bottle while I waited. I will definitely come back in the future if I need it and recommend them to everyone.

Nash is the best! My front windshield had a crack going all the way across. I called two places that were charging double then what they were charging here. Nash the owner was so nice and was able to get me an appointment the next day! An hour later my windshield, the clips on my hood and the rubber around it was all replaced! Got a chip in my windshield coming back from Tahoe on a Saturday afternoon. They were the only shop that would answer the phone, and were able to sneak me in just before they closed. Friendly, professional service and they fixed me up in about 25 minutes. Its a little tricky to find. Pull in to Pick-n-Pull, drive along the parking lot and youll see it in the fence on the right.

I arrived at my car after a hike on Easter Sunday to find my drivers side window smashed in and my trunk opened with some things removed. More than distress about being violated, my mind was rushing with the logistics of getting my car fixed and transporting my baby all week while my husband was out of town (with his car) on a business trip. The next morning, I called several auto glass repair places, including my dealer, and was quoted around $600 and a week before they could get it done. These guys are the best. They re professional, quick, and they know what they re talking about. They replaced my windshield quickly. 2 weeks later I got a rock chip. I tried calling Safelite bc they do mobile repairs. I waited on the phone with Safelite for 25 min and never spoke to a representative. Went online and soonest appt was 3 days later - even if I went to their location. So I called these guys instead. They answered right away and fixed my rock chip as soon as I got there. And these guys are BUSY all the time. But they keep their cool, they re friendly, and still give great customer service. Would recommend this place to everyone.

We were out of towner just in Sacramento for the weekend when our car got broken into. They were the ONLY PLACE that could fix our car same day AND they offered to go make a separate trip to get the window since they didnt have the part in stock themselves. Based on other reviews, I had them replace my windshield. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Though I left my vehicle there and said they could keep the car all day, it was ready within a couple hours. The fellows I talked to were brothers, so they were thoroughly involved in making sure the job was done right because it affects their personal business and lives. They were personable, professional, and I would recommend them to everyone.

My insurance company recommended them to replace my windshield and calibrate the electronics. I did not hear from anyone for several days. When I contacted them to schedule an appointment, I was told they left a message on my cell phone. I explained that I did not receive any message and they may have called the wrong phone number. I was told that he did not want to repair my windshield and would not reconsider. My insurance company was ablt to schedule an appointment with SafeLite without any delay. If you want rude unprofessional service; this is the place to call.

My windshield had to be replaced after a crack spread due to heat, and these guys did beautiful work with my replacement windshield. The glass they put in actually seems better in quality than the original, and I havent had one chip in it in the year its been replaced by them. Ill only come here if I need a replacement from now on! The people there are very nice to work with and they have pride in the work they do

Good and quick. Accepts reimbursement from Allstate. One complaint is that all of the broken glass wasnt removed from the inside of my door. So I can hear it rattle around from time to time.

On Monday, I need a windshield and passenger window replaced and couldnt get an appt through the insurance until later in the week and would of had to call in to work. I called Super Low Auto Glass and was able to walk in that day. He also gave me a good deal--I would have been looking at double the cost out of pocket at the other place. Staff was friendly and that really helped take the stress off the situation. I hope I dont get another broken window anytime soon, but if it happened, I would come go back to them.

Someone tried breaking into my car, cracked the drivers side window. Went to the car dealership, would have cost over $700. I was referred to Low Price Auto Glass.
