This store is by far the worst in customer service whether it be on the phone or in person very poor management
Mark was so rude, rude to me and he was a total jerk to someone on the phone talking crap to them about not speaking English and cussing in Spanish like was a funny guy. It was so ugly and ridiculous that a customer service rep would do that. Thank God for AutoZone
It said on the website that they had 3 different kind of brakes i went in and the manager didnt even look and directed me to another store 5 miles out the way when i live down the street

Adrian was incredibly polite and helpful. I had a check engine light on, and he not only retrieved the code but also printed the results for me. I’ve never had an auto store do that before, and I didn’t even realize they could. It was a small gesture, but it really meant a lot that he went the extra mile to assist me. Thank you, Adrian!
I was beginning to have trouble starting my car so I figured I probably needed a new battery. I went to O'Reilly's and I was surprised at how nice they were. They tested the battery and replaced it for me. I was so grateful they had a battery and they went outside in weather over 100 to replace it with nary a complaint. Yes, I am a more mature woman but I never felt they were taking advantage of me and they were polite and efficient.
Cesar, the parts specialist, helped me beyond belief: took all the time in the world to find the correct part 4 my Highlander. He is the quintessential customer service rep. and is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. This man should have his in store. If I still had a business I'd hire him in a heartbeat.
I was in today, 5/1 and picked up 2 wiper blades for my car and washer fluid. As I was filling the roommates car, I found out her blades were not doing so well. So, back to O’Reilly for 2 more! Got home and replaced one easy, other not so much. Back to the store for installation assistance! Shaun came out and immediately noticed the blade would not fit, and I (thinking ahead) brought out another one that looked like it would fit easier. Sure enough it did, and said not to worry about the slightly higher price for the other one. Awesome customer service and I’ll be back for blades, bulbs and anything else I feel comfortable with repairing myself. Thank you!!!
