It was a great experience for me and for my car, the crew is always very good and helpful and thro to check all fluids and check air n even cabin filter that Noone else bother to look or check. Even checked tires and even cherry on top washed my front window shield. Great and friendly and knowledgeable service. Will always come back with more cars and friends and familys,take to this place. They asked me do I want the high mileage oil added to it for 22 bucks and I say no but at the end they still charge me for it and they say they have put it in but I didnt see them putting it in so it was a lie and they overcharged me 22 bucks so be careful if you guys go there make sure to check your receipt before you leave

I went to Oil Changers on Shane Drive in Richmond yesterday Brian was amazing . His customer service skills were great and just his demeanor was good. They had 6 guys working at the time and you could tell the camaraderie between all of them was great. Brian changed my filter inside the car first time this was done. Not sure if Brian is in a mgmt position but he should be. A happy work place makes for great customer service

I have been comming to this oil change location for years now and they are always kind, efficient and reliable. It is a great local oil change, conveniently located next to the freeway! I always appreciate how seemless it is. No need to exit my vehicle and it typically takes 15 minutes or less. A bonus is the drive through car wash right next door. Its nice to take care of my car inside and out all in one stop. Great service! 5 stars easily

Love these guys! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Never try to up sale or nothing. And I appreciate them even helping sometimes just to air my tires up for me.

I came in one morning with recurring low pressure in my tires. The Oil Changers personnel correctly diagnosed the cause -- a nail embedded in one of the tires! While they do not fix these problems, I was able to get the tire repaired promptly within an hour of their diagnosis. Im very pleased and grateful for their help.

My go to place for oil changes. They are fast efficient and friendly. Most recently came in to get new wiper blades and they had me in and out in no time.

I really like this location. I ve been to other oil changers and other companies that are similar (drive thru) and no one is as thorough as this location. I will definitely be back and recommend to others.

Ive been to several oil changers but none thus far have had the customer service of this one. Jaspreet made everything run smoothly. He was friendly, efficient and kept the line moving with frequent updates. There were suggestions made for treatments that the vehicle might need in the future but no pressure to purchase anything today. I will definitely bring all my vehicles here.

Solid staff that is fast and efficient and not pushy with their sales. They only suggest products that your vehicle needs. This was my second time to oil changers Hilltop and I will definitely go back! There wasnt a very long line and they move cars through pretty fast. Im happy with their service. Ps. When paying at the end there is now an option to leave tip when paying with a credit card, which I find interesting as I have never seen that before at an oil change place. You may also choose to have your receipt emailed or printed for you.

My usual spot has more to offer water in car ac while your engine is off for hot days and clean bathroom. Over all they did what I needed to do found a coupon for $7.00 off oil change came to just about $100.

Because we could not wait to get oil change at dealership, we checked out great reviews of you guys, called, got very knowledgeable response. So we went, and had a superb experience. Kind of different because we sit in the car while you guys work on our car, sort of like where we did oil change at front of our house when we were teenagers, a fun hangouts. It is fast! So happy this is done instead of a whole day appointment at dealership. We chose the premium oil for about $140 including tax. Well, you guys won a new customer to return to you after 5K miles. Great job!

I got my oil changed and the next day I found oil on my driveway. I took my truck back and the manager said that oil on the frame had not been cleaned up. And when I got home and looked, the area still had not been clean.

I recently had an oil change done at Oil Changers Hilltop, and overall, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they got me in and out quickly. However, I noticed that the splash shield wasn t reattached correctly. I brought this to their attention, and they were very accommodating, allowing me to come back in to address the issue. The team was appreciative and eager to make things right, which I really appreciated. Despite the minor hiccup, their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident. I d recommend them for their great service and responsiveness.

Never had an issue with this company until this weekend. Didnt fully check the fluids on my car ,only replaced 4.5 crts of oil and still charge full price, on top of that left a rag under the hood smoke and flames came from the rag left inside had to pull over and poor water to put it out.

I visited the Oil Changers on Shane Avenue in Richmond, California and was pleasantly surprised due to the exceptional customer service. Both Jorge and Diego greeted me and my daughter with a smile and was extremely professional throughout the process. Even though I noticed their white gloved service; my 11 year old daughter felt the difference with this customer experience as well. Kudos to Oil Changers for hiring these thoughtful young men.

Awful experience communication misleading just for a cvt. They wanted to charge me 267. ND then some other 20.00 for this some other 20. 00 for that Come on my so. Called In for me once I showed up they noticed a was a female they switched that price real fast. From 165.00 for a cut during my oil change I was already paid for.

Went for an oil change with a car I inherited. It had not been driven much over the past 4 years. Sebastian was very thorough checking the filters (they were awful), did a much needed engine flush, tested the lights, and changed the oil, which had been very low. Everyone was efficient and polite. Highly recommend!

Never again! Took my S550 there for an oil change because I was due, and had an appointment with Mercedes in 3 days so I didnt want to keep driving it. The next morning had oil leaking all over my garage! Ive had this car for 4 years and never had an oil leak! Took it to the dealership and not only was it the wrong motor oil, but the wrong filter! I went back 3 days in a row and the damn manager was never there! HORRIBLE JOB, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE! I KNEW BETTER BUT TRIED TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS! NEVER TAKE HIGH END FOREIGN CARS! NEVER, NOT EVEN IN AN EMERGENCY!

Service was good no complains everyone was respectful one thing I was upset was employees kept asking to add on things which I find iffy & at this point just trying to dig in peoples pockets & I find that irritating because I kept saying no & just wanted an oil change but overall I wasn t satisfied it was overpriced I wish employee kept it real and said the prices before putting in the work but it is what it is and i walked away giving them $150 & I usually go there & get charged less than $100 so I feel like I got scammed or just over priced & it was dissatisfaction

My van claims to have a lifetime transmission that will expire after 150,000 miles. I wanted my transmission fluid changed but the dealership said it was not possible. I would like my van to run longer than 150,000 miles so I was very happy that Oil Changers was able to locate the drain and fill plug and was able to flush and fill my transmission with new fluid. Will return for future service.
