Brought my car in for a tune up, headed home, car was shaking as of I kept hitting it breaks. Took it back IMMEDIATELY, 10 min later I hear a loud boom, smoke coming from my car, fluids all on the floor, and the guy says, your radiator blew out. needless to say, they wanted me to pay 380.00 for a car that I literally just watched them screw up. I ended up towing my car somewhere else just to now fix it. And to answer the question, NO I didnt pay them. Told me he would keep my car if I didnt pay. Called my father, and everybody was silent when he showed. Lol.

I AM CHANGING MY REVIEW, JOHN HUCKABEE IS A LIAR!!! MY ENGINE ALMOST BLEW FROM OVERHEATING AFTER I ASKED HIS EMPLOYEE TO PLEASE TOP OFF ALL MY FLUIDS AS WELL AS MY OIL CHANGE. I FILLED MY RADIATOR UP WITH 50/50 ANTIFREEZE AND WATER WENT STRAIGHT TO HIS SHOP FROM NEVADA,HE CHECKED IT,AND SAID IT WAS MY WATER PUMP.PLAYED IT OFF BY SAYING HE FILLED IT BACK UP WITH A GALLON OF WATER.WHICH WAS THE LIE, BECAUSE AFTER TAKING MY DAUGHTER AND GIRLFRIENDS ADVICE, I GOT A SECOND OPINION AND FOUND OUT MY WATER PUMP WAS GOOD.HE WAS JUST TRYING TO COVER UP FOR HIS EMPLOYEES MISTAKE, INSTEAD OF ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY AND APOLOGIZING,HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $380.00 TO FIX SOMETHING HE SAID WAS BAD!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP,HE IS A LIAR AND A THIEF!!!!

Definitely a no-go. Rude service lady at the office desk. Just asked what I wanted and asked for ny name, address, phone number and keys. Didnt even tell me a process or whether we had to leave the car or nothing. Thats no way to run a so called honest business.

I called them over the phone and they quoted $350 for labor and parts. We took the car over there and they asked about &1100 for labor and parts without any inspection. Literally they lied just to get us there. I really didn t like their attitude. Unprofessional in total.

Would give it a 0 rating. Went in to get my brakes checked on my 2017 honda civic Si , said it was good. So i picked up my car and my battery was dead. My car did not turn on , and they had to jump start it , my car was completely fine when i took it there , they must of left my car on . I had to buy a new battery for my car and PAID out of my pocket when they messed up my battery. If u have a newer car dont go here. And also i previously came to do other work and those 3 times they couldnt do it

I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. When they did an inspection for my car, they told me I needed an air filter and cabin air filter. They checked my brakes when they did the tire rotation and put air in my tires. They were complete professionals and took care of my car. I was in and out in under 40 minutes. I highly recommend this place of business.

I cant comment on there work, but I showed up at 8 am and place was still closed. I saw the Workers showing up late and opening all haphazardly.

This business is amazing! I had taken my car to Crown Toyota for a busted air conditioner. My extended warranty covered a damaged blower motor, however it did not cover the brakes and Filter change. I let Crown Toyota Adjust and clean the back brakes and change out the filter but I told them I would take the car somewhere else to get the front brakes and rotors replaced since they wanted to charge $500. I ended up purchasing my own rotors and front brakes and I took the car to Auto Care and Breaks For the labor which was very inexpensive. They changed out the front brakes and rotors for me and while test driving the car they had noticed a flapping noise coming from the back of the car. They had suggested it may be a tire with a flat spot and advised me to take it to where I normally go to see if the tire was under warranty. I took my car to American tires and I had them check the tire and the guy had told me that my tire was perfect. My car however continued to make the flapping noise so I returned To Crown Toyota for them to re-check their work and they wanted to charge me $140 for the diagnosis! Knowing that this was bull, I took the car back to Auto Care and Brakes for a brake inspection which mind you, is free. They had my car for a total of two hours all while test driving my car and trying to figure out where the flapping noise had come from. Once finished, the guy had told me that I do still have a flat spot on my tire however it s really nothing too concerning as The tire otherwise is perfect. They took off the rotors from the back and they cleaned them and adjusted them as well. He told me the sound was gone and there was no charge! THE FLAPPING NOISE IS GONE AND THE SOLUTION WAS FREE! Not only are these guys honest, but they know how to clean up others peoples mess. I am forever grateful to this place! Awesome job guys! Thank you.

Wow...walked in asked for a brake inspection. Seemed like it was busy, but they took the car right in. Within a few minutes they had the car up and the inspection started. I then asked if I can also get an oil change. They said no problem and another mechanic helped get it done. Saw multiple people come and go all left happy. Priced seemed fair with no hassle or up sell. Thank you guys.

I wouldnt go back .for some reason they couldnt tell me after many trips to them that i had a blown head gasket.after i explained and specifically took it in to find the problem.(I took it to you guys for a test that you guys hooked up my car and said everything was fine and just to replace the cap and the clamps on the hoses because they werent right and eventually replace the water pump.)They are fast on oil changes thou.

Wasnt too happy with the attitude and customer service when I took my truck in for a valve cover gasket change my truck was running in great condition the only problem I had was the oil leak from the gaskets so when I pick up my truck my truck it didnt run the same it was shaking awfully bad so I took it back right away and explained to them that my truck was running bad they did nothing to try and fix it.they fixed one problem but created a worse situation they made me feel like oh well we they got paid. ..ill never go to that place again. My truck NEVER got fixed.

These guys are straight forward and honest. They didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. They helped me get my car fixed at a more than fair price.

I take my car there and they charge me a lot for change the injectors of my car and the car dont run till i take it to other place and they only fix the timing belt and runs now i never go in this place again
