👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. I had a highly disappointing experience with this shop and would advise others to be cautious. My wife's car was having air conditioning issues, so I took it to them for a diagnosis. They told me the condenser was leaking and wanted to charge $750 for the repair. Thankfully, I didn't take their word for it. After bringing the car home and doing some research, I discovered that the actual problem was the AC service port Schrader valve. I bought the part from AutoZone for just $5 and fixed it myself. This experience left me feeling like they were not being honest, possibly trying to overcharge for unnecessary repairs. I wouldn't trust them with my vehicle again and recommend you look for a more reliable and transparent shop.
Great customer service all around. Bryan & his team are for the people. By the people. At Reseda auto your car is in good hands. Been coming here since 2016. Highly recommend this place.
Very good & professional auto shop ! Bryan diagnosed my car’s A/C issue quickly and had it repaired for a great price. Reliable service and a great team. Thank you !
-brought my vehicle as a walk in and brian helped me immediately. the diagnosis took roughly 30 mins after which he explained in detail what repair was needed, the cost, and how long it would take. appreciate his straight forward attitude and politeness. will be referring people his way for sure!
Frankie and Brian took great care of my classic jeep and were able to get the ac working when literally no other shop could. 10/10 for the great service and price. They also gave me a good price on fixing some leaks and walking me through the diagnostics they did. Very happy with their work!
Bryan was extremely professional and helpful at Reseda Radiator. My family has taken their cars her for years but this is my first time with my car. They did not disappoint. They delivered honest diagnostic/assessment of the problem, fair pricing, excellent communication throughout the process, and a relatively quick return of my car seeing as it was a big job. Thank you so much Bryan and the team over at Reseda Automotive & Air conditioning!
Found this shop through Google reviews and couldn’t be happier. Hector diagnosed my car’s A/C issue quickly and had it repaired at a fair price. Reliable service and a great team!
Found this shop based on Google reviews for a specialist on A/C.. My A/C in my car just blew hot air. Hector told me to bring it in and they would charge a reasonable diagnostic fee which would be applied to the repair if I performed the service at their shop. Very fair arrangement. They tested the Freon first (cheapest repair option), and realized that wasn’t the problem. They suspected the compressor next and after running more pressure tests, they confirmed it was the compressor. It’s an expensive repair anywhere, but I thought the quote of $850 was reasonable. They were able to repair the car same day. A/C was working well on my drive home!
