Excellent service, very reasonable cost, went above and beyond my expectations. I will go to them if I need repairs.

To me they have been nothing but kind and very informative with everything I that is going on with my vehicle. The only thing I can complain about is that yea it does take them a long time to get the vehicles done, but its understandable look how many vehicles they having to work on all the time. An if they have to find certain parts then wait for parts to be shipped to them, so. Honestly to me I can see they are trying to do the best they can with all the work an space they have. But I really like an highly recommended them!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a joke. They are the most unorganized auto place and are ring up charges last minute. They say they will have your car ready and they don't. No call to say they will have to keep it longer than they said. You call and there is no answer. Lucky if you do get one. You literally have to keep calling and calling. Every time you speak with someone, they all say something different. Not a legit place. My father is the one who's taken his car here and he's advised never to take your car there again unless you want to want to deal with lack of professionalism and stress about when you will get your vehicle back. Luckily, I have always taken my vehicle to Lee's and haven't had to deal with their business personally. Now just dealing with my father's car.

would not recommend this place at all..took my car in for a oil pump change because it was leaking, they replaced the old part with the new one and said it was ready. Drove it for a while and still leaked. Took it back so the could replace the part again and they said it was ready... Drove it for a while and then the timing belt snapped, bending valves and killing my engine...don't go here, the bad reviews are true...

Up front, friendly, and honest family business. They let me spread out my repairs over two sessions to accommodate my budget. They showed me my faulty part after they had removed it and allowed me to see its brokenness for myself.

Absolutely do not recommend this place! Horrible costumer service! No communication between owner and costumer. Took my car for a simple fix up, a few days later I see performance lose in the engine and code that pertains to the parts they worked on so I take it back to get it reworked on, four days go by without me hearing about my car. So I go ask about my car on the 4th day and turns out they haven't even looked into it. I decide to take the car since i felt like they where just playing with my money. When I got the car back my front windshield was smeared with grease. To sum up I left with my car worse than it was when I first took it. ..very bad experience do not recommend!!

Nice people, good service and quick repair of my Expedition. Yes, people, there is an honest auto repair shop and it's Gonzalez Automotive. We will use them again!
