I had an unusual service need and most places I reached out were dismissive or disinterested, but Redwood Tires 🛞 has a can-do attitude and told me to come on by and they would see what they could do! They were all so nice and got my service done the same-day. They made my whole experience really a pleasure. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I popped a tire on a Friday night while pulling in my driveway. I called for a mobile replacement service on Saturday morning, and Juan has been very professional, attentive to my needs and thoughts, and courteous. The service couldn't be done on the same day, so I ended up finding another provider (KG Tire, separate review to come) to replace my popped tire. I still needed to change the other front tire and used RGTP for that, going to their shop on Monday morning. It's been done quickly and efficiently for $317 total. It would have cost an additional $150 for the mobile service. The shop offers a nice waiting room with desks and comfy chairs.

This place is full of fake reviews. If SNAILS were mechanics, that’s the best comparison I can make. I watched my car sit untouched for over an hour. It took two hours just for an oil change. The only thing that’s quick here is charging you. The prices for basic services are outrageous. What I observed is that they follow a particular approach. When a customer arrives for a service they take an unusually long time to begin. Once they do ,they point out various issues that don't necessarily need fixing. Then, they call the customer with a list of these things making it sound as though they discovered problems while working on the car even though they haven't actually started the original service. Assembling a car is straightforward, so don’t let them mislead you with their tactics claiming, "While we have it on the rack."

Would give 10 stars if I could! I've been a loyal customer of Redwood General Tire for years, and every experience has been nothing short of excellent. As someone who isn't a tire expert, I truly appreciate how much I can rely on them for honest, expert advice and quality service. They’ve become my trusted go-to for all tire repairs and replacements. Most recently, I had an urgent situation involving a major tire repair due to an accident. Katie went above and beyond to assist me, making sure I fully understood my options and worked quickly to get me back on the road. Her professionalism, knowledge, and customer care were exceptional. It's rare to find a business that consistently provides such high-quality service and care, and Redwood General Tire has earned my trust time and time again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and top-notch tire service. They’ve definitely earned a customer for life!

My go to store to get the best tires and best quality service. They swapped my Michelin Pilot Sport All Season tires to my new rims and installed Michelin CUP 2s on my old rims for my track days. All done within a few hours. Katie, John and the whole crew are extremely service minded. All at an attractive price! Can highly recommend RGTP. They are indeed tire pros!

Top notch alignment shop! They do both excellent standard work as well as custom jobs. Juan is a great manager and Mauricio is the best when it comes to custom steering and alignment jobs. We bring all our cars and trucks here and all the trucks have custom suspension and steering setups!

Oscar is the man! He was friendly and fast at fixing my tire on my Rivian R1T. Bring your EVs here and they have the tools, willingness, and knowledge to repair and maintain your truck/car.

Juan was my representative who helped me they have done a wonderful job honestly I have this done before with many other tire companies these guys are just so professional I drove all the way from San Francisco to Redwood City and I will always be supporting this business from now on
