Safelite AutoGlass in Redwood City

Safelite was great. Prompt and technician was professional. Would use them again. They fixed a small chip in my window.

The Safelite Technician was on time, courteous and flexible. I needed a little time to borrow a camping canopy because the weather was unexpectedly damp, to shield the work area while the windshield was being replaced. He was patient with the brief wait and put it up and took it down on his own. I appreciated that!

The staff here were knowledgeable and friendly. Did a great job with rear glass fit including vacuuming and removing all the broken glass. Highly recommended.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I do not recommend this place. A technician from the Redwood City shop attempted to repair a small crack on my windshield but ended up making it significantly worse—turning it into a full-length crack from top to bottom. As a result, the windshield is now beyond repair and has become a safety hazard. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to reach the shop directly for an expedited replacement. The only available contact was the national customer service number, which was unhelpful for anything beyond scheduling an appointment.

I had to use this place multiple times for window repair. They are easy to schedule directly or via Progressive Insurance. Today I had a chip fixed at my husband's workplace. Skyler was great. Good professional job & good communication.

This is a very bad location ran by the scammer manager, Nela. They took my car for windshield replacement and damaged my bumper. One of their district supervisors (Victor) approved the repair but they are being non-responsive. Attaching before and after photos of my car.

This SAFELITE location did an outstanding job on our windshield replacement. We had a follow up call from Ryan before our appointment, making sure we were all set up and ready to go. I would encourage anyone getting their windshield done to have an appointment and get there 30 minutes before to check in. Sometimes they can get real busy, but the technicians are good at what they do and ery efficient. 1 place did not properly seal it. We bought the car used and had no idea it had been replaced before. Now we can have peace of mind that it's been installed with care and professionalism by Kendrick and Safelite Redwood City.
