They were able to fix my car quickly and the estimate was reasonable. They are also friendly and the shop is so clean and organized. I will definitely be back.
My previous mechanic retired and I was looking for a new one. I knew what market price would be when I asked for different quotes and these guys were the only ones who were honest about market price in the area. Not only that, they were honest about what needed to be done in my car and not needed. For example my engine air filter was in good condition and they easily could have said it needs to be replaced and charge me. They also ensured I knew how to check my car in the next 5k miles of driving, if it needed further maintenance before my next 10k maintenance service. Lastly, I was able to get my car within hours after dropping it off, speedy quick! They only do Toyotas and Lexus, but cannot recommend these guys enough.

There are plenty of Toyota mechanics in this area who are skilled and quite good at what they do. So how do you differentiate to find the best option? You might call around to find the most affordable quote but also to see if they're friendly and willing to offer some free guidance with your car's issue. Perhaps you need it done ASAP and thus scour reviews to see who's got a fast turn around time. No matter how much time you invest, however, at the end of the day you simply have to trust the person you hand your keys. Wouldn't it just be nice to drop your car off and feel confident that you'll pay a fair price with a quick turnaround? Yet also have it all done by a kind, patient and immensely knowledgeable mechanic who truly cares? All without gouging you in the process? That is Toy Auto. Truly, I'd never take the time to write this in a review of...well, kinda anything. But the experience my family, partner and friends all consistently have with Toy Auto is simply phenomenal. Without exception. You've find your ideal mechanic, well done :)

I ve had the pleasure of bringing an older Lexus LS in for a complicated diagnosis and repair and a new to me Prius in for a major service, they did great work and have really good judgement in their recommendations. If I m not working on my own car, these guys are!
I been using their service for the past 5 years. Always get the best friendly service and useful advice. They never upsell me on anything the car does not need. Big plus is they gave advice on things to watch out for. For example: my car is getting old and the starter battery is showing its age. Instead of telling me to change it out immediately, he told me to watch for a list of warning signs. If you have a Toyota/Lexus. These are the mechanics to look for.

First experience with this shop. I was stranded with our Sienna leaking oil and had me very worried. They were booked up, but had me tow the van in. Van was fixed up the next day and back on the road. Very organized, professional and reasonably priced.

I recently inherited a 1998 Lexus and my brother encouraged me to take the car to Brian at Toy Auto Clinic. Brian explained what needed to be done now vs. later and helped me make the right decisions for what my car needed. The service was quick, professional, and affordable! As a bonus, years of leaking oil had caused a lot of buildup, but when I picked up my car today, everything looked brand new under the hood! (He said he had his guy steam clean all the grime.) If you want someone to work on your toyota/lexus that is affordable, clean, and honest, this is the place to go. These guys deserve all the positive hype and Im so grateful to have found a good shop for my new old car!

My spouse (female) was quoted from the Lexus dealer 2600 for a brake job. The dealer stated they could not resurface the rotor because it was too thin. This was the first time the car was getting a brake job and I did not know why it could not be resurfaced. The dealer told her they had to replace the rotors. I took it to Toy auto Clinic and they were about to do the job for much much less. They did a check and told me they did not understand why the dealer had to replace the rotors. I had plenty of meat left to resurface. I am very happy with the communication and the service. If you looking for an honest place to repair your car this is the spot.

I bought a Toyota Camry Hybrid and found out about Toy Auto, located in my hometown. My car needed an oil change, maintenance lights shut off, and some filter changes. I had gone to the dealer for this and ended up, walked out because of the experience and the inflated price of almost $800. Toy Auto did the job and more for under $200. They were professional, organized. Had a laugh too, as It took me awhile to realize it was two guys working. Toy Auto is Owned by two identical twin brothers. They are awesome. I am a customer for life!!!!!
This is by far and away the best place you can take your Toyota to on the peninsula. Brian and Chris have fantastic customer service, know exactly what needs to be done and dont charge exorbitant hourly rates like most shops in the area. Theyre beyond fair and have fast turn arounds depending on what needs to get done. You run a risk of getting ripped of and paying way more than you need to by taking your vehicle to a dealer. These guys are just as knowledgeable if not more. Check them out!

This place is fantastic. Great service and amazing rates. I had a really complicated multiple part problem and they did a great job of going through the various hypotheses and explaining what they found along the way. I took the same issue to two other places including the dealer and they gave up at the first sign of difficulty. One of them even quoted me $6k to replace something that wasnt even involved, but Toy did a great job. People are very friendly too. I cant recommend them enough.
Chris is so helpful and he was FAST! I had a sensor issue with my IS250 (the sensor system in this car has boned me for years) and it went crazy right before I had to take a long international trip. We called Chris and he was able to squeeze me in that morning. Reasonably priced + more convenient than the local dealership! I highly recommend Toy Auto :)
These guys are great. They only work on Toyota vehicles. They know their stuff. They certainly did a great job on my ratty, old Lexus. Did the initial diagnosis, asked me what I wanted to do, then did the job quickly and at a reasonable cost. Nice people too.
My new go to spot for Lexus service. They have an immaculate little shop which tells you that they pay attention to details. They go through every potential issue and explain whats necessary to fix.

Brian is amazing! As a female, Ive always been a bit wary to take my car in for any service as Ive always been warned that I will get duped or upcharged (and this has happened before). I started getting into the habit of having my male friends call in for quotes for me and to let me know if the costs I am being charged are fair. Well those days are over ever since I found Brians shop. Brian is super friendly, helpful, informative, and honest. He will go out of the way to work with your schedule and will do everything he can to keep your vehicle in top condition. Him and his team work quickly without compromising quality and his prices are very fair. I highly recommend his services to everyone. Toy Auto Clinic is hands down one of my favorite businesses in the U.S.
Definitely recommend this place! I just did a complete mechanical inspection when buying a pre-owned SUV (Lexus RX350). Brian and JJ did an excellent job. They were super careful, professional and patient. After the inspections, Brian even spent extra time in interpreting the potential mechanical flaws to the dealer (when we were negotiating the price), and consulting the warranty choice. Their help worth definitely much more than the price they charged!

I brought in an old 4runner with serious issues and he checked it out and gave me an honest assessment. He recommended I get rid of it. It was absolutely the right thing to do. When I came by to have it towed away he said I didnt owe him a thing for checking it out and he even offered to buy the roof rack off me!
