Pacific Tire Center is fantastic! Recently moved to Inglewood with a small fleet of vehicles which will continue expanding as a small LLC. Extremely glad I found Pacific Tire Center and have chosen as THE place to provide all my cars service. Their prices are fair, great environment and top-notch customer service by Brianna and Freddy, as well as the owners. Can't recommend them enough! Mechanics are very skilled and complete each task on timely manner and efficiently.

I have been a satisfied customer of "Pacific Tire Service Center" since 2020. The master technician Freddy is patient, empathetic, and adept in servicing my pride and joy. He is trust worthy and honest in taking care of all my automotive concerns. Brianna, the office manager, is always smiling and helpful in assisting any of my automotive concerns or questions. What an awesome business. We were staying nearby and found ourselves in a real pickle ! flat tire-rental car- no big deal, right? But wait- no spare- what??? ok; we'll just call Hertz and they'll take care of it, right? WRONG!!! Since we did not opt to pay for the absurdly expensive additional insurance, Hertz rather smugly informed us that we were "on our own", responsible for towing, replacing the tire, etc etc. This is when I called Pacific Tire, spoke to Gerry on the phone. and voila- problem solved. He located the exact correct tire, got it delivered to the shop, and installed it in less than an hour. They couldn't have been nicer- just tremendous customer service; and we all know how rare that is these days. Thank you so much- Alan and family

Got a flat getting home from LAX. Googled for a few places and saw Pacific Tire with great reviews. The guy helping me (didn’t catch his name) showed me why my tire was too gone to get patched and the others were pretty old and cracking too. :( Asked if he can help find me affordable ones and he did! $500 for all four out the door. Next tier up would be $800. I was due for an oil change so they took care of that as well. $60 for synthetic. So glad they’re the first shop I called. Great service and prices. Got me in and out under 1.5hr. Thank u for taking care of me Pacific Tire!!!! I wished I lived closer to bring my car in when needed.

These guys are the best. Found them a few months ago when my wife got a flat tire and needed a local place that opened early. Rolled in with no appointment, and they fixed it right away. Came back when I needed a second opinion on the life of my tires and they (Freddye) took the time to explain how tires wear, how much more I could drive on them, and why those specific tires wear down quicker. Then provided me with quotes of all budget levels, explaining the pros and cons of each, with zero pressure to buy. Came back a few months after that, ready to replace my tires and Bri at the front desk welcomed me back like I was part of the family. Helped me (again) pick out a tire that worked for me, then did the whole thing, plus alignment, and oil change in about 90 minutes, all at prices that were very reasonable. Oil change was priced far below Jiffy/Valvoline - even when you do the coupon, and they didnt pressure me to buy a random air filter like the other guys do. They also guarantee their work and will fix any flats you get, free for the life of the tire. Can't say I get excited about 'car care' often, but the service & prices here makes it easy! No more having to wait 3 hours for basic tire service at Costco, even with an appt!

This is a long-overdue review for an exceptional experience. I had a significant oil leak coming from the engine and contacted the shop the day before to inquire about repairs. They instructed me to come in the following morning, where they promptly assessed the issue and provided an estimated time for completion. Brianna, who assisted me with customer service, was outstanding, and Freddy, the technician who worked on my vehicle, was equally impressive. His deep knowledge of my car model demonstrated true expertise in the field. I explained that the repair was urgent as my wife needed the car the following day to take our children to school. Freddy understood the urgency, quickly ordered the necessary parts, and worked efficiently to complete the repair as soon as possible. Overall, I had an excellent experience with the staff, and I will certainly return in the future. Thank you for the great service!

This place is one in a million, I just moved to the area and Freddie is the BEST. I took my car in for brakes and he gave me a much better deal than the dealership quote I had, he also took a look at my son's vehicle and advised me on something that I didn't know. Very professional, fast, honest, fair price!! I'll be coming back here for all my vehicle needs. The customer service is top notch and each time I've called to ask about servicing, they have said come right in and taken care of me. Thank you!

My wife called me frantic on the Freeway at 4:30pm today. She has a 5 Series BMW with Run Flats, but the car told her to stop driving. She called AAA and she showed her the tire was split on the Sidewall and we live in S Orange County. She needed a new tire. Pacific Tire Service stayed open late to help her get a new Run Flat Tire even though it was late and we were lucky they had a run flat in stock, most shops don't have them in stock.
