Outstanding service! Was referred to them via Costco auto online (so a discount plus the Coscto brand behind the work). Very easy to make an appointment for the next business day (would have had to wait 3 weeks for the local Land Rover dealer). Dawn was friendly and proficient in checking me in. Mike called me with the update / explanation of repairs needed. He was thorough and informative — like the best teachers you had in high school. Felt very comfortable making decisions on what needed to be done. EXCELLENT prices — had full service plus two new tires done. Will definitely come back and tell family and friends.

This is the best auto repair shop and tire business I have ever been to. I have been taking my cars here for years. I always receive excellent customer service. My car repair issues are resolved quickly and with constant communication as to what is happening and why. I believe this is an honest business. As a woman, I do not feel I am being taken advantage of. Everything is explained in detail as to why I need to have it done and how much it will cost up front. I appreciate Mike and all the team. Very welcoming and extremely helpful. Wasn't sure if my car needed anymore additional repairs so they inspected everything. They were completely honest and didn't try to sell me anything as they couldn't find any major issues. They adjusted my air pressures, explained everything I had concerns about, and sent me off without spending a dollar. Definitely coming back here for any future repairs I might need!
