Angelo's Classic Import Auto Service Inc. in Redding

The repairs are always thorough. They arent cheap ( that has more to do with owning high end vehicles) but I never feel ripped off or taken advantage of. They explain repairs and always seem friendly.

I know I can rely on Angelos to keep my Volvo in top condition. They check everything to ensure its well taken care of from the transmission to the hatch door. Ive been taking it there for over twenty years and find them honest and conscientious. I highly recommend this shop.

Terrible shop Angelo is Terrible to deal with I took my vmw there several times and had bad service. The last time ended up charging me more than $1000.00. I end up taking the car to the dealer in Sacramento, and they found out that Angelo put a used part or was never fixed. And have proof to proof you, Angelo. And I always wanted to talk to hi. And he always hide behind his daugter.

Angelos provide knowledgeable, efficient service. I am confident I made a good choice, and The Beamers performance is superb. Thank you Angelos, I will be back.

Mercedes GL350 Blutech- 2015- needed air shocks, new compressor, ignition battery replaced and basic replacement of various filters. Service was fast, courteous and much more affordable than going to dealership. They have knowledgeable staff and took excellent care of my car. I am so happy I found them!!

I first found Angelos a few years ago during C19. I am so pleased I did! When I take my VW Jetta there I know they go through everything and when I leave I know I am driving a safe vehicle. The filters they use in oil changes are of the highest quality and are specifically made for your make of vehicle, unlike those quick drive through oil change businesses. Angelos know their stuff and have top notch Customer Service. You can sit and relax there, have a cup of coffee, and they have the sweetest little doggie greeters! I highly recommend Angelos for all your car needs.

Had a window that needed to be fixed they fixed it but broke the window button then they charged me to fix it. After getting the work done month later my panel is loose. I had someone else look at it and found they broke all the clips and glued them back and never replace the window unit but just a clip . Sucks cuz Angelo is a good guy but his employees giving bad name. Be careful never go there again

This is an incredible company! Such friendly owners and technicians. One of the best places for BMW, Mercedes and Landrover. Honest mechanics and they always give pictures of issues so you can confirm what the issues actually are and not have to wonder if they are making anything up. Highly recommend.

I went to Angelos because he was about $300. cheaper with his quote but after he had the car about 4 hours he called and said he was going to have to charge more because it was more work than he thought about $300 more what could I do they already had it apart. Next time I will look for someone else. Why should I pay for his mistake?

I needed a simple battery replacement and another big box dealer in town did not have the time to let me know if they had my battery in stock or how long it would potentially take to locate/replace. Angelos got me in the next day and replaced my battery within hours! Their professionalism and customer service is unparalleled! We have been going to Angelos for quite some time so when the electrical went out on our older Mercedes, we took it there. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to locate parts and get it back on the road. We have always trusted them and would recommend them to anyone. In fact we already have!!!!

Mass air flow sensor plugged in crooked. Intake boot not installed correctly. Paper left on exhaust manifold. Im sure they do great work, just wish I experienced it. 2 stars for installing injectors correctly and good customer service.

Great service! Really helped me in a pinch when my alternator belt broke. I was traveling though and they got me in and out quick for a great price. Highly recommend! Hopefully I don t break down again but if I do I ll go here again.

I always take my car to Angelos! They are a family run business with good people and they always take excellent care of my car and me! They even saved me over $200.00 this last visit. I hadnt changed my oil in a while as that particular car doesnt exactly rack up the miles. So they checked my mileage from my last service, checked my oil and added some, gave my car the once over and told me that according to factory standards, I didnt need an oil change yet!! They wont charge you for anything unnecessary, they are very upfront with you on standards of service and cost and they always make me feel like I just left a friendly family members house when I leave. Ive been taking my car there for years now and have no plans of changing!!

This is the only place to go for your import! Excellent service and care! The team took care of all the cars needs and made it safe as I was having fuel issues. They also fixed minor tail lights. Thanks again team!

So after my car refused to start in AAA confirmed it was not the battery when I called Angelos they got me immediately in that day and was able to correctly diagnose the issue and have my car done the same day.

Unprofessional. Do not call them with an issue, the father calls you back and is rude, just flat out went after me. Did not bother to find out what conversation was about.

Angelo has been taking care of my car for the last 8 years. When ever Ive had any sort of issue with my car, Angelo has been able to sort it out. I like the fact that he takes the time to explain exactly what it is that has gone awry and the solution for that particular issue. Hes not cheap, but I think hes fair. I trust him with my car.

Angelo is amiable and fair on his pricing. He is quick to diagnose problems after a few questions, saving diagnostic time. Parts are fairly priced, much below dealerships. I have met two excellent mechanics in my lifetime, one in San Rafael and Angelo. He has an excellent memory and orchestrates an outstanding product and service. His office manager is Cheri, (his daughter), who is also efficient and most pleasurable to deal with. Its rare that I give accolades, but they are deserving.

Took my car to another shop and they gave a completely different (and way less expensive) diagnostic and actually got my car running. This place gave me the run around and a $2000 bill without a clear diagnosis.

Many times I have had to have my Mercedes serviced and have had nothing but good experiences taking my vehicle to Angelos Classic Import Service. I recommend them highly. I hate to have anything go wrong with my vehicle but when it does it is nice to know there is someone available to always take care of the problem.
