I gotta tell you, I brought my 2007 Lexus GX470 to get my brakes, calipers, and axel done. These guys Muhammed from the front desk and the mechanic BigMo went above and beyond... not only did they do what was needed but also gave me required maintenance but advised me in this i needed in my suv, and for a very good price. I got my brakes and my rotors fixed at the car guys and I had a wonderful experience. Mohammed is a very nice gentleman and I felt like I had excellent customer service there and that I had open honest communication. These guys are great! Took my 2012 Audi a6 supercharged in because I needed a transmission fluid change and and oil change but I broke the oil plug was stripped and I broke an extraction bit in the plug these guys where able to get the job done so fast and at a reasonable price. I recommend anyone with a European car to go here. Thank you fellas u guys did a great job !

The Car guys RC has been great to me! I have brought my 2013 Kia Forte Ex in a few times for tail lights/tail light install, and radio. They helped me identify my tail light issue and were able to install new tail lights that I brought in. Great guys to work with for a great price. Dropped my car off during lunch and was able to pick it up after a couple hours. Definitely recommend them.

When i tell you i am blown away by the honesty and the hard work everyone did on my bmw 430i they had the best prices and the reviews were top tier and told no lies ! My AC went out on my Lexus F sport and another shop could not fix it so they told me dealer only. I brought it here to avoid the high fees and they fixed it easily. It was due to the battery being disconnected that it needed to be reprogrammed. $120.00! Hard to find honest mechanics. Thank you Car Guys.

Absolute worst. Charged fees, didnt fix anything, dont think they even opened hood of car. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed even after paying them. Dont bother.

Rude. Wait forever to call you, dont provide updates, then rush you while threatening storage fees. They almost wouldnt even work on the car when I told them the car ran out of engine oil because they thought it was out of gas...take your car to a place that knows the difference between engine oil and gasoline. This place is a joke.

I brought my car into Car Guys after getting an oil change done at another repair shop, and being told I needed to replace the entire turbo unit on my car. I stopped by one morning and Danny was super helpful. He answered any questions I had and explained he could do a diagnostic that morning. I decided what could it hurt since the other repair place and quoted me a couple thousand to fix the turbo/oil leak there. A couple of hours later and a full inspection of my car, Danny told me what the issue was and explained in full detail how everything worked. He also informed me the other place didnt replace certain parts during my oil change!!! He also completely cleaned up my engine and bottom of car that was extremely dirty from the oil leaking. Come to find out I needed some sensors replaced, a properly done oil change, and seals replaced. He was able to order all the parts and replace it the next day!!!! At a fraction of the cost!! The most impressive part was that when it was all done, my oil light would not go off and Danny made it his mission to try and make sure my car was 100%. Luckily, the light only stayed on shortly after I left and my car has been great since. They also followed up with me to see how everything was going. I will definitely be returning here for all follow up work I need on my vehicle. ** one more thing I was impressed by was that I didnt feel pressured to do more than necessary. I felt like I was told what was necessary and what wasnt. Even for things I will soon need, I was given the information but not made to feel it had to be done that day. Would 100% recommend them.

They communicated our options and completed the repairs swiftly. Our second vehicle needed its AC repaired in which The Car Guys replaced and repaired. They were patient as we are a growing family & even provided a ride to my husband with a ride home to pick up our other car as they repaired the car that needed fixed. Double Charge Attempting. I had some service done last Sep (year 2023) with total cost $750+, which was billed Nov 2023. As of this morning, they were trying to bill it again. Calling in, they explain it was due to their transaction company. You should not all this happen, very dangerous if I didnt see the bill. No matter what the reason is, the double charge is bad as a fact that people can risk of losing money. I did my breaks and rack & pinion changed here. Came back for a few times. But, not any more in the future. Not recommending.

Do not recommend them to fix your car. They had my car sitting there for 8 months I would call & text just to get updates on my car & never get a response, which is completely unacceptable. Since i could never get then to answer a call or text i would randomly pop up to see if they were making any type of progress, just to find out they still haven t worked on my car. I should also mention that i went in on warranty & these guys completely used my warranty up because they couldn t properly diagnose the problem with my car. Not only that but they also failed to take care of my car when it was there i had just got my front bumper resprayed & one day when i go to check on my car my bumper has all types of gouges & deep scratches. so after the 8 months of them having my car i finally got it back just for it to not be fixed & to find out that it wasn t done correctly a week or two later.

I have a 2013 Acura RDX and my son notice there was a ticking noise coming from the engine my car had about 115,000 miles and my son said it might be a timing belt issue. So he took my to the car Guys and it was the timing belt that was causing the ticking noise. So Danny and Muhammad helped me find the part day of and I brought my car back the next and Replaced it with an OEM recommended Aisin Timing belt kit. I thought it was going to be expensive like at a dealership. Now my car has around 135.000 miles and it s still running smooth. Danny seemed like he knew what he was doing and thankful that it didn t t break down on the road because they said it would have been much worse! They also had my 0W-20 Mobil full synthetic which was was great and easier for me.

Not accommodating Unhelpful Money face

Don t come here if it s Tire related. It may be listed as a service but they don t actually do anything with the tires. I had a 12pm appointment to replace a tire and they were kind enough to call me and inform that they don t do tires. I am giving three stars for the kindness by the employee.

My suv had been sitting home for over a year, cuz I couldnt decided if I should get rid of it or get the work done. I finally decided that I wanna get it fixed and I m so glad I could find someone I could trust with my vehicle. Transmission has been swapped and the brakes have been replaced and I cant describe how happy I am to be back on the road with this baby. Thank you for a good work. I ll definitely be bringing all my auto issues to this place from now on.
