My wife and I have taken multiple vehicles to Ron’s shop over the last several years. Honest and trustworthy mechanics are hard to find. I didn't drive my jeep for a couple of weeks because it was leaking a lot of water and I thought it was a big problem. So I took it to Highland Auto and he fixed it. Price is reasonable. I RECOMMEND
Needed to get my car in for an AC recharge, but my usual mechanic was booked. So I took a chance and gave Highland Auto a shot. They were very helpful and upfront about all costs, and I had my car inspected and recharged in less than 2 hours despite having an appointment ahead of me. Staff was very polite and welcoming, and even provided good conversation while I waited for my ride. Although I still have my own mechanic to go back to, I would definitely recommend supporting this business!
I took my car into a local Nissan dealership after I accidentally separated an air conditioning line under the hood of my car. The dealership said the line could not be reconnected and had to be replaced for $1,600.00. I decided to shop around and found this place after a quick google search. This shop was able to reconnect the AC line and recharge my AC for a fraction of the price. I highly recommended this shop and I’ll definitely be giving them more of my business!
I hate going to auto repair shops, but pleasantly surprised my repair didn't cost half my paycheck. My AC was squaling, but luckily it was just the blower. Ron was nice, figured out my issue quick, but the delay was the parts store kept bringing the wrong part (too many models for my silverado). Finally, the right part arrived, and I was able to pick my truck up the same day before closing without breaking the bank. Thanks Ron!
I've went to Ron in the past to have the ac system replaced on my car, I've had my brakes done with him on several of my cars, I've had motor mounts replaced, and so many other services done with him. When his shop burned down I thought he had decided to close up shop so I was so ecstatic to find that he opened back up! He is the most honest, reliable, professional, and friendly mechanic I've ever met. I have recommended lots of family and friends to him, and am so happy to be going back to him for my car care needs. I've already set up my first appointment with him for tomorrow to have my ac inspected 😄

Cant believe this waste of time, took in for a/c diagnostic twice with appt, only to be told they cant find the problem so they wont fix it and freeon is too expensive. So much for their name

My car AC failed last year so I took it to my nearest mechanic. After weeks of back and forth and an entire AC replacement the issue wasn t resolved. After almost selling my vehicle I did my research I found Highland and decided to try it for a last effort and it absolutely paid off. They were able to mitigate the issue and improve on the AC performance alike all the reviews say. I will be going back here and ONLY referring my friends and family here for all my car needs. Went to get air conditioner repaired on my 2016 civic, mechanic took my money and the air was still not working. I finally had to take it to dealer; as this place could not do repair; or accurately diagnosis problem.
Hands down, the BEST automotive service experience either my wife or I has had in more than thirty years of marriage. Ron is personable, professional, an excellent communicator, and goes the extra mile to do a thorough job at very reasonable rates. Hes now our new go-to mechanic, as we would trust his judgement and workmanship without a second thought (he even gave us a fly swatter). HIGHLY recommended!!
2nd time coming here, best service Ive had in years, cliff and his wife are good people Theyre price was 400 less than the first place I went to, in these times its hard to find parts but they finally found a radiator within hours and had my truck back to me the same day, Othe places I called wanted to charge me just to pressure test the system. It is really hard to find service and people like them these days
