Jacob was thoroughly helpful although they do not take appointments only as first come first serve they still managed to get me in the same day without too long of a wait. I had front rotors and brakes done and the pricing was fair and he explained every detail of what I needed as well as not pushing services upon me and even suggested that I shop around if I would like to but I opted to get the service done here and I m so glad I did very convenient and they are pretty good guys there with a clean restroom lol that s a first at an auto shop for me kudos! I feel confident that they will take very good care of me for all my automotive needs. Thanks!

o My granddaughter told me her brakes were making a grinding noise so I took her vehicle to brake professional and Jacob assisted me...Jacob and his techs inspected the brakes and found the front disc pads were good 75% and the rear pads were at 25% and all 4 rotors were in good shape..Jacob was very honest and since this is my granddaughters vehicle I would have paid for all four brakes so I asked for the rear pad replacement at a very fair price for parts and labor and work was done quickly...I highly recommend Brake professional....Please ask for Jacob and yes I am a repeat customer exactly because of the excellent customer service,fair prices and quality work.

Honest, Reliable and Straight Fr=orward. Jacob was straight forward and honest on what needed to be done with our Infiniti JX35. Weve had it repaired in another shop 2x and the car keeps shuddering, finally Jacob h=gave us the low down as to whats causing this issue. We told him it should be under warranty from the other shop, so he gave us instructions on needs to be done. We were willing to pay for the inspection but truly was helpful as he didnt charge us. From this point on, we are going to bring our cars here. Higly recommended! Than you Brake Pro and Jacob!

I ve taken my car to brake professionals for about 2 years now and I love them. Unfortunately my engine is busted and we re very honest that it would be too expensive to replace. I d much prefer to have them replace the engine than get a new car- that s how much I appreciate their service.

Several people recommended that I come here a little less than a year ago to get my brakes done and I have been meaning to write a stellar review for the longest time. As you read through the reviews the thing youll see the most and I will reiterate is their honesty which is just so hard to find these days in an auto shop. I brought my Tahoe in on Friday with no appointment or call ahead. They took my car right in and had the brakes fixed in no time. I also had an oil change and tire rotation so they do much more than brakes. Price and service both 5 stars.

Had emergency brake issue while traveling in Ontario. Brake Professional was chosen because of positive reviews, the fact they were near our hotel and open on Saturdays. The staff was polite, friendly, professional, shop was clean and well-kept. Diagnostic and repair (replacing front brake pads) all done within 2 hours and at a totally fair price (even knocked some of the cost off). Highly recommended to any in the area who need car repair!

We went because my mother referred us to this buisness for a oil change. They did a excellent job. They told us it would be a couple hours before they can take us but we only waited 30 minutes..They got the job done good. EXCELLENT ! EXCELLENT ! customer service. Expensive did not want to explaine replaced parts to a woman and replaced same parts that were only 3,000 miles old I will be using new mechanic cost $400 for camshaft positioning sensor , crank sensor and oil change car still rides rough the check engine light turned off onits own the day i took in to shop but they could not explain why and how they knew to change sensors very condescending to woman

We all dread going to the auto repair shop but at least going to Brake Professionals they make your experience as pleasant as possible. Guaranteed moving forward you will only want these amazing guys to work on your vehicles.!!! Oh how can I forget. The bathroom spectacularly CLEAN every part of it!!

I called ahead of time and told whoever answered the phone that I had a coupon and he asked me the type of car. He said if I got there by a certain time he would get me out before they closed. Traffic was a little heavy and I got there about 15 minutes past that time, but I had never been there before. He gave me a lot of attitude when I walked in the door about the time and then said he would not honor the coupon. He told me how much it would be for my car and if he didnt have an attitude I would have done it. And frankly, all three of his mechanics were standing there doing nothing. You would think hed want to keep them working but his bad attitude will make them go out of business. I went on Groupon and got Enzos garage to do my oil and they had me out in 30 minutes and the owner and his mechanic came out and talked to me about the whole thing. They are who I recommend for all your service.

Almost killed my family due to their shotty work! They did not repair what I paid for and broke the steering/brake component that caused my vehicle to lose control and veer off the road. And of course, Jacob denied everything.

My daughters brakes weee squeaking so I emailed for a ballpark figure for brake pads and rotors. The price seemed fair so she took the car in. The tech looked at the pads and rotors and said they were fine, just had some glazing on the pads. He could have easily replaced the pads and rotors and made about $400. I appreciate his honesty.

This place is awesome and helpful, prices are very reasonable and they dont try to push you to do anything unnecessary, the manager Jacob is extremely friendly and offered advice on a warranty problem we were having with are kia. So thank you guys very much.

After comparing prices from local shops, they provided the service I requested at the best price. There was a bit of a wait however, being that it was a mix if new and existing costumers it reassured me that the services provided do not lack quality.

Absolutely impressed with the service here. For a long time I was using another automotive shop sorta near me. I would drop off my car, walk an hour home, then they would call me, and I would walk an hour back. For years, I didnt mind doing this. Then recently a bunch of mistakes started occurring. One mistake left me stranded in the middle of nowhere for hours with a flat because they broke my wheel lock key. If the key was working I couldve installed my spare tire. Needless to say, I needed work to be done on my car and I found Brake Professionals. Jacob, who works there, is the man I have to say. He was friendly, knowledgable, and forthcoming. He had answers to all my questions, and stories and examples to why things happened or occured. He even answered question I havent thought about yet. And eventhough my walk home is about 35 minutes, they work so fast and efficiently, I was back on the road walking to the shop before I knew it. Check this place out! If you need brake and other things to be done, make Brake Professional your number one (choice).

This place is awful high prices they never have accessible time to take people and go on a first come first serve based system. They only have four guys that work there. If I could give negative five stars I would. They like to also lie to police and only are good with customers that have been with them for long periods of time.

Beware of this place!!! Dropped my car in for brake service to be picked up in 2 hours. Gave them the master key for the wheels. One hour later they called me back and said they cant open the wheel because the keylock I gave them is messed up. They messed up the keylock then blame one me. Bad service!!! Dont go here.

This place is only cool if you like cheap quality parts and like changing your breaks once a year. Breaks wore out before warranty expired. Blamed it on something they had done wrong so they replaced the back breaks. Warranty expired a few weeks later and wouldnt you know it the front breaks begin to squeak. When they replaced the back breaks I was told the front breaks were good and shouldnt give me any problems. The two brothers are both shady and will try to finesse you. Theyll do just enough to get your money and out the door. If your low on cash and need a quick fix their great. If your looking quality parts and service do yourself a favor and source somewhere else.

I absolutely love this place! They are honest and not there to take advantage you. I actually had to leave my car there because of a mix up in parts. They were so sweet and paid for a uber for me to get home. Always polite and very friendly yet professional. You can tell they have good morals and values. Definitely recommend this shop.

The minivan needed an oil change, saw the coupons in a classified ads magazine, saw they had great deals, used the synthetic oil change coupon, which was a great deal! I thought they would charge me extra for being a minivan but they didnt which took me by surprise, most other places do, when using a coupon. Took it on a Monday morning, around 11am, waited in there lobby for about 40 minutes which was great for me. The guy whom took my order was very pleasant and knowledgeable answered all of my questions. They included rotating my tires, checking the brakes and toping up the fluids all for $41.00.

I havnt actually had them service my brakes but my review is based on their attitude and integrity. They are very professional. My brakes were squeaking very loud. I assumed I needed new brakes. I went on a Friday afternoon. The manager was not pushy. He told me the wait would be long and he recommended I come back the next morning. He could have lied to me and had me sitting in the lobby angry. I appreciated his honesty and came back the next morning. On the next morning I arrived 15 min before they opened so I was going to have to wait again. To my surprise The manager called me outside right away and told me he looked at my brakes and they were fine. He told me that performance brakes usually make noise. He gave me a quick lesson on how performance brakes work and asked me to come back when my brakes were worn out in the future. He sent me on my way. He could have lied to me and told me i needed all around brakes and i would have believed him. I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely return or recommend family and friends.
