This shop gouges insurance companies. The quality of the repair the first time was poor. The paint on the bumper didnt match and a reflector fell off with light touch.

I was a little hesitant at first because this company came at the recommendation of the other party s insurance for an accident I got in, HOWEVER, I could not have been more pleased with the service. They updated me every couple days on the status of my car, repaired it two days earlier than expected, and it was returned to me spotless with that new car smell again. Highly recommend.

Totally unsatisfied with this bodyshop I took it there by the insurance for a inspection and an estimate they started with 4000 dollars damage I gave them the ok the total amount paid was 8000 for a minimum damage not only they didnt do a good job also painted part of my passenger window last my front license plate they didnt put it back and I got myself a ticket for it when I reached back to them they said we are looking for it took a week to gave a call back saying not found and theres now can do about it how unprofessional is that please dont let them work on your car there looks for better options this place is a fraud I dont understand how they have 5 starts I know Im not the only one complaining up here .

I was provided a list by my insurance company for repair and I decided to go with this body shop due to the reviews and assure you they did not disappoint. Mr. Noe, was an absolute pleasure to work with along with the rest of the team. Everyone was professional and so accommodating. I was provided frequent updates regarding the status of my car. I had to wait weeks to get some door guards for my 2020 Corolla, and they didnt even let me know; I had to be the one to contact them if they arrived. They needed some simple paint correction, and they needed the car for 2 days, but knowing how long it takes to even contact me, I refused, and Im going somewhere else that knows to keep up on info as the parts arrive. Also, I arrived at the location in Rancho, and they were like why didnt you contact that youre coming today? Im like I did, and you guys told me just to show up on Tuesday or Wednesday, the days I was off.

After 3 weeks of repairs. The white paint they used do not match the original white paint of my Car. There s a slight popcorn texture on the pain and looks not shiny like the rest of my car. It looks like shine coat wasn t applied. I requested certain front piece to be replaced. I was supposed to pay out of pocket for that. Picked up my car and the front piece wasn t replaced. As if they didn t agree to replace it. Very dissatisfied.

Sharper image did an excellent job they even fixed a scratch scratch and painted it and didnt even charge me then Joe helped me cash a check from my insurance company that was supposed to go to sharper image, all because I hadnt been working and was really hurting for money! They really seemed to care and understand.the staff is very kind and considerate always in a good mood and smiling which is very much a breath of fresh air! Work on my car looks really good. They are very good at what they do. Only problem I had, was someone keeping their word and calling me when they said they would and keeping me updated. Yooo, these guys are amazing! Needed a new front end on my V6 Camaro (dont judge the 6 too hard, its got an added Super Charger to make it a sleeper) and they totally hooked it up. Got me in in a timely fashion which I appreciated. Ive got a front lip spoiler on the Camaro which needed to be replaced. Not only did they replace it but they upgraded it to a better one and bought me side skirts to go with it to replace my side skirts which were fine. Super chill right?! Sam, Ivan and Caleb are some stand up gents!!! Car came out clean! p.s. a medal piece from the Super Charger was bent. They called and asked if I wanted to replace it, which woulda been around $350 cause that after market piece isnt insured, or they offered to just bend it back and fix it. I had them bend it back. Thats rare in the auto shop mechanic industry. I trust these guys and they have my stamp of approval. All good. Freedom!!!
