I would leave a 10 start review if I could...my mother who is elder has recently had work done on her car and then suddenly today was having problems with her power steering locking up on her but she managed to find her way to O'Riley's and the gentleman that helped her discovered that when they replaced her power steering pump they failed to put fluid in it but he was able to discover the problem and get her back on the road safely further more he calmed her down and gave her comfort in a stressful situation the gentlemans name is Cliff Aznoe...I thank you from the bottom of my heart you truly went above a d.beyond
I was having a terrible day not knowing what was wrong with my car and trying to figure it out On my own eventually out of frustration, I pulled into the O'reilly's near my house. And this incredibly polite. Young Mand who had all the patience with me as I was. Becoming irrational due to my stress. Very happily offered to come and look at my car to see if it was something simple that he could figure out and thank goodness it was in no time. I was safely back on the road with a smile on my face. 5 star service received from the manager. I think her name is Allison. We came in for some car parts for our Jeep and were shown why O'Reilly is the best in the business. She went above and beyond to find what we were looking for. I don't know how much she's making but she deserves a raise!
The Assistant Manager Allison is not making an effort to be helpful. After serval days of trying to follow up, we decided to order our parts from Napa. Considering the service - we will only use O'Reilly as a last resort and only if its in stock.
The lady that works there that is allegedly the manager is a moron. I gave her my vehicle make and model and she sold me the wrong oil. Good thing I double checked before I poured it.
They can get any part you need. Staff are always nice and super helpful this is my go to part store
