I came in with my cousin to get tires and was immediately ignored, even after calling out multiple times for assistance. The employee at the front — a shorter woman — clearly heard us but acted like we weren’t there until the fourth time we tried to get her attention. When she finally helped us, her attitude was rude and dismissive. She only offered the most expensive tire options and claimed the more affordable ones were out of stock. I checked on my phone and saw they were in stock, but she insisted they weren’t and said we’d have to come back the next day and that she’d call. That call never came. We had to follow up ourselves, and it ended up taking seven hours to install the tires. We didn’t get notified the car was ready until 15 minutes before closing — thankfully, we were already there waiting. This kind of service is unacceptable. And while I can’t say for sure, the way we were treated made us wonder if race played a role in how we were spoken to and ignored. If you’re a customer of color, just be aware. I wouldn’t return here, and I’d recommend others think twice before doing business with a place that treats people this way.

I trusted Tire Choice Auto Service Center at 4216 Rosewood Dr, Pleasanton, to fix the brake issues on my 2014 Kia Optima. They recommended replacing the rotors, calipers, and brake pads — and I agreed, wanting everything done properly. But just two days after the service, my brakes started making noise. I went back to the same shop, and they told me everything was fine and to keep driving. The issue never went away. I then took my car to Hi-Tech Auto Service in Santa Clara for a second opinion. They found that Tire Choice had installed the rotors incorrectly — the front rotors were put in the rear, and the parts used were not even the correct type recommended for my car. I was shocked and disappointed. This experience really shattered my trust. We put our safety and money into the hands of professionals expecting honesty and skill. This was my first visit to Tire Choice Auto Service Centers. I had an issue with my car's rear tire, which was unable to maintain air pressure. I decided to try this place based on Google reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by their friendly reception. They inspected my car and even covered the steering wheel and seat with protective covers to keep them clean during the service. The technician who worked on my car was very friendly and knowledgeable. While waiting, I observed their workshop, and their skills were evident in how they handled other vehicles. From the reception area, I also noticed a constant flow of happy customers, which speaks volumes about their service quality. This place is excellent for all your car needs. I highly recommend it!

Amazing work and service provided by Mike! I have shared it with the Company already - the level of service in the Pleasanton unit was as comparable if not better to a Michelin Star restaurant - way to go Mike! I am definitely coming back when needed - honest and good working team!

I am a SoCal resident and was visiting Pleasanton last weekend when I had potential engine oil leak in my car. Dealer quote was exorbitant and luckily found very helpful folks of The Tire Choice. They did awesome diagnostic job and in very reasonable time frame got my car checked and made it reliable again for long drive back.

Though there was a bit of a wait after having appointment scheduled (tires/wheels 2021 Miata) couldn’t be happier with having my tires taken care of here. Darrel and Mike are personable, professional, and went above and beyond. Even hearing interactions with their other customers, the level of customer service is exemplary. There is a level of trust that formed immediately after interacting and having conversations with them. They made me feel like a long time friend and I truly believe they genuinely care about their customers. I would highly recommend their business for all your tire and alignment needs.

I discovered a nail in my tire and was losing pressure fast while still an hour from home. Walked in at 5:30pm this past Saturday (they close at 6) and they kindly patched my tire for a very reasonable price by 6:30. I was apologetic for coming in right before closing but they were so nice and understanding. Huge thanks to Isabella at front desk and the service team. There was another lady who had been waiting a few hours for her car to get finished, and she was also saying that the service team was very thorough and honest in their diagnosis of her problem.
