I do not recommend anyone use Xpro Auto for your window replacements. My mother's windshield was replaced by them in August, all seemed fine until the weather changed and she had excessive moisture inside. Initially Xpro was helpful and replaced the windshield at no cost, however, the replacement did not fix the issue and with rain persisting, the carpet was becoming damp. The owner sent over a detailer to try and resolve it, the detailer told him that he cannot fix this and the carpets were soaked. I've attached a photo of the soaked foam inside the windshield that should have been dry. The detailer they sent even acknowledged that this isn't good and noticed an unhealthy mold smell, he said if it were him, he would take the car to the dealership as they'd know how to handle it. After a lot of back and forth with David at Xpro, with no real solution, it continued so we decided to do just that. We paid out of pocket to have her car inspected, not only to diagnose the cause of the moisture, but also to assess the damage. As a result the car was deemed undriveable. The carpeting, and foam underneath had developed toxic black mold. The cause was confirmed to be from a poor windshield seal. We communicated with XPRO and asked for their insurance information because clearly it would be a pricey repair. There were a lot of issues with communication once we got to this point, we were given 2 different insurance company names and it just seemed odd. Clearly after 2 poor window replacements from XPro and going through the headache of not having a car for a month, we were not going to have Xpro replace the window a 3rd time, and risk another poor seal. Instead the dealership handled all repairs and took care of everything for us. For whatever reason, XPro's insurance provider advised us that they did NOT cover the cost of the windshield being repaired. We directly reached out to David, at Xpro regarding this and expecting reimbursement, as it was proven multiple times, by multiple sources, that the root cause of the damage was from the poor windshield seal done by XPro. Not sure why his insurance didn't cover it, we were never told this until it came time to pay. At this point David ghosted us, and is choosing to not do the right thing as a business owner. Instead, it feels like he's expecting this to go away. We paid out of pocket for the windshield replacement, something that was caused by his employees, his company, his work. Odd being a window company and having a lifetime warranty but when something goes wrong you dont follow up with your customers and make it right. We waited and gave him time to respond, however it's been WEEKS we are still waiting on the response from Xpro to resolve this issue. As a result, we DO NOT RECOMMEND XPRO for any window needs, I would not want any other consumer to deal with the same issues and headaches we have had. The time AND money we forked over as a result. I appreciate honest reviews, when searching for businesses to support. If something goes wrong it is very difficult to deal with them and in the end they are ignoring our request to reimburse us for out of pocket damage expenses caused by their company, It's not our fault their insurance coverage wasn't sufficient, as a business owner that' s your responsibility to make sure you have coverage, your customers should not be inconvenienced the way we have. I would definitely research other companies or go through your insurance when dealing with window repairs to save yourself the headache.

Searching for windshield replacement for a Peterbilt, our company truck prices were pretty high. The 1st place I found was $1500.00 and we had to go to them. The 2nd place I found was slightly better at $1200.00. Thankfully I kept calling around and found Xpro Auto Glass. Not only were they much cheaper at $750.00 but they came to us, we didnt have to drive to them! The service was quick and we were back on the road the next day! I had a great experience with Xpro! My windshields were cracked in both of our cars and Xpro was able to replace them quickly and in the rain! All the people I worked with, from customer service for setting up my appointments to the repair men, were so friendly, understanding, and professional. I highly recommend Xpro!
Did the work same day I called. Rick verified with the dealer the type of glass my truck needed prior the appointment to be sure I got the right part. His tech guy came and replace the window, cleaned it and removed the broken glass pieces in the truck.
The price was competitive and the installers showed up right on time on a Saturday. Everything was fine until I went to use my windshield wipers following the install of the new windshield. The right windshield wiper no longer functions. I contacted management to report this and they have a long story and officially declined to take any responsibility whatever. I am disappointed. The photo shows where the windshield wiper came in contact with the opened hood of the van; it scraped hard enough to take off some of the white paint. It is evident that someone switched on the windshield wipers while the hood was up, thereby destroying the right hand windshield wiper. The manager would not listen to me long enough for me to even relay this information.
