DON’T EVER BRING YOUR PHONE TO THIS PLACE TO GET YOUR SCREEN REPAIRED !! Sunday afternoon I brought my IPHONE 13 PRO MAX to get my screen repaired and when I got my phone back my camera wasn’t working the same anymore , my back camera wasn’t picking up at all for some weird ass reason I had to power off my phone completely and turn it back on so my back camera can pick up , after doing that I went to my settings and got an alarm saying that my phone didn’t recognize my camera SOMETHING THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED UNTIL I GOT MY SCREEN REPAIRED ! Another thing that my camera wasn’t normal was that when I zoomed in all the way it only went up 5X when I know my camera used to zoom in more then that !! Went back to take it to them and they didn’t want to fix my camera because the guy kept saying that his stupid diagnostic was reading that nothing was wrong with my camera when PHYSICAL there was something wrong cos it wasn’t how it used to be so he tried to scam me by making my insurance pay for the damages they did to my phone !!!! So hey by all means if you want to get scammed or something else broken with your phone go ahead and take it there cos they’ll do an amazing job on that ! Another thing I wasn’t the only one who went back to take there phones cos something else was wrong with it , another lady got her screen repaired and when she got her phone back it didn’t want to charge anymore and they kept ignoring her about her phone not charging anymore and making dumb ass excuses saying it’s probably her charger when that charger was actually working and charging another phone !!! WORST PLACE EVER !!! IT’S ALL A SCAM THERE !!!

I have an older hybrid Ford Escape and the staff and management couldn't be better in addressing my 12 volt engine battery needs. Plus, the store has a multitude of useful items. Recently went the extra mile for me with a call to manufacturer so I can get some more miles from my car.

I have driven by the store many times but had not stopped in. I never thought of them for a vehicle battery but when one of my vehicles needed a battery I happened to see they had a current sale that would save me $37. I ordered it on line and when I got to the store it was waiting for me. The employees were very nice and helpful. I'll consider them for any future battery or electrical need.

Great customer service and quick screen repair on my Samsung phone. Even got a 10 dollar discount when I made an online appointment. I liked that they gave genuine Samsung parts because they are listed on Samsungs website for authorized repairs. I have also bought batteries and connectors in a pinch for work. They usually have what I need to replace batteries and connectors for medical devices.

Don’t buy batteries here!!!! Aug 2024 I brought my senior friend here to purchase two batteries for her mobility scooter. We had the store install the batteries to ensure everything was installed properly. After the installation we took the scooter out for a short day trip. The batteries seemed to work fine. The next time we took it out the batteries were dead so she put them on the charger just like she had with the prior batteries since 2014. Yes the old batteries lasted that long. The new ones wouldn’t charge! Nov 2024 Brought them back in to see what was wrong they had them on the bench for 1 1/2 hr said it was the fuse so we tried to charge again without luck. Went back again the owner said they did what they needed and the scooter was the problem. I went to a medical supply company that carries scooters and batteries they put one of their packs on and the scooter worked great. Then they opened the pack I bought in and discovered the batteries I purchased at Batteries was expired and the nut and bolts were loose. I called Batteries and they argued w/ me that the batteries we not expired and too bad if they didn’t work that was the owner again I called again the next day spoke to the manager he agreed to give the money back. When we got there he continued to curse at me and my friend. Said he didn’t have to give me my money back and just wouldn’t stop. I said just give the money back! We can handle this two ways you can give me the money back and I can talk nice or you can keep flapping your mouth and I can bash you badly. They took advantage of an elderly person who trusted them a person who relied on the scooter then denied her request and intending on keeping her money and made her thing something was wrong with her unit. Her scooter is still holding a charge on the batteries from the medical supply company. I suggest you don’t purchase from this company. Save yourself the grief if you have a abilities scooter go to a medical supply company they will give you the correct item and it won’t be expired.

Great shop in Pleasant Hill forward to find bulbs and batteries. As a realtor, I find myself sometimes looking for one off bulbs that the big box stores don’t have. This place has a good selection and can order items that are even harder to find. Highly recommend. Also, super clean and organized!
