Called Durabuilt Transmissions because the transmission in my 2016 Ford Escape was slipping recently (occasionally). They said to bring it in right away, and they would diagnose the problem. By noon, they called back to tell me it checked out, and they could not replicate the problem. I asked if they could change the trans fluid because it was at 66,000 miles and likely needed it. They agreed and did it and the diagnoses for a very reasonable price.

My grandpa talked up this place, from his experience, and I received the same kind of treatment he talked up. Bobby and his crew exceeded my expectations and got me back on the road. I've been screwed over by a few shops before coming to Durabuilt, where I finally felt confident in a shop who is working with the customer on the task, not just for the customer.

Came highly reccomend by my reg mechanic (who does not work on transmissions). I was impressed with the place from the first contact. Bobby was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He set a date that fit my schedule, and the repairs were completed at the time promised. Price was very fair, and his follow up checks (included in price) and warranty shows he cares about his work, and the client. A trusted and reliable mechanic/shop? Absolutely!

I had a great experience with these guys. They were very helpful and were able to pinpoint my car problems better than anyone else had so far. I had originally came in to get my transmission looked at, along with a few other things (mainly suspension related, due to strange sounds I was having). They took it for a drive, listened to my car, lifted it up and were able to find that not only was my transmission not the issue (as another mechanic had suggested in the past), but that one of my bolts connected to my control arm was very loose. They tightened it up and immediately the weird sound I had been hearing for months had went away. Everyone else who I have gotten to look at my car for that weird sound had not figured it out. I was very happy to get that fixed. They didn't charge to look at my car, and they were very reasonable when it came to repair costs (I had my wheel barrings changed). They were very helpful in answering my many questions I had, and they did a great job with everything. I highly recommend them! :)
