Had our Miata MX5 smogged several months ago and received very friendly, knowledgeable professional service at a reasonable price. Just went back today and set an appointment for a headlight. Again friendly, knowledgeable professional service and will stop by next week for an estimate. They are my go to place and I highly recommend you give them a chance to treat you as well as they treat me! I'm sure you will not be disappointed!
I love the customer service. The mechanic explains everything. One time I couldn't make contact with my insurance and AccueTech called and got my claim started whole my car was in their shop. Very helpful and convenient.
5 stars are unusual on my reviews.. I have high standards. Clean pleasant waiting room comfortable chairs to sit in .Clean restroom in sitting area reasonable smog rates .I called and got an immediate appointment. 5 minutes after arriving my truck was in the shop.
Hung - technician. Outstanding! Checked my SUV first (free). Told me to run car on hwy 4 on 'cruise control.' My Highlander 'passed' all smog emissions * Praise God! $58, including Certificate. Highly recommend Pinole business.

I called for a same day appointment and their receptionist was able to get me on the schedule almost immediately. Upon arrival, I mentioned potentially needing my air filters replaced. The receptionist is always delightful so the 2 stars are for her. My issue is with the technician today. He claimed I didn't have a cabin filter at all. I didn't insist on having him show me, which is my mistake. I went home and decided to do a double check. After some difficulty removing the glove compartment, it turns out the cabin filters were in fact in there and were extremely overdue for a replacement. I'm extremely disappointed with today's visit as I've been a patron for the past 3+ years. This experience has made me question their practice as a business and whether they have been untruthful in my past experiences. Very disappointed.
