Rude guy. Asked how much they would charge to install an AC hose that s on top and easily accessible. Well I don t know what kind of car or the cost. I gave him the make and model, he could have just asked for more information, but he was combative from the get-go. I just said thank you and hung up. This earned him a one star review. Times have changed. Businesses need to find out who is paying for their paycheck. You don t treat customers any differently than you would your boss,

Absolutely incredible service. The owners, Leo & Mike, are honest, genuine, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my truck s AC and gave me a very competitive bid for the job. If I had to drive 100 miles to get my AC worked on in another car, I would come here because they re great guys who I know won t over charge me like other shops. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

They did a great job of fixing my car s air conditioner. I had taken my car to the dealer 4 times and they were not able to locate where the problem was. I came to One Stop because they specialized in car air conditioners. They were able pin point where the problem was and fixed it right away. They worked late and gave it special attention. I definitely would come here again and I highly recommend them.

My car sat in the hot sun for 5 months without anyone driving it so as you can imagine when I started it up again there would be some issues. The cars AC did not work at all during the LA heat wave. I brought it to these guys and they fixed the issues and got the car back to me in less than 24 hours. They stuck to the estimated price and changed me a few hundred less than the dealer wouldve charged. Two thumbs up! Would definitely reccomend

Who turns down service just because an appt wasnt booked ahead of time? All I wanted was a quick estimate, and the guy wouldnt even do that without an appt. Then he told me it would be $200 just to diagnose the car! Haha...get real.

So. My car was blowing out 60° air. Not cold enough in the heat. Lucky for me i had third party warranty coverage and, Leo took my car in on the spot even though he was slamed. That was yesterday morning and i pick up my car today. AC is working like a champ...

I called to ask for a aprox. price for a repair to an instrument cluster where the light was out on the odometer. Was told they needed to look at it to price it out. This is a simple replacement for an instrument panel. When I said, ok, I would bring it in, I was told that I needed to make an appointment because they were all booked up. Now, it wasnt that I had any issues with that... I get it, they are busy. It was the way I was told, extremely sarcastic... Listen, a basic replacement of a part in a car that has been around for 16 years... they should have a general idea of the cost. My car was not customized in some manner that makes it different to take the part out. It is a basic replacement. I have gone to these guys for years. No More... When you get to the point where you think you are so much better than the other guy that you need to treat your customers with less respect, it is time to move on. Dont waste your time with these guys for your basic replacement parts. Too many others out there who can do the work with better attitudes. I choose to pay my money to those who treat me as a customer of value.

I brought my car in at 10:30 this morning as my air conditioner went out. They were done with it by 2:00 as promised, did a great job, showed me the parts replaced. Mike, the owner couldnt be nicer. He even locked up my purse for me so I wouldnt have to walk with it while the car was being repaired. This is a great place, so clean, cool waiting room, very honest snd friendly. Our AC stopped blowing air while were on a trip. They were able to make our AC work again and didnt charge us anything. I told them that we have a local mechanic at home and just want to know what went wrong.

I called one stop early in the morning to get a quote Im replacing my alternator in my 2006 BMW 750i. I spoke with Leo he was very courteous and sympathetic to my situation we made arrangements for me to come in and it was one of the best moves Ive made in quite a while they do excellent work their prices are fair the facility is clean and you go away with a smile on your face because you know that Leo and Mike are totally competent in professional.

I have to say that One Stop Auto AC and Electrical is the best! There service was superb and efficient. They replaced my leaky AC compressor and condenser which was also in bad shape in a matter of no time. I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing AC service. I have taken 4 of my vehicles to One Stop for A/C repairs (where the A/C was not cooling at all). One Stop has taken excellent care of me and my cars, and fixed them all promptly and cheerfully. In one case the car had been to the dealer previously, cost over $800, failed after a bit over a month, and the dealer warranty on the repair was 30 days... One Stop fixed it, and gives a 12 MONTH WARRANTY! Thats worth the trip to One Stop by itself. In another case I took in a very rare car, and as they claim, they had the parts in stock!? Amazed! We did have one car have repeated problems due to faulty parts from the supplier, One Stop absolutely lived up to their warranty and didnt stop until the car was back to 100% (clearly at significant cost to them). I cant recommend my friends at One Stop enough, I will never take a car anywhere else for A/C repair. Best shop, ever.

My cars AC compressor went out and I just bought this vehicle. it also had some electrical problems and Pasadena one stop auto ac fixed it no problems. They also fixed my electrical problems. The price was great I got other quotes from different pasadena ac shops and this one was the best price plus they gave me a little discount for my electrical problems. Took my Ford Excursion which was having trouble cooling in front and both cooling and heating in back. They diagnosed the problem more accurately than the Ford dealership (it didnt need a new line running to the back). They fixed it in one day and showed me the worn and damaged parts they replaced. The bottom line: both front and rear put out cold air with the A/C on and the rear now heats again. Best priced and very professional.

The damage these guys did to my car cost me roughly twice what their repair bill was to fix They did a starter on my Lexus for about 200$ less than what everyone else was bidding, but in the process, they damaged my fuel injection, ignition wires, and traction control, in addition to trying to give the car back to me not running, with a huge vacuum leak. Not to mention, the cars only problem was the starter prior to this. After causing all these problems, they told me, that they dont do anything other than auto electrical, so they were unable to fix these issues and I needed to find someone myself to do the repairs. Most of the damage that they did was just do to poor workmanship, cutting corners and not doing a proper repair. These guys may give you a cheaper bid initially, but its not worth it, take it to someone that will not cut corners, who takes responsiblity for the work that they do and knows how to fix your car.
