America's Tire in Palo Alto

They repaired my tire. There was a nail in my tire. Their work is much appreciated. Great experience at the store.

I’ve been waiting over an hour to get my tire fixed, while others who came after me have already left. The people actually working on the tires are just standing around playing on their phones instead of getting the job done. On top of that, the front desk guy, Edrick Calvert, was grumpy and unhelpful.

Came here to get a leaking tire fixed, they said the tread was too low so need new tires, I bought 2 new tires. They rotated them the way I asked and everything looked good. But they said that tire pressures were checked but clearly they skipped that step, some tires were at 30 PSI and others were at 45. Anyway, that was an easy fix at home with my portable compressor but just something to keep an eye out for if your car doesn’t report tire pressure.

I came in to get some air on tire he look at tire and i ask him if is nail in the tire how come i lost lot of air all certain. And he reply theee is nothing i can do for you if nail in there. Your tire is less than 3/32 i said ok. I have certificate if you can’t repair it you need give new tire. And he reply no we don’t give new tire because your tire is worn out. I said why don’t you look at my account and than we go further. He direct me to go inside getting line which i did and when it come to my turn he wouldn’t help me he ask me to go on the side and wait for the manager to help me. What i is this all about i don’t get the young man don’t even want to look into my account to see what kind of cover i have. Later his manager came out and do some investigation and be able to help me with new tire. This is horrible customer service from this young man. I don’t even know how he become an assistant manager at this location.

It is the class 1 service of all time!!!! I went to America's Tire in Palo Alto today morning because of a "Tire Pressure Low" warning on my rental car since yesterday afternoon. Without prior appointment, the employee took me in why, after explaining my problem he immediately started to check, a screw on the rear left tire was found, within half an hour the tire was repaired. Very surprisingly, I ended up with a bill of 0 dollars!!!! What a performance, first class service, quick action, very friendly gesture from all 4 employees they had met me. So it is very highly recommended. You guys are great, thank you Team America's Tire!!!

America's Tire has been offering great value for exceptional service and I have been using them for many years. I recently moved and hit this place up for my Tire rack order be delivered and installed here. They're very busy but I have an appointment so they guaranteed priority service time for me. ANDREW has been exceptionally professional and patient with my questions. He is very articulate and explained things to me patiently. Great service and value! I will do business with them again!

This location didn't disappoint; as with all of my other America's Tire experiences, the service was excellent. Friendly staff, a clean and comfortable waiting area (with magazines and free bottled water / Keurig coffee), and prompt service is more than enough to keep me coming back to America's Tire. Came in at 12:10 pm on a Tuesday, and was out of the shop in a little over an hour with one tire patched and two replaced (NOTE: only 2-3 other customers were there with me).
