Great place for quick oil change.

Writing a bad review to another mechanic is uncalled for. Especially when he is just pointing the issue and how he had to fix it. The unprofessional communication and rudeness is unacceptable.

I was very grateful to the Korean boss and diligent employees for quickly and sincerely resolving the problem. I was shocked when I suddenly had a problem with my car, but they reassured me so I didnt have to worry and took care of it right away. Its really nice to have a place like this nearby. Went for a full synthetic oil change for the first time. I was the only customer there and was in and out in under 10 minutes. Staff was nice, showed me my old oil filter and oil levels, checked my other fluid levels, and inflated my tires. Will come again!

12/2024-Theyre just as friendly, professional and efficient as ever! Unlike other places where you have to leave your car and wait hours this place you never even have to get out of your car! Their quick and thorough service is worth the cost. Customer service is unmatched. Full synthetic $97. Highly recommended! 2020-Been going for years. Very quick service less than 15 min but a little longer if on weekend mornings. Literally just stay seated in your car while they quickly work underneath then you can observe them using a monitor on the wall. $75 oil change for full synthetic oil.

From start to finish, every single technician working was phenomenal, even with Mr. Kim(owner) coming out to introduce himself and really tried to get to know me, the whole process still only took 9 mins! After stating it was my first time there we discussed where I had gone before and how much, which was less than he quoted me originally, he matched my price I had paid at the other oil changer AND gave me a $20 off my next visit! Even though this place is farther from me (I just happen to work in the area that day) I will be coming back! Every single person working there made me feel valued and I appreciated that! This was my first time here and it was amazingly quick, efficient and affordable! I am so happy that all the reviews were right, they check your tire pressure and washer fluid for free, and told me everything they did to the car. Regular price was the same as Valvolines shop with a coupon... VERY fast service, 3 people worked on my car and I was done in less than 9 minutes. Tires checked and wiper fluid filled included in price. Extra quarts of Castrol 5w40 were $2 cheaper than OREILLY or Auto Zone.

I recently moved next door on Curtner Ave. so I thought Id give them a try yesterday (4/23/24). The process was effortless and quick without cutting corners. The friendly crew went above and beyond. I wish I wouldve asked the tech his name so I could praise him. If anyone who works there reads this, the tech and I were discussing owning land and growing our own food (if that helps narrow it down). He was fantastic! Ill definitely return.

Ive always liked this place. They never try to upsell me. Some of the most high- pressure sales tactics Ive ever come across have been at oil-change establishments. Thank goodness, Nine Minute Oil & Lube doesnt do that.

Have taken multiple cars here and every time it is great work and great service. Reasonably priced and would definitely come back. I would drive my first car all the way from south San Jose just to get my oil changed. I ve taken my Mercedes and hybrid here.

All of them in that shop are super friendly. It only took me a few minutes to wait in the car. The price is reasonable. I would recommend you to change the oil there.

Went in for a transmission fluid change and they were super busy. Javier checked out my transmission and noticed the fluid was low so he topped it off and told me to come back first thing the next day to get it fixed. The next day Javier had the parts ready to fix the leak. He fixed it very quickly and it ended up costing less than I anticipated. I couldn t be happier!

Amazing customer service, they have cameras under your car, they show you the oil they put in, your old oil filter, and theyve done small repairs for my wifes car too. As a courtesy, they fill up your other car fluids too (windshield). I moved to Tracy area, but the one time I go into work, I still take my cars for oil changes to this place. Comes highly recommended!

Great quick oil change. They also do small repair jobs, and are both honest and quick. Update: We have needed several small repairs lately. They charge a lot on their hourly rate but get the work done fast and the work is both well done and exactly as they quoted. They replaced spark plugs and 2 coils in about an hour, after the parts arrived.

Very efficient oil changes in and out in ~10 minutes. They knew my car better than me. When I was about to leave, they stopped me to make sure I remembered to claim my $10 first-time customer coupon. I wish I found these guys sooner! They do the oil change right and check other things as well. Edit: The original owner sold his family business and it now ran by new people. I ve tried to give it a chance, but every time I go there are new employees. They are not as welcoming as the originals, and always seem to be all over the place.

These guys are good, professional and they treat the customer as king. Went there to check on fluids and, as a repeat customer, ended up not getting charged at all. But, aside from that, I think they do a great job for a reasonable cost. No wonder I keep coming back.

I have taken my car here since it was brand new and the owner still recognizes me each time when I come back. That is definitely 5-star service! Its about the same price as getting your oil changed at the car dealership these days, but this shop is much faster and friendly than any other service shop Ive been to. You will not be disappointed!!!!

I bought my car in Utah after it was sold at an auction in California. This shop was the last to change the oil. Their sticker was still in the window. They over tightened the oil filter housing and it cracked when I had my oil changed. It took forever to get it out and I had to buy a new oil filter housing.

Dishonest business don t actually change your filter and left my tank leaking. oil was dripping from the drain plug and wouldve wrecked my car had I not gotten it checked out. Do not recommend

They dont wash my windows. They dont vacuum my carpets. However those are things I can do myself. But I would rather have is great reliable service at a fair price. Thats what I get here. Came in for an oil change and it was all the convenience and price of their major competitor, but with better service. Everyone is friendly, helpful, ready, and willing to answer questions if you have any. Ill keep coming back.

This is one of the places convincing me about staying in the area longer than I thought I would like to. No fancy or super extra stuff. They just get the job done, do it super quickly, and do it right. I was a little confused when driving my truck in at first because you have to do a funny U-turn to get into the shop. After you get past this, everything is super smooth. They quickly got me into a service lane, asked me what I wanted, and got to it. All I had to do was stay in the truck, and they took care of everything. They even brought the bill to me in the truck. I paid inside my truck and was out of there in what seemed much less than nine minutes. I love this place and will be coming back for sure!

They are not only a great oil place, they also provide no BS advice on a wide variety of maintenance questions. It is just a fantastic experience. It brings us joy. Who says that about a oil change shop???

Ive been working from home, so I havent needed to change the oil in my car. Last time I came here the price was around 45ish. I dont quite remember the exact cost, but today it was $97. They ended up putting full synthetic oil, which is obviously more expensive. I wish they would have told me before they started. I was shocked when he gave me the bill. Ill make sure to ask them to put regular oil next time Im there. Lesson learned. Ive been coming here for decades and fully support small businesses, but I was disappointed today. That said. Best place to go get your oil changed. Prices are reasonable. I always head through the star bucks drive through, pick up a treat and roll on into this garage. The staff is always super kind and professional. Im in and out quickly and I always feel confident in their work. Its always a lot of fun watching the video feed of the staff working under my car.

Been going here many years, its always been quick and dependable. But the last time I went, the employees didnt check and refill things like washer fluid and tire pressure until I asked about it. And worst of all, they tried to charge me over $70 at first, when it has costed about 45 previously. When I asked for an itemized receipt to see how much was being charged for the oil and how much for labor, the employee deflected and threw in the quintessential $10 discount for no reason at all other than to get me to stop asking questions. Not sure Ill be coming back here for my oil change going forward.

The employees are well treated and have been there for many years, and do more than the minimum expected. While under my car, they have noticed problems and alerted me so that I can get it fixed elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I dropped by for an oil change they pointed out that I needed to get my rear brakes replaced, and when I returned to get my brakes replaced they noticed a couple other issues with my car (tires I hadnt been maintaining). I really appreciated how above and beyond they went to make sure the car was safe and maintained. MacGyver (Javier) and the other employees were great. Im glad we found them and will continue to come back here. I definitely recommend this business!

I just came to get my oil changed. and, the team they have working there is very professional, and pretty quick and I found it cool how they check your tire pressure you get out of there in a timely manner.

I wish I could give no star! On two separate occasions they broke my husbands car. We will NOT be back. We just found at that you owner lied about replacing a part on my husbands car he kept his car over the weekend so the owner could replace a oil pan that his employees broke. We took it to the dealer ship after having trouble with the car after the part was supposedly fixed? The dealer ship said there was just a patch placed on my broken oil pan that s why my car is leaking oil.

This was my first time at Nine minute oil and lube, everyone was very friendly and introduced themselves. They were all wearing masks and were smiling and just generally happy to be there. They showed me the removed filter, and the clean oil on the stick afterwards. They check the tire pressure and all the fluids for Free. I was especially impressed by how welcoming Nelson was. I will be getting my oil changes here, from now on.

It really only takes them 9 minutes. I work 15-20 minutes away and am able to get my oil changed during my lunch break and make it back to work within an hour. Been going for a few years and its always pleasant. Very courteous staff.

I went in to get an oil change and asked if I could get a replacement headlight bulb while I was there. I was told that it was not just the bulb but the wiring and connector weren t working. Instead of sending me away to a mechanic, Jose and Javier replaced the whole set up with new wiring and connectors and then only charged me for the cost of the bulb. Jose and Javier went above and beyond and I will come back to Nine Minute Oil every time.
