He went above and beyond to help me navigate a unique claim, tracking down a replacement microwave from an obscure vendor. He took the time to make sure it was ordered correctly and was incredibly patient throughout the process. Beyond that, Shaun was extremely flexible with scheduling the installation, working around my availability to ensure everything went smoothly. We also installed new jacks on my Keystone Montana fifth wheel, and he made sure the job was done right the first time, with great attention to detail.
