H&R Tools in Pajaro

Guys a sells you old chainsaws like one he tried to sell me for $2000. And a new one cost $2300. Hahah idk how he’s in business.

Dropped off my lawn mower because it wouldn't start. I realize it was overdue for a service but shocked when I was charged over $200. Replaced a miniature carb, oil, and a gasket. The woman at the payment counter indicated supply chain issues as the cause of the high charges.

I have had several tools repaired at this shop. Always completed quicly. Is he the cheapest? Prpably not. Is the work done correctly yes. I will take the repair being completed quickly and correctly every day to a few less dollars.

If you want your machines to be worked on and fixed efficiently this is the place to go to the communication skills and their experience and knowledge are off the charts

This place is terrible. DO NOT GO HERE! My brother and dad went there to get a tool fixed and the owner told them he would charge him $25 for the repair. Upon returning, he told him he was charging him $85. My brother asked why since they had already agreed on $25 and the owner told him that was not true. My mom had to go and talk to the owner and the owner admitted that he charges people whatever he wants because they have no choice but to pay. Specially if they seem like they have money. Iv'e noticed that people on reviews sate that this place is expensive and based on what the owner admitted to us, its because he takes advantage of people and over chargers. He tried taking advantage of my family and ended up charging them more than they agreed. This whole place is very sketchy and the owner takes advantage of people. Save yourself some trouble and avoid this place.

I've frequented this establishment various times..the owner is a very knowledgeable individual when it comes to small engines...Yes a little bit o the pricy side but on the same note he backs his work and all the equipment he carrieive got a goped scooter there right now and if it doesnt work right i will be adding onto this re iew but for now its 2 THUMBS UP

They had the belts i needed for my riding lawn mower at an acceptable price, and I bought a brand new makita weed-eater while I was there it was just what I needed, the owners are very friendly i will go back in the future to get more supplies, they have a wide variety of tools if anyone is reading this i highly recommend H&R tools i guarantee they have what you need

Excellent customer service lovely people and great local business, brought in my lawnmower and blower to get fixed they were able to get that done for me, and a great selection On tools, and they have the brand I like Makita Power tools
