Very bad service..... Pelon worker put different size tires on My truck without consulting me🤦🏼‍♀️ I had to go back to return the tires to go buy the correct size for my truck in a different place...(Only reason I found out was because I needed a alignment and they don't do that there) After having to go back they treated me very bad. All because I went back and I told the owner that the correct thing was to let me know he was putting a different size of tire in my truck and that I would have made that decision. Not him. One of the workers put too much air on the tire!! The new place I took my truck to get the Correct tire told me they put over the amount of air it actually needed! I'm sure the worker got upset because he kept on telling me that the size of tires they had put on my truck would work and that it did not need it to be the size that my truck had before.. (bottom line, they gave me smaller tires )I will never go there again or have a love member/Friend come to this place. Very disappointing since this was the place I would always come to for the last 6 years.. being a returning customer does not matter to them, not even the safety of others just THEIR PROFIT! zero customer service..... I know now to check the sizes of my tires wherever I go before I leave the place. If you come here just please be very observant!

Muy mal servicio y trabajan muy sucio

Had my tires changed, and they broke my pressure sensor without informing us, they superglued it back on, and it ended up damaging the inside of the tire. They did not take any action, nor did they reimburse us for their negligence

I was in Watsonville visiting family. I live in Visalia, so on my way back home I got a flat. The worst part was I only had enough money for gas to get home. I called my uncle whom I was visiting and he referred me to Pelones tires and wheels. I contacted the shop and explained my situation (out of towner and broke). Well, not only did they give me a ride back to my truck and put the tire on for me but Pelones tires and wheels practically gave me the tire. Remember i was driving my truck and i have big tires. I could have easily paid a couple hundred just for one tire but he gave me the tire for $30. I know they could not have made any money off of me. $150. Tire retail ( it was used). They removed the old tire from rim and replaced it with new one (used). Then they gave me a ride back to my car and still the young man was willing to install the replacement on my truck. All this for only $30. I still had $25. For gas to get home. Thank you guys at Pelones tire and wheels. You guys saved me from being stranded. I did learn a lesson though, I always carry a spare tire. I'm going to be replacing all 4 tires soon so I know where to take my business. If you visit lis pelones ask for Carlos or Reuben they give good customer service.

Hacen una porqueria de trabajo, no me gusto el trabajo es el trabajo mas sucio que me han hecho Me rompieron los sensores del aire cuando me pusieron unos rines y se hicieron wueyes y no me los arreglaron. Basura de llantera.
