I just had a battery delivered from them and they were absolutely wonderful! . They were so helpful over the phone, so patient allowed me to complete the transaction over the phone so the driver can come pick it up for me They were so nice and so professional I have nothing but the kindest words to say about them (Alex was the one who helped me out). I just had the battery installed so I can’t testify to the quality, but I can say that I kept my lights on by mistake for quite a while and the battery still worked so it seems to hold a very good charge. I bought a refurbished battery for $40 but even the new ones that are $90 are super fairly priced. Thanks again, Alex! Highly recommend!

These guys are top notch as far as great batteries for a great price. They will even remove/carry your old battery from your vehicle and replace it with your new one. Very friendly and they give you options as to what kind of battery you may want(ie. Cheap, standard premium or even AGM(gel).

You want cheap, dishonest, and rude? This is the place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere. I spoke to Anthony at first about replacing my Mercedes battery, and he quoted me a good price for turning in my old battery and promised that he would program the new battery to the car's computer when they installed it. When I called back today and spoke to the owner, he quoted me a slightly higher price at first, then told me that they actually don't program the new battery to the car -- that it's not necessary to do that and does nothing. I wanted to make sure that I wasn't harming my car, so I simply asked why Mercedes told me that it was very important/necessary to do that. He said that they were just trying to get me to buy from them. To confirm I wasn't harming my car, I asked "But what does programming the car do?" And he abruptly said "This isn't going to work. You're not my kind of customer." -- then hung up on me. Incredibly rude. I looked it up and found that the programming makes sure that the car recognizes the new battery to ensure it functions properly, makes sure that it monitors the battery's health, optimizes the power usage/efficiency, avoids electrical issues (ie: warning lights, improper charging, even damage to electrical components). It also ensures that the vehicle's service records are updated, so we're covered for future warranty claims, etc. And it ensures that the car's alternator adjusts its output based on the battery's condition and load requirements, to ensure optimal charging. Maybe these are small issues to him and he thought I didn't need to worry about them. But I should be told the truth about what the battery programming does to make my decision. I may have still gone forward with the battery if he told me the truth. But he didn't. He lied. Or, just as bad, he didn't know the purpose of programming the battery/potential problems of not doing it. And then he hung up on me after rudely dismissing my concerns completely. Cheap, dishonest, and rude. He's right about one thing. I'm definitely not his kind of customer.

Brought in my old dead battery of 5 years for a another one. Fair price considering it new with 1 year warranty. Answered all my questions suggested installing tips. (Pic of new battery installed) Thank you
