WORST shop i have ever taken my vehicle to. NEVER TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE FOR REPAIR! Extremely disappointed with all the work that was done to my vehicle. Took my car in to fix a starting isuse. My truck sat at their shop for a months and I had to continually call and hound them to start working on it. When they finally did they would tell me one thing was the issue and I would pay for labor and parts and it still wouldnt fix the problem. After that happening multiple times they said I needed to replace my entire wiring harness. After tearing apart my entire interior, they damaged multiple panels and even lost my floor mats. Its been months since I have had my truck back and they still havent given me a replacement. When I finally did get my truck back running they couldnt figure out why it was staying in limp mode. They promised they programmed all the new moduels that I paid to replace multiple times. I drove it home without power brakes,steering and check engine light which were all new issues they caused while it was there at the shop. I took it to a much better shop that actually knew what they were doing, they programmed everything they said they did and all lights went away and ran great. I continue to find more and more issues that they caused with my truck, cut wires missing conectors, unfinished work they half passed. MY WHOLE RESR SEAT WASNT BOLTED IN! Now I needed to trailer a car for work and they didnt conect my trailer brake system back up and there is no function to my trailer lights. WORST SHOP THAT JUST ROBS YOU OF YOUR MONEY AND LEAVES YOU WITH A WORSE AN EVEN WORSE VEHICLE THAN WHAT YOUR BROUGHT THEM!

This place and the people who run this place make me SICK!. At first they act very helpful but dont fall for this its all a setup to rip you off. They dont talk with the truth and will have you pay and sign paper work before work even is done. Parts will take longer than what you are told and if you call back for an update they will give you attitude and find excuses just to keep ripping you off. This place is literally a SCAM so people beware. Too many people with bad experiences here who have exposed this phony business. Please take note of this before you think of coming here because this place will RIP YOU OFF!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I regret not all the other reviews that are all very similar in what happens here. First the will be nice and helpful, Greg Mone Mark (who possibly could be a silent owner, but Denette Gola aka Deanna the receptionist ) will keep you posted, but then higher charges to your CC will happen with core deposit fees on almost everything they do. You will never see these core fees!! Then after they have your vehicle for awhile, you ll probably get a parking ticket (I did), but the real fun is once they have had your vehicle for over three months and you were told parts were ordered two months prior, you find out the waited two months to even order the parts (robbing Peter to pay Paul), even though they charged your CC two months prior for part, labor and core fees. But then after waiting two and a half months you ll probably get another charge to your CC, and when you inquire about it, you ll get this Mark said he messaged and told you there was a core fee and he said you agreed to it the lady who works the office will even lie and say she saw the messages. But once you send them the messages, that just tells you parts are coming (not additional charges) and no mention of additional money, they will start ignoring you. When you go there to talk they will continue to ask you to talk outside so no other customers can hear how bad they are. There is obviously a reason this company used a name very similar to a reputable company. Denette Gola the registered owner/CEO will act like she just works there and has no clue what s going on. But don t be fooled she is the owner and knows exactly what she is doing (not as a mechanic but a con). If you are talking to a guy who calls himself Mark, just know his real name is Greg Mone. Former owner of G&M Diesel that had it s license revoked. I did get my truck back and running from them after almost 4 months. Lots of lies from them, contested CC charges

Our truck came back to us in worse shape then it was when we took it in. Very disatistied with this business and will not put our trucks there again.

SCAM COMPANY. Do NOT give them a credit card under any circumstances. They will quote you one thing and charge you a complete different amount. Then, if you dispute that charge they will threaten to impound your truck unless you bring them cash. Then once you pay them that cash they will not refund your card. 100% scam operation. Anyone looking to do business with them contact me first and I will explain exactly what happened. The owner Denette I presume refuses to refund my card after we paid them cash just to get our truck released. This company should not be allowed to do business by these standards. Mark, one of the service managers was also very rude the entire time and original quoted me $495 for the truck tow but immediately charged my card nearly $800. Zero response when I asked for the reason why the increase in the charge.

I brought my van to this place and they give back to me worst!! they removed original parts from the van!!! addition to that, they promised to give it back to me in a week or so and it took 3 months!! 3 months for nothing! STAY AWAY! from this Shop! they dont deserve the name they gave themselves, they definitely need to change it! They don t know what they are doing they just know how to make money from you. I came there with one check light, they told me my truck will be ready tomorrow and they kept me 10 days every day day they telling me new problem and made me to pay, as a result I left with nothing , I left them with two check lights, I had to go another shop to fix. The manager her name is Dinett she is totally unprofessional and rude person, the first day she was nice the first thing she asked me to pay, they even didn t begin and then everyday she made me to pay for something new, I begin with $600 and ended up paying $10,000! when I began to start demanding some result she just hangs up and doesn t talk with you, addition she charged me one amount twice and told me she is going to refund me and still didn t . This company is definitely a scam!

I don t post reviews, but I am making an exception, because dealing with this company was an unpleasant experience. It would be a long list of complains if I had to mention everything what happened, so I will only focus on the most important things. The service (inspection of the truck due to a DMV yearly requirement) was performed in august First, they tried to charge for things we didn t need or already had (emergency safety triangles), required side stickers started to peal the next day after we received the truck. There was literally no communication from the company during the time they had the truck, I was calling daily, just to get a completion date and time and was always s told they would let me know. Well, they never did, until the day when the truck was finally ready on Friday, at 3pm - we did not have anyone here anymore to have it picked up Anyway, It s December now and I get a parking citation in mail from the City of Orange. The truck was left on the street the All American Fleet resides at. They did not inform us at the time they gave us the truck about this So I start calling and e-mailing. Dealing with 3 different people and they keep blaming each other. No response for a week. I keep calling. The guy working there starts lying and tries to convince me the citation was our responsibility because we did not pick up the truck. Well, the citation was from Wednesday, the truck was only ready on Friday So it was not even ready at the time the citation was issued When I confronted him, he said he would need to talk to the upper management. Again, no response for days. Now I am dealing with a different employee - Briana, she makes an excuse that she wasn t involved in this earlier. Well, I don t carer, you all work for the same place, don t you? So Briana tells me she has already paid the citation, This is on Wednesday., OK, please send me the confirmation, I asked. NO, She can t, she is busy dealing with customers. (How long does it really take to send an e-mail???, 2-3 minutes at the most? OK, Now it s Thursday, 2 weeks since I started calling them. The same story as on Wednesday, she is busy and cannot send me the e-mail Friday. I am really losing my patience, Briana claims again that the citation had been paid, but still don t have time to e-mail the confirmation. I call the City of Orange and SUPRIES SUPRIES, it had not been paid I call again, this time I confront her and ask why does everyone keeps lying to me? She claims it had been paid. I threaten to involve our legal department, which I guess worked I am finally getting an e-mail from Briana with an apology that she missed it and didn t paid it earlier + the payment confirmation. If you want to save time and your nerves, do not engage with this company and try to find someone who employes more honest people and not bunch of liars.

Had a rental truck that brokedown near LA and found this place online. STAY AWAY! They seemed very nice and convincing at first that they were helping me but soon enough I got taken advantage of for not knowing anything about trucks. They did not stop adding more and more charges each week and took over 2 months to complete the work because they were waiting on parts. I called them everyday and they always said they would call back and never did. Found out from other people that this happened to them too.

I had a horrible experience with this company (and have heard from people in the industry) that they have had similar experiences. First of all, they took about 2 months to get a simple part for a rental truck that we had them fix. I called every day for status updates since we were getting charged for the rental of the truck, and it was a mission just getting them to call me back (very unprofessional and rude). After they finally got this part, they said it was the wrong one and then they took an additional few weeks to get the right part. They charged our card for the full price of the service (way more then others have since quoted for the same work), but refused to give the truck back until we sent them a photo of the card and my drivers license. They said it was company policy to do so prior to taking payment, but this clearly was not true since they charged the card prior to asking for this. I ended up being an hour late to our company holiday party since they had this insane request and if I didnt do this, we would have had to had our driver (at our expense) come back on a different day. All in all, one of the worst repair companies I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional, very rude, very incompetent, very slow, very expensive. If I could give negative stars, I would. Stay away!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. 4500 dollars later and my truck still doesnt run, and they had it for over 4 months (and had the nerve to ask me to be patient). Shoddy repair done that I could have done a better job myself. I also noticed body damage that wasnt there before. The only reason I took it to them was because I didnt have a place to work on my vehicle at the time. I really wanted to believe in this company. The boss seemed like he cared until I addressed my concerns to him. Its unfortunate that it had to come to this. I should have read the other reviews before I decided on this place. Please, DO NOT take your vehicle to this place for repair!

My truck had a leak and was unable to drive it to their shop, as well as working early in the morning I was unable to get it to All American Diesel and they were able to compensate and work with me. They were able to come tow my truck for me to their shop which I found extremely helpful and made things a lot easier and less stressful on myself. Really nice people who just want to help out.

red flag number 1 you looking for a diesel shop all shops and dealerships will not take you for 4 to 6 weeks this shop will take you ! claiming hes got plenty of mechanic and they fast ! ones you truck vehicle is there he will ring you up $$ for things you dont need ! he will not communicate with you at all you have to chase him , he will switched parts on you vehicle to ring you up that much is you let him .. very shady & unprofessional! you dont have to believe this just look at the reviews on BBB better businesses bareu.. beware! beware!

They have changed their business name several times in the attempt to cover their dirty work. Greg, how can you in good faith take peoples money when you or the shop dont do the actual work that is required. You should not be allowed to run a business and hopefully you end up behind bars for your dishonest deeds. In response to Owners comments: I have an invoice from you for 2021 with a different company name than the one I have from you for this year and I dealt with you personally so to say you just bought the company in 2022 is false. There is no point to try and make things better now when the damage has been done. The best outcome is to share with others and help them stay away from your business.

Good people , good service honest business

This shop has been around for at least like 4 years, because last time I went they were way too busy to work on my truck. Ill give the owners credit because theyre clearly a very popular place. However I feel like their popularity is also a huge downfall for them. The shop is incredibly small and I actually saw a group of maybe 10-15 trucks parked around the corner/across the street at the PUBLIC PARK. A police officer was actually outside their business the morning I came in and he was writing several parking tickets with the owner outside trying to move vehicles. Im not here to knock there work because I do know some of my buddies got great service here, however I cant put faith or trust my vehicle to a shop that cant even keep my vehicle within their eyesight and instead is trashing customer property at a public parking lot across a major street. Major security & liability issues.

Spoke to Lance regarding repairs for my RV motorhome and told him I had received a quote from another shop and asked if I can get a quote from him for the same work if I just emailed him the list of work to be done from my current quote. He was very personable and took the time review the files I sent him and he called me back the same day and discussed the type of jobs to be done and he stressed the importance of quality parts and gave me some great insight and he was very honest and knowledgeable. I havent gotten My RV fixed yet, but wanted to write this review and thank G&M Diesel Services for great customer service. Much appreciated!

Did not expect the cost of doing business with this facility and BeWare as we left over $12,000 shorter after picking up our 2002 Chevy which was brought in to replace injectors & wheel bearings. This truck has been well maintained and has only 135,000 miles on it. Again be warned.

If I could, I would give G&M 10 Stars! I am a returning customer here at G&M. I m always provided with 10 Star service. I am updating my review because I believe Greg s and Debbie s honesty and Integrity should be known and rewarded. I recently brought my truck in for service. My truck is working great now. I get a phone call the day after I picked up my truck; and Debbie tells me due to new computer system, I accidentally got overcharged for something and they want to give me my money back. I am astonished with the level of honesty and integrity from G&M. I think most other dealerships would have just kept the money, but not here at G&M. You won t regret choosing G&M. was a regular here but recently moved so I found a new mechanic. I called G&M on Friday, July 3rd when my new mechanic found that my truck s water pump was leaking, the timing belt cover needed resealed, and the trans pan was leaking. He also said that all of the work looked too new to need redone and should be covered under warranty. Thus, I called G&M as they did all three repairs (around 106,000 miles, my truck currently only has 122,700 miles, although it has admittedly been 2.5 years since those repairs). Chris gave me an appointment for Tuesday, July 7th at 8:00 a.m. and assured me that it would be done that day. When I brought my truck in at 8:00 a.m., I stood in the shop until 8:30 a.m., when Chris finally took my keys. Chris initially argued with me about doing a $129.99 dollar multi-point inspection, as I d just had one done the week prior and was telling Chris exactly what needed to be done. The only reason I even brought the truck back to G&M was because the water pump was unquestionably under warranty, otherwise I would have had my new guy do the work. I asked Chris if he thought that they d still be able to get the truck done that as I needed it back, and he assured me multiple times that they would. Chris printed out my old work receipts for the items that they d worked on. I was interested to see that my warranty for the rebuilt transmission that I paid $3,000 for only stated that it was 2-year or 24,000 miles when Greg and I had separately negotiated a longer warranty via text message for 30,000 miles. Surprisingly, G&M refused to honor any of the warranties other than the water pump, despite me being well under the mileage and their workmanship seemingly failing after very few miles of driving. And, even for the water pump, Greg refused to replace a thermometer under warranty that he admitted was CAUSED by the leaking water pump. Greg also assured me multiple times that they d have the truck ready by the end of day. At 11:30 a.m., I finally get a written estimate. The estimate did not include a completion date, as required under California law if the final bill is to exceed $100, which I overlooked given the numerous verbal assurances by G&M as to when the work would be done. Greg says they found over $3,500 worth of work, but my new mechanic had inspected the truck 4 days earlier and disagreed with Greg s assessment of what the truck needed. After Greg and I agreed to the work that G&M would do (the water pump, transmission service and fixing transmission pan leak), he again assured me that the truck would be ready by the end of the day, and even said his guys work until 7:00 p.m., sometimes even 8:00 p.m. if they have to. Greg said that he d call me that afternoon once it was done. At 6:45 p.m., I had not heard anything from G&M, and I had a friend bring me over to the shop to pay and pick up the truck as Greg said that it would be ready. I called Greg as I was getting close, and he said the guys still have a little more work that they need to do on it and it d be better if they could just finish it up tomorrow. I told him that it looked like they hadn t done anything as the truck was where it was parked when I d left it at 12:00p.m. He claimed that they d done some work to it and proceeded to get angry at me when I told him that what he was saying was unacceptable as he and Chris assured me multiple times that the truck would be done that day. He then claimed that the scope of the work was simply too much for one day of work (4.3 hours on the estimate), despite him and Chris assuring me multiple times otherwise with knowledge of what the scope of work. Greg said that his guys would look at it tomorrow and he d call me in the afternoon for a status update. So now I m without a vehicle for two business day and have to cancel meetings in San Diego for Wednesday. At 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, I hadn t heard from Greg with an update, so I texted him. I eventually got the truck home by 10:30 p.m. with no discount for the hassle, when I was promised to have had the truck back the day I left it there.

I am writing this review purely based on the phone conversation I had with a lady that initially answered the call followed by Greg who graciously answered a few questions for me about an emissions equipment issue I am having with my 2018 Chevrolet Colorado Duramax Diesel truck. I was an auto mechanic for the better part of 10 years before I left to do IT work. This place sounds off the charts in terms of diagnosing capabilities, willingness to work with the customer on difficult to diagnose issues, and warranty work. They can do direct warranties on Dodge and Ford. For GM, GM does not allow direct warranty work but customers can still have them do the work and get GM to honor the work. This business knows how to write up the paperwork correctly for GM and Chevy so that the warranty will be honored. I highly recommend this shop based on that conversation alone.

My vehicle was towed into G&M because I put gas into my diesel truck. I was concerned I did a lot of damage. Greg was really nice and knowledgeable about this, apparently I m not the only one who has done this. He explained in detail how they would approach this and I feel so much better. I have had my vehicle back for a few months and it s running great. Thanks to this awesome shop and the honesty I received they re my lifesaver. Really glad I was referred here by a few of my buddies that speak so highly about G&M

Beware of this shop, they ruined 2 of our trucks and charged us thousands. 1 truck still at their shop, refusing to release it back to us after charging us $7000. Look for a Ford F650 stakebed at their lot and youll see yourself. Greg stated he had a replacement Block, after taking out the entire engine apart he calls back stating he doesnt have a Block. See the pics. Speak for itself. This is how they returned back to us after charging $7000. This is 2nd truck. Need details feel free to reach out to our company. Currently going through legal means to get this situated. They wont even send you an invoice before they charge your account. Forged our signatures on invoices. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD information.

Not a place i would ever do business with again .i go in with a truck that has a sensor problem and i leave with a new rebuild motor because of a bad cylinder .so you would think after 12000.00 plus that ther would be no check engine light on .not this place the first time i take home after 3 months in leaks out all the oil out of the motor in my drivway .so they tow it back and fix what seal they forgot to replace and .yet still check engine light .just the most dishonest practices i ever encountered .they got me ha ha on me .never again .its to bad i was hopping there was a honest deisel machanic around but yet .Not this place . Yes i am not a mechanic .and i paid for it. But normally a machanic can tell you what was wrong after the tear down what its going to cost .not start at the tires . i told you my budget and you reach the amount .u should have been able to tell me it would end up costing me 4 times the amount .i just felt like i was getting strung along and if i didnt keep going i would have waisted money. I took my 93 Dodge to G &M because it s hard to find someone trustworthy enough to give the truck over & who is smart enough to work on it lol. They did gears, pump work, injectors, & fixed a bunch of leaks. They got the job done in a timely manner, but it did take a while to get the pump back from Bosch, but G&M has nothing to do with that. In conclusion, these guys really know what they are doing & they have my business for life! 10/10 would recommend.

Ive been using G&M diesel for years for my fleet management and repairs. Hands down, nobody out there offers a better value for their customers. I have had several times when we had a vehicle go down as an emergency. G&M understands that every minute of down time cost us alot of money. They had us back up and running faster than I thought was possible. Thanks guys.

I went in for a water pump and they were able to get right on it and finish it within 1 day and I added a bunch of other service. A quality job and time were the most important things for me and they absolutely hit the mark. I know Ill be back.

sorry to say but they do not know what they are doing. came in for repairs and left with the same problem that they said was fixed. so they would rather blame the customer then fix the problem. gave one star because could not put in zero stars

Dwayne Johnsons cousin works here... When you want something done, this is the place. They have a certified Mercedes tech working here. They warranty their work that is done on your diesel. You should always make appointments wherever you go, but if you seriously need it done like yesterday or need a tow, just ask Greg. Theyll tow your diesel truck for free if youre within 7 miles. Too bad I wasnt, but the difference was hella cheap.

I visited G&M due to a recomidation from a friend and I must say my expirence was fantastic. I have used them for multiple large repairs on my 01 f-250 Come to find out I had a failing cylinder which lead to a bad head. Greg and his team where fast with a diagnosis and quick to communicate the issues to me to get my rig back on the road. The team gave me different options for fixing the issue and Overall it came out to a complete top end rebuild to do the proper repair. Within 4 months of that repair my transfer case locked up damaging the gears and other internal parts which lead to me having to replace the entire case and with a helpful suggestions from his team and some reconidations from research I found online we went through the transmission and rear differential to make my drive train bulletproof. This by far was the best experience I have ever had in a shop. Prices are great and competitive to other local diesel shops in the Orange County area. G&M will defiantly be my number 1 choice for my family for any repair or service on our vehicles.

Superior products at a reasonable price! Update: I have been taking my Commercial Fleet to G&M Diesel Services for over a year. Their expert diesel mechanics are the best and know what theyre doing opposed to other shops in the nearby area. I have 2 businesses with medium to heavy duty trucks. GM Diesel keeps them all in great running performance. My Cummins Diesel Trucks have never ran better. Thanks Greg, you run one hell of a great shop.

I cannot say enough good things about Greg and this shop, brought a truck in to have a pre purchase inspection done and which yielded several problems. I had flown in to the area to purchase this truck and would have been stranded had the crew here not went out of their way to make the necessary repairs. I came in to get my husbands truck an oil change. Since the minute I drove up everyone was so nice. Everyone had a great work attitude, friendly, helpful and informative. The wait was a while but i also came knowing there may be a wait because I just drove in no appointment. No one seemed sketchy at all like the dealerships and never gave off a just want your money vibe. I recommend this place and Ill most likely be going back. A good friend told me about G&M Auto Care and how happy they have been for years. I went over to the shop and spoke to Greg. He explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. Best Auto Repair Orange has to offer! These guys are great! I have a fleet of diesel engine medium duty trucks that Greg and his team of master mechanics have been servicing for years now. I got tipped off by a friend to go to G&M after looking to put a lift and a locker on my van. I went to G and M and they turned my family van into the beast it is today. Took my wifes car to G&M Auto Care as it needed a lot of work. Nothing was running right and I just didnt know what the problem was. I spoke to the owner who explained that they would run a complete vehicle inspection and let me know what exactly we need to do. A little while longer everything was explained and we began the process. I went back the next day to pick up the car and was really impressed with the sound of the car (if you heard it before you would understand) anyway the car ran great the charges were more than fair and now 2 months later my wifes car is still running like new. I think the money we spent was worth every penny. Thanks guys my wife is happy and that says a lot!!!

Getting my car repaired was really over due. I have a super busy schedule and was way behind on my automotive maintenance. I went to G&M Auto Care because my brother highly recommended them. I was I need of a lot of work on my truck and wanted a pro to get the job done right. I had heard about this shop in orange. G & M Auto Care, I called and made an appointment to go down there and discuss all the work that my truck needed. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a really friendly crew, these guys arent in for the big sale like lots of shops are. They are really interested in getting the job done right and having a happy client. I left my truck with them and when it was done the difference was really amazing. My truck rode like it was new again and my bank account didnt suffer. I now have a shop where I will be taking all my vehicles to and with out a doubt know that G & M will take good care of me. Needing engine work can be such a pain, I wanted to keep my truck but didnt know if it would be worth all the work, effort and not to mention expense.
