I'm so glad I did my research and came across Jorge and KD Auto Glass. Mercury Insurance tried to send me elsewhere. Upon looking at their recommendation for windshield replacement, I said there had to be a better shop. Here comes KD Auto Glass. Jorge responded quickly to my inquiry. Confirmed estimate with insurance the next day and picked up the new windshield. Installation and recalibration the day after that. Glass is flawless. Work was done so quickly. I'm extremely satisfied with the work they put in. The correspondence with Jorge was clear and detailed. I truly value the customer service they provided. Would recommend this company 100%.

I'm glad I have KD Auto Glass sticker at the side of my car door from previous windshield repair. Living in the IE definitely has its downside. From the streets to the freeway I'm constantly greeted with small rocks flying at my car. Jorge came at one call to help with repair on a chip to one of my vehicles. Called for a windshield and Jorge and Carlos showed up within the hour to squeeze me in between other appointments. Glass is gorgeous and they replaced the weather seal foam too for a very reasonable price! Outstanding customer service in a world of mostly crappy customer service. Highly recommend!

After a quick call Jorge was on his way to my home as they had a mobile service. Within 15 minutes he had arrived and 15 minutes later my windshield was good as new! He was on time, communicated about when he would arrive, and was very professional and did a beautiful job on my mini-van.
