Sale department was great, however service sept took 2.5 hours to to change a damage tire that we noticed on our purchase. Only to find out the service tech changed the wrong one. Total of 3 hrs of our time wasted. Very disappointed in the service department.
Wait 2 hours for an oil change is not good. They need to learn how to not book people over lapping if they don’t have enough people to work. Friendly staff
Caught them in a lie for maintenance they were paid to complete. They were paid to change oil and rotate tires. Know they didn’t rotate tires because my only damaged wheel was in same position, so then couldn’t trust they did any of the maintenance. Told them and they doubled down that it was completed and they would check cameras. Nothing reported back. Will have to drive further now into Omaha for maintenance since I can’t trust my local.

My car was having issues so took it in. They stated I needed an entire new engine and quoted me over $6000. I wanted to get a second opinion so took to my local shop and it was a simple fix and $400 later car is working perfectly. I will never take my car to Baxter Ford Service ever again.
This is the place to go, especially being a woman. They treat you with respect and treat you like you're supposed to be treated!
