There was no line, so I did not need to wait- all of a sudden 3 men were around, asking what I need, already checking tire pressures, fluid levels. Showed me how dirty my engine oil was- recommended a cleaner/rinsing for 5 mins before oil change. Did not rip off and push more additional things that aren t actually needed, respectful. I would absolutely go back. You don t even have to get out of your car!!!

First time here but I wont be back. I told them my tire was under pressure but it still showed under pressure after the service. They didnt put any air in my tire at all.

These awesome, upstanding people checked my oil, filters, and let me know I didn t need any oil change. I was really impressed that they don t just try and upcharge without thinking about it.

Called and spoke to Marcos on 3-27-24 at 11:13AM. I explained I was new to the area, had my VIN handy to give to him so he could properly quote me an oil change. I was told by Marcos that they cannot quote me a price over the phone and that I would need to physically come in in order to receive a quote. Completely unacceptable. Lost my business immediately. To the owner who responded: youre full of it. I need to come in for you to open my hood to tell me the PRICE of an oil change? Please be serious. Youre the only auto place on earth who wont quote an oil change price over the phone. Youre replying to someone who has spent the last 18 years in automotive, not a random person who doesnt know how the business works. I was not asking for a hypothetical price on a hypothetical repair, I was asking for the price of oil and a filter and the labor to install said parts. Thats the bare minimum. My hood doesnt need to be opened until after you quote me and I come in- then you can attempt to upsell me.

Well the oil changers where nice, courtesy and working together. They told me all about and why they where working. Now I didnt understand why they wanted to come back in seven days, that has never been asked if me before. Also after I left my ENGINE LIGHT came on. Now thats disturbing. So I will go back in seven days with my concerns. My steering wheel is driving smoother!!

I went for first time here to get oil change and as I told them my car say low brake fluid they told me they do not check brake fluid even tho the receipt is marked as brake fluid checked. I don t understand how you can mark it on the receipt but refuse to see if it s low which is dangerous for me to drive and I have trust in these places to let me know if they do offer the check. Also they said they filled my tire pressure all 4 I told them I have checked the car setting and it still has a notification as inflate tire and now I went to a gas station and filled that tire up which then the sign for low tire pressure removed. I should have to tell them to do there job it s really common sense. The guy in training is great he got his tip I just hope he doesn t share it with the rude woman working there who laughed at me when I said please remove brake fluid check and tire check if your not going to do it. And also did not help me reset oil level so my car would stop telling me notifications to do an oil change . So I paid them 105 just to have to go to gas station to finish there job that they couldn t complete. Went back next day to have him fix my tire pressure as it was there fault and the manager was rude and had his employee block my way of getting out as if m going to steal free air and still was rude lol welcome to the Oakland finest of customer service Sent from my iPhone

I was not pleased unfortunately, my level of windshield washer was never applied as requested after being acknowledged it would be. My car appeared to be getting warning of getting hot. The technician reminded me of my coolant possibly being low. Upon checking it by way of looking in my coolant overflow reservoir he assured me my levels were sufficient. No fault to the technician aside from misreading my level, lead to me having a ruptured hose on the top of my engine that facilitated my heater core. I will not be utilizing that particular facility again, I will have to go to my Pittsburg facility as I always do. Thank you for your concerns in any event.

I usually get my wipers fluid too off and tire pressure check, didn t happened. He didn t seem like he wanted to work that day when I went to get my oil change

*DON T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE* They stripped my drain plug and sealed it with silicone and didn t say anything about it, found out when I went to get a tire rotation/oil change somewhere else. Could have cost $800 for a new oil pan. Services

Its a good place to get your car serviced for more then one, but actually a few reasons. One being the fact that theyre hardly ever real busy, so it doesnt take long for whatever youre having done to get done. Also, even when they do just so happen to be a bit busy, theyre still pretty quick. Basically the few reasons would be 1. Theyre quick, 2. Efficient, 3. They work can be relied on, Because of the many locations they have, you can almost be anywhere for your service update, top-off, or any other conclusion to work to had done previously by them.

For whatever reason, the guy accessed my oil filter from under the driver side tire rather than under the truck, like its typically done. He was doing quite a bit of banging around which prompted me to ask.. what he was doing.. the guy didnt speak much English.... long story short.. I check underneath my truck (its brand new, might I add.. under 20k miles) and the canvas covering that protects the lift, is stripped and missing screws. Terrible.. Ill definitely be contacting them for next steps for replacement or fix. They can strat by letting me know why they didnt do my oil change, as directed by Oil changers, instead they cut corners and because it s easier for them to access from under the tire

What an amazing service this is! My husband and I arrived shortly after they opened on a Sunday and were greeted by Larry. He was professional and personable and even tried to save us some money while asking what we needed done to our car. Resheemah took over and helped us pay while the oil change was preformed. It was fast, easy and affordable! Would recommend to anyone!

Fast to charge and pressured to leave. The change you oil message still on. Check list included lights- it was never checked. I asked and just got a hand signal that is was ok, and to move out. Wiper blades never checked marked as OK, and it needs to be changed. Not sure if all that was marked as inspected was actually done. Unbelievable, my car s head lights burned. This was part of the service I paid for. No I am not coming back.

I have come to this oil changers location 2 times in the last yeat and every time it s been a challenge. The previous time they didn t have my oil filter so they told me to go down the street to O Reilly s and buy one and bring it back for them to install it and I did not get a discount or anything for having to go buy my own oil filter and bring it. This time I went on 10/26 and I waited for about an hour and a half in the line and there were only 4 cars(. 2 in each lane, two cars in each bay.The lady who was doing the check-in portion was super friendly, really nice but it looked like there was only her and one other gentleman working on the cars. The lady, while we were conversing, had to put oil in my car and check the other fluids and caps while the gentleman was underneath my car. The wait was extremely long, but at least I got an oil change this time and I didn t have to go and get my own parts for my car.

I can t say I had a wonderful experience here. The folks working there were all business, no small talk or friendly conversation with me. They changed my oil and checked my air filters. Immediately when I drove away, my car broke down. When I took it in to a shop, they found the the air filter hose was not put back together. Simple mistake from Oil Changers but when I called them they dismissed any responsibility. Will go somewhere else next time.

They listed windshields as washed, but did not do so. Label for windshield printed upside down. They seemed disorganized. I will not use the facility at West Grand and MLK again. I will try the Alameda facility or Park Blvd facility.

The service rep made me feel very uncomfortable. When he asked if I wanted some sort of filter replaced on my car, I asked him if he thought it was necessary, and his response to me was something along the lines of I m just doing my job. I m too black and too old to go out robbing people like you. Suffice it to say I do not know why he felt like saying that to a customer, and I don t want to return to that service center ever again. EDIT: This was at the San Leandro location, not Oakland.

Very friendly workers! There was a bit of a wait but I did go before closing on a Saturday, so it s obviously gonna be more busy. Also, they were working as fast as they could, so the wait wasn t their fault.
