The manager Mike came to the car right away. Told me it would be 5 or 10 minutes. Then 2 other guys came to the car to do my tires, window, and say hello. The mechanics were very friendly and upsaled extra things like oil cleaner and air filter. Mike the manager made sure I was happy with service and the staff was great!
The station has gone through a few name changes through the years but the current iteration is as good as ever. They were very prompt and professional replacing my car’s oil and even ran a few recommendations for what I would need to fix later after my car hit 50,000 miles. They were very helpful and transparent, not pushing those additional services and fees but rather informing me about helpful ways to keep my car in shape in the future. In the end I only had the oil change done but appreciated their guidance.
They know what they are doing. If I don’t understand an instruction, they help me. They recently changed my power stirring oil and the man did a wonderful job. I really recommend this place.
The owner only responds to good reviews not sure how this ghetto place have 4 stars l. The owner pretends to care but when he see a bad review he won’t respond I ask to be called back and all he did was send me a link to give a review so here’s my review don’t go here if you want to be scammed they will try to over charge you about $50/70 if you allow them too my friend said they charge him $170 I said how you let them get away with that. Me myself don’t allow anyone to play with me and my hard earned money. Unprofessional and very much stealing from customers.
I will never return to this location…. I called for the store owner to call me because his manager is over charging and pocketing money He try to charge me $150 for oil change when it’s only $100 maybe $112 at the most I ever paid. The owner is ok with his employees being scammers he never once called me back. I went to the original location I go to to get records of my oil changes to show proof because the manager try to convince that I never been to an oil changers and it must be another company. Long story short don’t trust these people also they broke my widow washer fluid it worked just fines now it doesn’t spray out to wash my windows. Lazy unprofessional and stealing is what they do especially if you are a woman and they feel you don’t know about cars they will try I say try because I argued them until they charge me $114 which they act as if I was getting a discount when that’s the normal price just a few buck more then what I’m use to paying at the park blvd location or in Berkeley.
I've been using Oil Changers for about 10 years each and every time I've had one of my cars serviced it's been a great experience. Thanks to friendly and caring service people helping me every single time. I wouldn't trust my cars to anyone else.
I took my 2020 Ford Transit to get an oil change, and these guys were great! I arrived after work as a walk-in, the drive-through was wide and big enough for my van, I got a nice 1st time discount, and it took maybe 20 mins. to complete.
This was an experience to go here. I pull up and let them know the service I would like. After they opened my car and started working on it they told me the price. This should have been discussed before they started working on my vehicle. After I've paid and they are checking levels. An older black man (with orange underwear) walks from behind the hood to inform me that they will not be topping off my Brake Fluid. I have never heard of this or had someone say this during my oil change. The guy stated that they do not offer this service because if there is an air bubble the car will stop running. He proceeds to tell me I can do it myself. This is where I was completely outdone. Why would I do your job and I don't have a clue as to what I am doing. The same guy then comes to show me my levels. I told him ok but I really have no clue what you are talking about. Another tech walks over and hands me a sticker with handwritten mileage on there. I was outdone again. This place is so unprofessional. Not to mention the techs walk around with their underwear showing, shirts aren't tucked in, airpods showing and appearance overall is not up to par. What should I expect if that's how Steve the manager walks around. It was clear at the end of the oil change. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.
The service was excellent. I went in for an oil change and I let the technician know the vehicle had been sitting for years. They checked the other fluids and showed and explained the need to have the power steering fluid flushed and changed. I appreciate that. I am no mechanic and it really was comforting to know the fluids and lights were all in good running order when I left. Thank you

I went to Oil changers last night on park ave because the one in Hegenberger in Oakland didn t have the exact oil for my car but they were nice and gave me a 15 dollar off coupon for the inconvenience! So then i went oil changers on Park ave in Oakland Larry assisted me he was very nice they had the oil for my car it literally didn t take him and fellow coworkers no longer than like 10 mins to change my oil and then he reset my oil light notification and they washed my windows Im so happy because the rain messed them up so i appreciated that i do recommend people to go to them and get your services they all were very nice but Larry was the one who helped me

It s was last minute and almost all oil change co. We re about to close and they took us in and the service was quick and very honest young American African gentleman told me what my car needed and stated they don t service it but was willing to put the parts on but yes company will charge for labor.

I ownlt get my oil changed at oil changers on Hegenberger. They are friendly efficient, and knowledgeable. I would recommend to ANYONE that needs an oil change.
These guys went above and beyond. I took my car into the dealership for transmission issues and all they did was change the fluid and I still had problems. But after going to Oil Changers the techs there went out of their way to show me that my Motor Mounts were broken and then it hits me, Its not my transmission at all probably. Mind you the oil changers do not work on transmission or motor mounts so they were just letting me know. They just saved me like 2000$ because I was going to get a rebuilt transmission put in but only need motor mounts which I can get done foe 800$ . They did not try and upset me anything that I did not need and were very friendly.

They filled my oil, filled my washer fluid, removed my oil filter, BUT THEY FORGOT TO ADD THE NEW OIL FILTER!!! So when they asked me to start my car, oil poured out EVERYWHERE!!! Made a terrible mess and took much longer than I was expecting because now they are cleaning oil off of my cars bottom engine area because it made a mess! I was NOT happy and Ill DEFINITELY NOT EVER be going back to this place again! How are you trained professionals? Is it that hard to put a new filter on after you take off the old one? Shouldnt you check to make sure everything was done properly BEFORE you ask your customer to start their car? Also this was not my first time going here, it was my 3rd & each time that Ive gone, the guys all argue with each other and they seem VERY immature!!

I ve Honda civic 2022 . I was there for first time to get oil change ..Quality of oil is not good enough..after 4 days my engine light goes on..
This place isnt the same as it was 10+ years ago, it was way more professional. My last 2 visits I felt really uncomfortable because I could hear them talking about my car (yes Im broke, sorry). But my visit today was better and now theirs only 1 unprofessional worker rather than half the staff. Now that Ive completed my punch card I most likely wont go back. But I do have high hopes that this place can operate with FULL professionalism like they use to once upon a time.

Horrible, I never received service because online it say close at 7:00pm, I drove from Castro Valley to Oakland arriving at 6:45pm and they said they was closed.
Got there at 6:47 and apparently they take the last customer at 6:45pm. It would be appreciated if the business advertised that rather then driving there to realize it when shop hours says close at 7pm.
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I brought in my vehicle on September 18 and had our engine overfilled and ruined the whole engine. We submitted a claim with the company and they took 2 months to get back to me. No loaner car no nothing. Now they want to deem my vehicle as a total loss even though we had found out a cheaper alternative to fix the problem and the adjusters seem to be impossible to get a hold off.
It is my belief that the Corporate Office should be advised of shady unprofessional conduct should be investigated. As soon as possible. They should held accountable.

Stay away! took my car in for oil change at lunch.. car had to get towed off freeway and they don t want to take care of me. Car was running fine then all of a sudden I have no engine power. Wish I could give negative star.

This place is not far from home. I am speaking on both my cars. Took 1st car their paid for all service that was offered oil, radiator, windshield wipers replacement etc. When I left notice change oil light on. Called them was told to bring it back. Turned light off (shop) drove car about 9 or 10 miles light came back on. Was told to take it to cadillac dealer! Why? Light was not on when I brought car in. 2nd car was brought in about 3 days after 1st. Left their around closing time, this light took over said, tracking 1 2 3 4 could not get my menu to show anything. They did get my menu monitor back on. But again paid for Silver package deal, never seen him check radiator fluid, tires or windshield wipers Why? I will not spend another penny here. By airport excellent customer service, horrible oil changers! Oh yeah manager said, he would give me big discount or give me back some $$ for all my inconvenience. Manager never their ,never received any $$ back for 2 horrible oil changes.

They do the job for you fast . The only thing they need improve is customer services every body seems in a bad mood .

Went to get my oil change here, paid for the service about $88 and they did not change my oil. Not really sure what they did to my car. When I had left the shop the wrench light wasn t on but the oil life was still on 15%. If you do decide to come here be sure to check on your vehicle that everything was serviced.

Ive been coming here for about a year and their prices are fair. For my car I pay $44 for a regular oil change. And they have a loyalty card where you get $15 off after the 4th visit. They will even check your air filter if you ask them. They also will change your transmission fluid. That is about $60.
Hella unprofessional go to a different location for GODS SAKE. They close 30 minutes earlier than listed on website yet manger doesn t disclose that info I get there 20 minutes before close and they can t help me. Ridiculous

I went to get my cars oil changed and they left a hose loose and the person who charged me with an attitude that I didnt like, I dont know if they have that attitude with all women or it was just me.

Be careful, think twice before going to this place, I took my 2022 Honda to have an engine oil change and they did not change the oil filter, I spoke to the supervisor and he was very arrogant and did not apologize for the inconvenience, I demanded that they They changed my filter and he refused, telling me that they had changed it but it was fake because my original filter was Honda blue and the one they use is no longer original and is white, that way I realized Note that they had not changed it, I have recorded video of the problem and where you can see that they are removing my original blue filter and putting their white one, I am already making a report with the status of what happened so that they do not continue to deceive people
