Don t buy keys here. Received 2 keys from them in 6 months. The first one completely died and the buttons would not work so I got a replacement. The replacement had a cracked housing I was told that if it broke completely it would be covered under warranty but now they won t do it because it is no longer under warranty they said the keys had a 3 month warranty but the first key that got replaced was over the 3 month mark. The key will not stay together it comes out of my pocket in pieces and falls apart while driving. They are decent for batteries but the keys on the other hand are junk from my experiences

I went to We Fix It inside Batteries Plus to get my phone looked at. It keeps not recognizing that the sim card is in. Cory offered to take my whole phone apart and diagnose the problem for free! He was far too kind. Unfortunately, my phone had no visible issues so we still couldnt figure out what the problem was (Im waiting for a new sim card to arrive, I now believe the problem is the sim card itself), but the service was phenomenal and Ill definitely be back again if I have other issues with my phone! Corey took apart my phone and fixed the Battery connection and tape in it from the prior place that didn t tape it down correctly. This fixed the problem of my phone constantly turning on and off. I went In and within 45 mins was out without an appointment and they didn t even charge me. Super friendly. A place not related to this company repaired my iPhone 13 pro but didn t strap the battery in so it kept causing phone to reset. I could hear it flop around in the phone before and now it s firmly in

Flying to JHB then US, took me 3min to clear the my luggage, 2min through security and left on time.

It the best place to replace batteries on watches

Disappointed that I had to pay to recycle batteries. This really left a bad impression on me. First time to the store and will be my last. Recycling is good for the environment. I should be rewarded for taking batteries back not punished. Policy needs to be reexamined.

Dropped off a snap on 14.4v battery for rebuild, on Monday. They tell me will be done on Wednesday. I pick up on Friday and get it home and on charger, low and behold its still a dead battery. I call and it seems try have some internal issues with howl they run their business. They did refund my money.... GOOF LUCK STAYING IN BUSINESS

This was an exceptionally great experience. I had purchased 2 batteries for a vehicle and had some issues 2 years later. The batteries were still under warranty Jeff and Keith made it a priority to get me back running. They came to my residence delivered and diagnosed the system on my truck and checked all the batteries and made sure they checked everything possible to remedy the problem. Lately it s hard to find service and customer care like this. I will be returning for all my battery needs because of how they handled the situation. Top notch service. Thanks again

Called Batteries Plus in Novi in WestOaks. They knew exactly what I needed, the price and packaging size without checking. I was in Detroit so I wanted to make sure it was available. Would 100% recommend this location to everyone. Brandon is very helpful and caring. I shattered my phone screen and Apple said it was unfixable. Brandon took one look at it and had it fixed in about a hour. Did not have any problems with my phone after it was fixed. They have everything you need.

Went in for a miniature bulb for my boat, I had brought in the old bulb they had a miniature one except it was a little taller. I believe the gentleman was the owner and told me that he did not have the exact same one to try the one he handed me. I paid for it he told me that if it blows out and doesnt work to bring it back and he would refund my money. Showing me that he has a Class Act business, and also thanking me for patronizing his business. Now to me that is pure customer service. Went in today to drop off batteries for recycling. Very pleasant experience with the individual there--I think he may have been the owner. I purchased some new batteries while there and will definitely go out of my way to make future purchases here to support this business!

Amazing customer service provided by Brandon and Corey. This location was the only location within 2 hours from my home that would actually program a key fob on a weekend. Not to mention they also fixed an error that wasnt caused by their location. Saving me time and money is what they promised and that is 100% what they delivered. I will drive almost 2 hours again just have it done correctly by them...

Reliable, friendly and fast service!

I walked into this store to have a new battery put in my vans key fob (its one of those wireless fobs that you never have to take out of your pocket). I gave the guy my fob and wandered away for a few minutes, afterward he returned my fob and charged me $15 for a battery replacement. Fast forward 3 or 4 months and Im totally locked out of my van. I cant unlock the doors or start it, and the security system has shut everything down. I have to get it towed to a dealership. Come to find out the key fob battery was dead because IT HAD NEVER BEEN REPLACED! The guy just charged me for a new battery and gave my fob back, untouched. This ended up costing me nearly $300 and a half-day off work, and all because someone wanted to rip me off over a $15 watch battery.

I was unpleasantly surprised when they charged me for recycling fluorescent light bulbs. Later googled and find out Home Depot recycles CFL bulbs for free.

Great place to find standard batteries and even some under-counter stick on lights. Staff seemed very interested in helping out and checking if I needed anything else and offered to order anything they dont have currently in store! Super glad one of these opened up in Novi finally.

A huge variety of batteries and lighting services! I stopped in for a battery for my Honda CBR and not only did they have it, but they fill and charge the batteries in store so I know its fresh and going to last! Brand new store but I highly recommend it
