I have been coming to Bob's Busy Brake Shop since 2017. I was referred by a friend and he did not stir me wrong! Bob is honest, fair and knowledgeable. If there's ever an issue with my cars that he does not do, he refers me to someone else who is also fair. As a woman it is hard to find a good auto mechanic if you trying to find someone outside a dealership that is not going to try to take advantage. I've referred so many people to Bob and I will come to him with all my cars till the day he retires!!!! Bob is the BEST!!!
Searched around online and found this shop. Got my front brake pads and rotors done. Solid job, fast and very reasonably priced. The mechanic was an absolute treasure of a gentleman, very knowledgeable and helpful. He encouraged me to continue doing my own maintenance, but I would love to come back and give him more business. Worth the short trip from North Hills. Thank you!

This is the best Auto shop of its kind. I was have squeaky and rumbling noise on a brake I had just replaced 3weeks earlier. I took it where the brakes were replaced but those mechanics couldn’t figure out in 3 consecutive times. Busy shop was near by so I checked them out and they did amazing job. Now my Nissan drives like is from factory. Bravo Zulu to this guys.
My friend just used this business to get her car repaired. She was terrified to go to a repair shop in the fear that she would be taken advantage of. Called a day ahead for a quote. Really competitive pricing and absolutely superior service. I put over 100,000 miles on a car in a year and I need a trusted mechanic. Excellent! Bob was AMAZING! I called the day of and he was able to see me within an hour. He undercuts the competition so much it's almost a no brainer to get your brakes changed here. I dropped of my car right after I called and had my car back within an hour. Had my brakes and rotors replaced. Very great prices. Seriously, if you're still looking at other brake shops do yourself a favor and save a few HUNDRED. Quality job. Thanks Bob!
I needed my rear brake pads replaced, so I looked up reviews and ratings before deciding on Busy Brakes. Bob has glowing reviews across the board, and I'm here to tell you that they are legit. For whatever reason, it's hard to find honest workers in this field, but when you do, you're set for life. And oh by the way, I got all this great service at $50-$100 cheaper than everywhere else that I called and got quotes from. If you need any brake service, look no further. Trust the reviews and go see Bob.

The guy knows his stuff when it comes to changing brakes and what brands to use he also does oil changes The prices are super fair oh and he can refill your AC on the spot he has the tools and knowledge to do it correctly so whatever mechanical issues you re having Busy Brake Shop should be your next stop

My husband is a former mechanic and due to a recent heart attack can no longer do brake work on our car. I read all the great reviews and went by the shop and met Bob. A very nice busy man who stopped to talk with me. I brought my car back a couple of days later and was the first in line of many people. Bob told me the car would be ready in an hour and a half and it was. He replaced the back brakes and was confident the front brakes were good. He was extremely reasonable. I will refer my friends.

Took my 2007 mazda 6 to change out my rotors and brakes, both brake calipers were jammed, the guys fixed it with ease and no extra charge, great work, and didnt have me waiting too long. If you need anything done, these guys are the place to go.
Bob and his mechanics are great. I had taken my car to Firestone and ATCO and both places told me that I needed new calipers and brakes. Firestone was going to charge $450, ATCO was charging $900. I took it to Busy Break to get a 3rd opinion and a cost estimate, and was blown away. Bob explained that the calipers were totally fine--the issue was that whoever had installed the break pads previously (Firestone) had done it incorrectly. They hadnt set the pad in properly, so it was pushing on the caliper. He took the time to show me how to install the break pads and exactly how to fix the problem. Then he said he could fix it in 1hr for $150. It was a HUGE relief that this was the only issue! They took my car for a test drive and tested some other issues with the car. I really appreciate the fact that Bob and his team member explained that yes, my car has problems, but theyre not a huge deal and I dont need to invest money in fixing those things just yet. Im extremely satisfied and I feel much safer in my car now. Firestone and ATCO would have taken my money and not even solved the issue!
Ive been dealing with Bob for many years and I have refereed many friends to him. Bobs work is clean and he stands behind his service. Great brake service at a good price. Always friendly and willing to accommodate...
