Kar Parts Direct Co Aftermarket Auto Body Parts in North Hollywood

One of the receptionists helped me place my order over the phone. The parts were to be ready for pickup the next day. When I called to confirm my pickup another receptionist said that there was no order under my name and that the girl who helped me out was out to lunch. She would call me when she came back from her lunch. She must have had a big lunch because she never called me back. The next day, I could not get a hold of "Jane Doe" to find out what was going on with my order. I got a call (2) the following day (Saturday) around noon. I was at a kids birthday party so I didn't hear the phone when it rang. I later checked but there was no messages. I did recognize the number as the parts business. Anyhow, on Monday I called to ask about the parts and was transferred to "Jane Doe", who took my order. I explained to her that I was not sure if my order was placed because of what the other girl told me. She then told me that they were trying to get a hold of me for a few days. Not true. I asked her why they did not leave a message and she said, "we don't do that". What? I should have saved my breath after that, because when I suggested that she should have left me a message, she got upset like if it was all my fault. She said this, "well, the parts are here", and she hung up. I made the trip to pick up the parts and guess what? All the parts were wrong. No trying to make it right. No apology. Nothing.

I called for one mirror lady seemed rude said call tomorrow for the part. Glad I didn't found it cheaper elsewhere.

The 2 girls in the front are very rude and act like the customers are their enemy its so sad.......so rude but you cant tell them anything or theyll gang up on you...........i dont recomend this place at all....

Horrible customer service salmara was very rude and had an attitude the whole time she was helping me. Would rather pay more money for a part then come back to this place!

Good cervice the salvadorian girl so polite..I will be buck. Muy amable sta bellisama !!

Worst possible service. The worker Silmara keeps forgetting to order parts that we ask for them to order. We ask them if we can talk to the owner and she keeps making excuses for us not to talk the owner. This is the third time that they have delayed and forgot to order the parts be need. Would not recommend this place at all.
