Five Star Tires in North Highlands

Had 3 tires installed and balanced by this shop and noticed car vibrating at higher speeds right after install, which was not present with old tires. After some research most likely bad balance. Went back to shop was told if it's balance problem no charge. All 3 tires were off-balance and needed new weights added. After balance completed was still charged again for rebalancing again. Will look for another tire place.

Had a good experience with the newly owned and managed company. Eric who's been there for a number of years waived me off two of the 4 tires due to plenty of tread. I knew it but I was curious as what the new management would do. Got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Priced right, I travel well over 50 miles for the savings.

Went here today, had my car towed for tire issue and my car got stuck on tow truck! Come to find out I also had a battery issue and they were awesome very helpful. Even went beyond just tires but help get my car started and were very patient since I was stuck in their work area.. i even needed to charge my phone and guy let me. Id highly recommend also the guy who fixed my tires and switched my rims was great! I'll def be back if needed!!

Found these guy on facebook. Fast reply on Facebook messenger. They were very transparent with their deals. Arrived, fast service and friendly. What I like is the fast service, and good customer service. We were in and out in a quick time. Give these people a try you will like their services just as we did too. We got 4 Goodyear Wrangler territory MT tires.

DO NOT GO HERE I bought new Goodyear MT Tires from them to be installed on some new rims of mine and mounted on my brand new 2023 Toyota Tacoma. I took these here to be installed and they scratched and deeply damaged 3 of my 4 BRAND NEW wheels while installing lug nuts, along with this they refused to give any sort of reimbursement or refund and said it’s not their problem. Along with this right after they put tires on, they moved my car across the parking lot, and immediately asked for my payment before allowing me to see the wheels on my car (assuming to avoid me seeing the damage done to my wheels). Horrible business and workers who are clearly inexperienced and incapable of doing bare minimum quality work. Never go here to get any wheels installed or any business done by them in general.

The guys are awesome to work with, I have been coming to them sense I moved to Sac from San Diego, They have put tires on my Duramax my wife's infiniti and jow my 1500 Always best prices, best customer service and get you in and out quickly. I refer all my friends and family to them... Oh yeah they do my boat trailer tires as well. They cant be beat on pricing for new and used tires...

Great place. Fast Service. Good customer service. I needed some used tires for my car. They did everything very professional and fast. I liked it!
