When I arrived at Jiffy Lube on 3/15/2025, I was taken in right away. The service was quick and I got a very good vacuum job on the inside of my car

Got me in and out within 20 mins and checked my lights didn t even know my headlight was out thank you!

Absolutely the worst service.. Went in for a vehicle inspection.. Try to upcharge for filters Which are not on the inspection list.. Rude.. Then wouldn t pass the car..for a rear wiper blade Then told me I would have to repay for an inspection if I put the rear blade on myself.. Horrible experience

Car service was good but not sure if everything on invoice was checked. For example, coolant liquid was less than half filled, and mechanic failed to ask me if I wanted coolant added. I was told that it was extra charge, but they filled it to full level because I brought it to their attention. Also, Its wise to look at filters because if they dont look very dirty, you dont need to pay for a replacement filter right away. I checked after the fact & said yes before inspecting the engine filter, and it really wasnt dirty at all. My fault for saying yes, before inspecting it. Lastly, the reason for 3 stars is that prices have gone up significantly. For example, an oil change with premium synthetic oil plus 2 filters costed around $179. Pretty steep!

You know my service wasnt as fast as I was hoping it was going to be it was great service do you hear the problem when it came to the oil filter but they were able to put their heads together as a team figure it out and get the right one and I didnt even have to get out of my vehicle until after the oil change was done that was just to go inside and pay

Third visit to this watt location. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left they made me feel heard and cared about. Quick and efficient got me out of there in 30 with oil change, tire rotation, vacuumed out car, brakes checked, fluids checked. They even made sure I had the latest coupons to use. Above and beyond. Ill be back in 7500 miles!

I received a coupon in the email for oil and filter and was not granted at the check out, after the fact received Sorry, we dont take it and charged a full price. Even though the address on the coupon and the service location address were exactly the same, thats why I chose to go to this location. Very disappointed, cannot trust jiffy lube now, cant trust the service either. I start to believe that what Im told and what is actually done to my car are different. Got contacted by the manager and felt like my concern was taken in consideration and heard.

Fast, efficient, and I had a coupon to save money; what s not to like? As Arnold used to say, I ll be back.

Lazy and unmotivated. Ive been bringing my van to this place for 15 years and never had a problem when I pulled in today they said they dont carry my kind of oil which is hard to believe 10-40 should be pretty common plus theres a Napa Auto parts in the same shopping center.

Well, Jiffy Lube did a fair job. They said he couldn t get into my cabin filter because there s too much stuff in a way in the glove box of course air filters was nasty and dirty and I wanted that replaced, but the cabin filter had been dirty so they went back to he got it out course it needs to be replaced cause it was dirty clogged. I think that s not the right answer to give to a customer that you can t get to it. Every time I go in there always employees I mean always new employees I kind of tell you something.

Went in on a weekday about 1pm. Needed an oil change on my Mini. When I drove up, there was a car ahead of me, and the employee who checked me in was kind and explained the prices and services. I ended up getting the oil change and tire rotation. It took about 35 min to complete the service. Ended up paying about $130 for everything. Inside the office was clean, not much seating if you plan to wait there. Overall, it was a good experience.

Polite staff. Live queue, no pre-registration. The line moves quickly. Passed technical inspection for Lift, Uber. If you are traveling for the same issue, print out the passage form in advance

This Jiffy Lube charged me $90 for an oil change on a Chevy Aveo. After they oil change they told me there was an additional charge. They unnecessarily added an additional charge to do their upselling. $90 for an oil change on a small vehicle is too much. I would make sure if you use Jiffy Lube to flat out tell them they need NOT upsell on your vehicle for any services.

Jiffy Lube employee Logan is awesome. I came in for oil change. He told me it s too soon. Many places would have just done the oil change to get paid. I ll always come here. The employees are all kind and courteous

Whoever serviced my fiancés car today was very unprofessional. When she got home proceeded to tell me how the attendant hit on her by offering to change out the air filter personally after work since she didn t want to get it changed during the service. It made her feel uncomfortable and the other attendants did as well. I get it ..Boys will be boys but have some tact and be professional.

Service technicians at this location are excellent. I was able to get my oil change done in a quick and efficient manner. I had a service engine soon light on and asked if the code(s) could be read. I was given the codes I needed and scheduled an appointment with my mechanic. This information was helpful regarding servicing my vehicle with said mechanic. Thank you!

I was very happy with jiffy lube on the watt ave location in North Highlands Ca i was told that day by walmart they would not do a oil change on my car because it took a European oil. i called over to this jiffy Lube he insured me they could get it done he was very pleasant over the phone and in person. when i got there i was in and out in about 20 mins. overall very great. n

I was used to another location that closes at 7pm. I showed up right before 5pm and they still took care of me even though they were closing. Super friendly, thorough and thanked me for serving in the military after he saw my Disabled Veteran plates. Highly recommend

I had been procrastinating an oil change because Ive been going to the same place for years but they are across the city. I decided to Google what was near me and found this place down the street. Not only was it reasonably priced (for full synthetic high mileage), it also had one of the nicest people Ive ever met working there. There is an older guy working there who obviously loves people and his job and he was an absolute joy to be around. I believe hes one of the technicians doing the oil change. He could tell I was confused and he called me right in. He was kind and happy and it immediately got rid of my nervousness. Ill be back just because of him. Great prices, great service.

Normally I get oil changes in Salem OR. This Jiffy Lube didnt communicate with me about their observations. Just: its done. Big negative contrast with what I am used to.

I recently moved to the area. It was the first time servicing my car since purchasing it. My complimentary oil change from the Honda dealership expired. I really needed an oil change. So, the night before. I did research and red reviews. Decided to get an oil change at this location closest to me. Took 30 minutes from start to finish. Showed me the cabin, air filter and oil stick level. Everything looked legit. Only thing I didnt know how to do was reset in my car was service engine light. I had to ask. But, I was explained & talked through to get the helped I needed to get it reset. Thank you again for changing my oil.

They have always done a great job. They even informed me that my skid plate was missing. This shop is NOT open on Sunday, FYI...

Didnt have a long wait and the job was done quickly. That being said vaccumeing and windows were skipped and marked as declined on my invoice. You have to be asked a question in order to decline. Also no mention of a check engine light was made by the person checking me out, at the time the only person who could see my invoice. So in short false statements and omission of important information lowers my likleyhood of any recomendation to anyone I like.
